Husband walked in looking for a specific part... after calling the local number that apparently routed him to a corp. database... at any rate they did not have the part .. the person behind the desk ... very rude and unhelpful... literally told him to go back out to his car and call the number he called back .. said he worked there for 26 years... i would think after 26 years said person would have maybe some sort of customer service skills... apparently that was simply too much to hope for... if you are looking for friendly helpful people NOT YOUR PLACE! which is sort of sad since they were local .. and we were attempting to use a local company vs the BIG stores.... SAD INDEED!

Showroom has a wonderful assortment of plumbing and lighting fixtures on display: faucets, towel bars and hooks, toilet paper holders, shower heads, and light fixtures. Delightful variety of styles and finishes. Knowledgeable consultants are available to assist you with your selections; help narrow down the vast array based on your input. Terrific parts department, too.

I would avoid this place at all cost. If you are a homeowner trying to do your own project they are no help. The guys standing behind the desk are some of the most rude people I have ever dealt with. Never again will I spend a dime here.

These guys are on point and have made my job exponentially easier. Need to bring back the sodas and give us t shirts and hats again but the guys there are amazing

If you dont have an appointment they have no interest in your business. I was told to go to a different store if I wanted a bathroom vanity. Scholten Kitchen and Bath answered all of my questions and customer service was excellent.

Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my supplies

I was directly referred by a large store employee to go here. I was told they’d have the rubber washers needed for a repair. I asked the Ferguson employee where I could find rubber washers, showing the fixture piece I had. He replied that they don’t sell washers for that, and that I WILL end up buying the whole part. He then walked away from me, and went to where the replacement parts were. I followed. He took one down, took the one from my hand, and told me “you’ll need to remove this piece, put it on this one, and you’re good.” He then walked away again, and went back to the register. I told him thank you and left. I failed to stop him, or force a question on him, but I did not feel seen/I felt dismissed.

Love this place. I always have what you need. Even if its the most obscure part you can imagine. A little pricey but a great staff.

Everyone at Ferguson supply in Kalamazoo is helpful and friendly every time I go in for parts. I especially would like to give a great shout out to Shannon… He is professional and knows the plumbing industry well. He does a great job every morning when I called he always gets me everything I need really quick.I would recommend Ferguson supply in Kalamazoo for your plumbing needs!!!!!

The guys behind the counter at Ferguson are helpful and Im thankful for their knowledge. I come in daily and they always have what I need or have a solution to the project. Shannon behind the counter is a dude, he has helped me with numerous jobs and I consider him one of the best.

They were super helpful anytime I needed a part or had a question about plumbing or one of tubs/showers. They never pushed any products on me and were very friendly and totally willing to help me with my problems. I cant tell you how many times I have told people if they needed a plumbing part or anything to check them out. They also helped me locate a part for a discontinued Moen drain but they actually told me information that ended up helping me save $300 at the time I was trying to order it. Be sure to check them out!

1st timer but pretty cool shop

Although Ive never shopped here, this business goes above and beyond. Stuck by a train for over 40 minutes in front of Fergusons and a kind man from inside started offering pop and coffee to the backed up traffic. Faith in humanity restored; thank you anonymous beverage man.

Counter sales professionals ! Hunter is my favorite ! He shares his pizza, always answers the phone when I call, and his accuracy on my orders is spot on ! If you’re looking for plumbing parts this is the place ! But please don’t bother Hunter, he’s busy helping me ! The other guys are ok too !

The guys in the adjoining area to the showroom were NOT at all helpful. I was in there at least half an hour and the only customer with two guys working there. Neither asked if I needed help. When I finally asked them about the price of one of the shower/tub combos, the salesman acted really put out to have to check. I’m a woman and wonder if a man would have gotten the same rude treatment?

Did not answer the phone all day Saturday and when I drove down to see if they had the part they were rude and told us they did not carry that part anymore. Was not a positive experience compared to my very good experience at the Muskegon store.

Came in a little before closing to purchase a bath tub and some plumbing and was rushed out by the manager. He said to me were closed, I dont know how you got in here but I can show you the way out. Horrible experience. Gave 1 star because no stars wasnt an option.
