It was not a great experience- the guys tending the store were nice enough, but one had his nose hanging out of his mask. Im sorry, yeah its not the Apple Store with tight corporate controls and the Genius Bar, but it doesnt take a genius to know that noses expel breath just like mouths. The other part of the Genius Bar experience they did have going on- that same genius tried to mansplain issues of music production to me when Ive been producing music on computers longer than hes been alive.
Went in with a broken laptop screen. I originally thought it was going to be 500$ however after the guys there looked at the laptop they told me it could actually be covered under warranty. The service was great, really fast and they accommodated my school schedule. Everyone there was super nice and the one tech looks like Antoni Porowski (at least with his mask on). Google him and tell me I am wrong.Overall 10/10
While on vacation, my iPhone 11 got wet and stopped working. I was going to have to get on a plane for a nine hour flight with no working phone and was freaking out. I called MME and though they had no appointments available, they said to go ahead and come in and they would take a look. I went in the next day. As promised, they took a look and diagnosed the issue. Thankfully the phone turned on again once dry, without more extensive repairs necessary, but they gave me some advice in case the phone died again later. And then, though I offered several times, they insisted that they didn’t need payment. They were so generous with their time and so helpful. Clearly knowledgeable. Would, without any hesitation, recommend them for any help needed with your Apple products.
Although I did not purchase anything from here, the service was excellent. My phone was not working. Stopped by the store and was helped by one of their staff. He evaluated the phone and ran a diagnostic test without charging anything. Highly recommend for customer service.
The guys here are always so helpful, especially to those who seem to be the least tech savvy, myself included!It was the end of the day last Saturday and they helped me with my iPhone 6. It has problems with its charging portal where I had to put on one cable in one position or it wouldn’t charge!He gave me good advice about selecting a new one while clearing the portal of problems that were impeding charging. Once he finished, it was charging without issues or particular positions. I asked him how much I owed him. He said nothing. Huh? I offered him a tip. “No.” But you’ve really helped me here, there must be something I can give you? He says, “Well, you could give us a review”.So, here I am. This isn’t the first time they’ve helped me out and refused payment. They’re always friendly, helpful without any sort of attitude, ready to help you find out what’s wrong with your equipment. My phone wasn’t working, chatted with Apple for a bit. Stopped in here to get a cable to connect phone to laptop. They got my phone working without a cable. Very helpful
I went in yesterday for them to check on my MacPro. Staff are very helpful. Checked/diagnosed my laptop; I had to leave it there and they ordered that part needed. They were great at communication and giving me updates on the status of my Mac. Mahalo for the great customer service. - Liza P.

These guys are just wizards. I woke up to my iPhone 12 Pro, stuck on the apple screen. Couldn’t get any response with a reset, plugging it into iTunes or bringing it into Verizon. We all need our phones and I was looking at buying another setup just to have something for the week. Tony took the time to take care of me and voila. Happy to recommend these guys!
Went there today with older iphone, that didnt charge anymore... was told I need to get a new phone, its too old, was told my apple charger chord that I bought in different store, is not working, was told, they cant even run diagnostic on my phone because it wont turn on, was told all my unsaved photos and contacts are lost, unless I contact some company off island that could get photos off of non-working phone but it will be pricey...About half an hr later, after visiting a different place in town, a place that fixes phones, suggested by friend, guy there looked at my phone, said, he needs 5 mins to check... 5 mins later said - my phone needs new battery and he has one, he can change it and asked me to come back 10 mins later ... about 20 mins total - later - my phone was alive, working, charging, even with the charger chord that supposedly is bad according to what I was told here and I have all my backed up and not backed-up photos accessible and my old phone is working perfectly fine!My point is - if I just listened and relied only on what I was told in this store - Mac Made Easy (thinking its the best place to have iphone experts) - I would be without phone, looking for new one, without photos that I didnt have backed up and stressed and worried etc...I havent had any other experience in this store - if I had the newest phone, maybe my experience would have been different, I dont know, but it was what it was...

