This is the worse pharmacy ever. They cant run claims right or utilize the correct insurance for medication to be approved. Never had I ever been so disappointed with how my mothers meds are being handled. And they put on there the incorrect times she needs to take them. Will be filling a complaint.

They have a friendly staff, but not all have common sense. If your filling regular scripts they are great, if your doctor says “I’ll send over your scripts electronically” tell them NO you will go somewhere else. For some reason they can’t seem To keep up with technology. I’ve had more problems than anything and all I get is the clueless answer...umm like ya, I don’t know. Unacceptable!

Very efficient and friendly service. They go the extra mile. I just had my moms prescriptions moved here. They will also put your meds in a pill reminder pack. Highly recommend.

Great delivery service.

I’ve been to CVS, Walmart and Walgreens pharmacies. Have tried them all. Medicine Shop has best prices in town. Staff bends over backwards to help its customers. Joni is very informative and helps us tremendously. The best pharmacy in Joplin!
