I had some special banner orders done here. The person who helped behind counter did an amazing job, he was accommodating and saved me a lot of money on a couple of banners. He allowed me to bring my thumb drive and worked in my banners. Their turn around was super fast too, very courteous and amazingly helpful.I wish I would’ve gotten his name. Sometimes the line can be long and limited staff, but that’s what Covid has done!

Dan is amazing in helping to reach the goal I wanted. He helped to pick the best paper, cut it, and then laminate it perfectly! This is what amazing service should be!

Ive come in to this location before multiple times getting mixed customer service, however I came in today and was specifically very pleased with the woman behind the counter named Joanne. She was so helpful and helped us print our documents with ease after we had issues with the self-service machine. She was very nice and I just wanted to write this review to shout her out. I went in and there was a decent line. A fella names matt goes and helps the person waiting behind me instead of the next in line. Then I have issues with stuff printing and matt was quite rude about it. He was also on his phone a lot in the corner of the store.

Fast, exceptional service! Easiest FedEx to buy/print labels for any packaging needs. Very nicely laid out store with plenty of people working.

Medium rating because NEVER WVER USE GOOGLE DRIVE TO PRINT, BRING A USB. It WILL not work and it WILL boot you for too many failed attempts!

I went to pick up a package today at this location While I was asking about my package The clerk named Jeremy started speaking to the man behind me asking where his money was and verbally demeaning him and getting angry raising his voice and being completely unprofessional and confrontational with him. After he was done yelling at this guy he walked away from the counter and just left me standing there confused and packageless. I walked out because I was uncomfortable and I thought maybe he was going to return and get physical with this guy behind me!I understand that personal situations occur in people’s private lives but you should leave that at your door and not bring that to work with you.That put me in an extremely uncomfortable situation and I still don’t have my package.I have to return to that store unfortunately to hopefully retrieve my package I just hope that same fed ex clerk is not there.

I went to FedEx Office to print funeral programs. The service was top notch. Fast, efficient, helpful. Done while I waited, literally not more than three minutes. Saved so much time not having to print and fold them myself. UPDATE: went back the very next day, the family wanted the funeral program changed. I reprinted plus ten more, and the same associate only charged me for ten! Brought a little light to a rough situation. So appreciated. Cant say enough good things about this place!

I got my presentation printed quickly and accurately at this print center. I especially appreciated the phone call letting me know my print job was ready for pickup. It took about two hours to complete the 400-page job from the time I placed the order online until I got the call. Thank you very much.

Had to ship an item to a friend on the mainland. They packed it for me so I wouldnt have to worry or stress looking for the correct size box. When I walked in I was greeted promptly and asked if I needed help. If I have to ship something again I will definitely use them again.

I had always had a good experience at this print and go location until tonight. I came in for a quick print of 2 documents, super easy right? Well their system changed and now they no longer provide much customer service at all. The self service kiosk that I was using was malfunctioning and not connecting to my account. I had also sent a document to their email server and I was not getting a response after waiting for 20 mminutes.The associate there could not care less about these problems and refused to troubleshoot any of these problems and told me to just wait - this waiting was upwards of 25 minutes. I tried another self-service kiosk and it worked.I dont appreciate a rude manager acting condescending towards me because their systems and kiosks are down.

Shipped out boxes to the mainland that we had packed ourselves. Ended up paying over $400.00 for four boxes. Two boxes arrived damaged because the staff there put the mailing labels on the side of the box, and not the top. We left the boxes sitting correctly and it was obvious which was the side of the box. Both boxes were torn on one side and we dont know if anything is missing yet. Items remaining in those boxes are broken and we will have to file a claim with FedEx. Some of those items are irreplaceable. They will probably claim that we should have let them pack the boxes (Im assuming for an extra fee), but I feel that our items would have survived better if they only learned not to put the labels on the side of the boxes.

I have used this FedEx location a few times for printing and shipping packages. It is convenient and professionally run. I recently needed to ship a package for two day delivery and the customer service person received my item and packaged it for me. I have also used this location for online printing, again with very good customer service.