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM HERE. We bought a laptop from them, and the screen broke within 3 days of us using it... we didnt do anything to the laptop to cause it to get damaged.They wouldnt give us any solution even though we bought insurance from them. They took NO responsibility and said we have to figure it out on our own.
Great service!!! My phone screen needed to be replaced. I made an appointment at 1pm, took it during my lunch break and picked it up at 5pm just after work. Kahana was amazing! Thank you for all your help :) Hopefully I dont break my screen again but if I do. I know where to go!
The staff here was very helpful and took time to service us professionally. However Apple did not and I was surprised at the level of service that they offered. Five stars to match but only one to Apple.
I called on a Sunday to see if they were open, which they werent. I got the voicemail and it said to email to get a faster answer. I emailed and received a response within a few minutes. Sean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was probably his day off, but helped me and emailed me back and forth several times answering my questions.I just left their store with everything I needed. I also needed a dongle and Sean recommended the cheaper one not just trying to sell me the most expensive one. Those small things mean a lot to me as a customer. Theyre looking out for the customer.We dont have an Apple store on Maui, but this level of service rivals Apple. I highly recommend giving them your business.
I took my computer in for repair of the screen, and when the computer was returned only one of my speakers worked, and parts of my screen are sensitive to touch.

EXCELLENT customer service. (After the office max staff laughed behind my back) I found Sean at Mac Made Easy who helped me far beyond anything I expected. I have an old mac book pro and he didnt give up, but kept going and fixed all my bugs, cleaned it up, removed apps I didnt want, and set me up with new ones I did need, all the while holding pleasant, intelligent conversation. I will definitely use them for future tech issues and highly recommend their services for anyone in need.
Sean was extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Mac/Apple products. He took the time to research a way to transfer bank account information into my accounting software. He is very patient as well. The entire team at the store is great. Horrible service. We called them 4 times because we were dealing with a defective unit, and they refused to pick up.When I called with a different number they picked up right away. Dont buy from this place. If something goes wrong, youre stuck.

Initially spoke with Chase and he was very helpful. i went in with my shift button not working and he showed me my options and gave me quote. overall great customer service, the estimate was accurate and the time it took to get done was in a timely manner. Ill be going there to purchase my next Mac when the time comes.
Ask for unlock my iPad because I forget my password for my old email I don’t use anymore and for my iPad too. At my first visit, they don’t tell you they can’t do it. The guy spent 5-10 minutes on my iPad with charge $45. On my second visit, the same guy said that I have to call Apple directly to unlock it and explained that he did restore which I never ask him to do. So please take my lesson and don’t go this store to avoid being cheated again and again.
We were having issues sending and receiving texts. Jon and Josh got it working and we really appreciated that. They had such great personalities and were joking around with us as they worked on it. We had a very good experience-well worth a malasada or two!

I left the charger for my Mac Pro at home on the mainland while visiting my daughter in Maui. My wife and I have had iPhones, iPads and Macs since they came out, and have always had experiences that made the thousands of $$$ we have spent worth it. I asked if I could stop by and charge my computer once. The person I talked with asked the manager, and she said no. Seriously? I asked why - what was the cost to them - and he hung up.The only analogy I can make to this RUDE treatment is the type of service one might receive from a government employee decades ago. Apple should terminate their relationship with Mac Made “Easy”

The company miss quoted my repair so when I went to collect they then charged me an additional $260 after I had already paid for the repair. Not only that but I had to wait 5 days to have it repaired rather than the stated 24 hours and when I went in to collect they hadnt started it which meant I had to wait half an hour and come back to collect. Very disappointed with the service. Would not recommend

Glad to see they opened a store in Kahului, great selection of items, just cant decide what too purchase next! You have to make this your Apple Store for sure!!
I had my IMac in because it was running very slow, the tech recommended me to replace my hard drive along with some more upgrades which I accepted, I took my computer home and used about 5 times, the computer took a dump right after that, I brought it in the store owner was there when my wife dropped off my computer he said they would look at it at no charge, my wife went to pick up after we decided that the repair was not worth to perform, they charged her for the diagnostic even after they told us there would be no charge, I have lost my trust with this store will no longer bring my business here, as I do not appreciate anyone lying to me.

Not only did I have a very successful experience at this popular place as I stood in line for half an hour witnessing Jon and another staff person deal with people with a myriad of issues, but they more than delivered what I hoped, which was retrieving the contents from my broken iPad to put on a new one. Incredible and impressive customer service and Mac knowledge. No matter how insecure or frustrated the customers were with their phone or computer, the customer left relaxed and grateful. When it was my turn, my broken and dark display on my 7 year old iPad would not respond to the several things Jon did to revive it. He recommended a place around the corner that will replace my broken display with a temporary display for the possibility of retrieving my data.They were able to replace the display glass and download my very full iPad contents. I went back to Jon, purchased a new iPad and then returned to have the contents loaded onto my new iPad. Both places assured me if I had any questions, return to either place and they would coach me. I believe it because Jon and other staff members were soo helpful to each customer with their unique issue.I am not a Mac fan, I prefer PCs, but I am a huge fan of Mac Made Easy in Kahului.
