I have a mailbox here and it’s been awesome! For a very reasonable annual fee you can have a real address that’s not a P.O. Box. The best part is that they hold packages for you too which is an amazing service because you can get something delivered and stored here and never worry about it getting stolen from your doorstep! The staff is always fantastic as well.

Excellent customer Service. Joel is exceptional, polite, focuses on customer experiencing stellar service even if it is as simple as amazon return, he treats his customers as gold.

My wife bought a wood carving and we did not want to risk putting it on either luggage or carry on, so we will it to the UPS Store to ship it home.I do not think I have ever seen a more carefully packed package. It was obvious that they took the same care packing the sculpture as if it belonged to them. The art arrived without a scratch. I would absolutely recommend this location for packaging your fragile items to ship back to the mainland.

One of their associates were very unprofessional. They acted as though they didn’t want to be at work at all. Fortunately for her, her coworker was more helpful. Which is why they get that one extra star. I don’t normally leave reviews but this bothered me enough to leave one.

This shop is run by kids including the owner, incompetent, can do simple staff but not much .Dont waste your time go to a real ups store
