We had purchased two chrome laptops and the manager Kristen helped us with the transaction as well as purchasing 2 sleeves for them. Kristen was very efficient and professional. She also helped us set up the protection and had Kip the tech to set them up and ready to use.Kristen is the first manager I ever been helped in Office Max with great customer service! I hope Office Max will train all their employees just like her. I never would have thought to buy the laptops if it wasnt for Kristen!A BIG MAHALO NUI!

Super expensive almost $35 to laminate 6 pcs of card stock. Absolute insanity, my mistake are for not asking would have not done it for nearly $6 a sheet no wonder these places go out of business. Overcharging the customers. Shame on you.

Had to print out some documents on a PDF file from my phone to paper copies and office max is my go to place for all my printing and scanning and any paper related needs

Talked to Print Center mgr. Michelle. Once I arrived, employee had me waiting. I waited at the counter. No greeting. No explanation of what the employees were doing. Employee did not ask customer anything. Employee stared at computer, worked on computer, did not talk to customer.Customer was accused of expecting quick service. (Customer came in only when told.)Employees seemed to be unhurried. Seemed to have secrets to share. Customer seemed to be unimportant.Service was unimpressive. Employees seemed to not be trained in welcoming customers and being friendly toward customers.

This place is terrible, they never have what you need. I asked an employee for a certain item and he didnt know what I was talking about. When you go through their computer/electronic section, theres barely anything worthwhile there. Its sad that Walmart and Target has more and better selection of computer equipment/accessories than an OfficeMax. As for that employee, terrible customer service. You can tell he didnt want to help anybody. I wont be back here anyway time soon, I may never come back.

Horrible, horrible customer service. No knowledge of their stock. Asked about ordering something through them and they told us to do it on our own. Didnt even bother trying to help us and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Never going here again.

Print Center terrible service!! ONLY Go to FED EX PRINT center, they are worldclass and know how to handle your data + best Quality for better privce. Office Max employees are NOT TRAINED, they can´t handle your harddrive, force you to buy a usb-stick. All this is no problem at FED EX. Then at office max you need to send your data by email and get a code that you put in the print machine, you have to handle your own data + the printer, NO GO. The staff is useless and the manager Christine (doesn´t want to say her last name) tell you to go somewhere else, just waisting your time, so ridiculous if you just want to print A4 pages on a normal printer, not even that works. DON´T GO!!!

The selection was good and the prices were fair but I must say the service was poor. The staff was un educated on the product they carry. On top of that they were rude and dismissive.
