I just wished they had extended hours and somewhere next door to get a quick bite to eat so we can keep looking. The website also gave her many issues which caused the delays. A 5 star rating does not do these folks justice. My experience with them was phenomenal from the moment I walked in the door and Spencer helped me select all the parts I wanted to put on my truck. Then the guys in the shop Michael and Jimmy were awesome and did an amazing job. I can’t wait to come back and have them work their magic on my W9 again. Website didnt day anything about being closed today. Weve had issues with actually getting parts shipped and had issues with getting accurate info before we drive the 2.5 hours each way. Gotta step our game up here guys. I know its different times and youre busier than ever but over communication would help several of us out.
So I had an bad experience with them because I got call twice from the store and they said that my bumper is already here I went from Indiana to Joplin in my truck and when I reached there they said the bumper is not here and the second time they called me and again told me that your bumper is here and when I get there they said your bumper is not here and then I called the manager Derek O Dell he’s a really nice guy if you have any problem contact this guy and there is a girl name Jessie she is not helpful at all. If you have any problem contact the store manager Derrick o’dell he make sure you get help that you deserve.
Man was I surprised.I switched leases, and needed a big 4 door BRUNNER cab rack, and in a hurry.No body had one in stock-called everywhere, even Brunner themselves.4 State actually had 3 in stock! I sent one of our other contractors by, to stop and pick it up in Joplin.Installed it myself over Labor Day weekend.They can say what they want- 4 State impressed me by having one in stock and ready to go.I would recommend

Nothing but lies on there end!! I ordered a steering wheel and shift knob but recieved a cheap black plastic train horn set. I called to return it and ask that they send me my steering wheel/shift knob. She was rude and made no effort to right her companys wrong.I wait a little over 2 weeks after shipping the train horns back to find out they never sent me my original order. She never returned my emails and the few times I spoke with her, She kept telling me the package has shipped. I called again today and refused to speak with her only to find out my package never shipped at all.I demanded a refund immediately! Thats still in the works. Hopefully they can manage to do this in a timely manner.Going back to Raneys.
I must say, at I was dis-appointed with my first order.It was nearly 10 days to arrive, and showed up with a cracked mirror.But, the ladies in the Return or Warranty Dept got me fixed up in a quick 48 hours and I will be shopping again.It is rare that businesses address problems quickly, but 4 State did for me! Normally don’t have any issues with 4 states but lately they’ve just been laying slacking. First it took them 8 weeks to get my watermelon filter lights in and then once they came it was wrong lights, they were suppose to be glass lense and they send plastic lenses. Then my cab and sleeper panels arrive after 7 weeks and they send the wrong cab panels!! I ordered it for a 389 and they send it for 379. Only good thing about the panels is the sleeper ones fit correctly. So many phones to them and only thing I get back is “we’ll contact you when we have information about your order” so unprofessional. Seems like if you don’t have a show truck they don’t care about your orders. Definitely will not be buying anything from them.

Took 3 months to get the headache/ Chain rack excuse after excuse! Never did get the cargo light bar finally was refunded. Was going to buy a full set of fenders and let them install them but was told that they were to busy installing bumpers and seats. I thought this was supposed to be the place to get stuff done but that is only if you have months to spare and dont need anything to hard installed. I guess that is what you get if stray away from Raneys truck parts and Rackley trailers custom fab shop!

I remember when they use to have the show on TV called Chrome Shop Mafia and I loved it. Always told myself if I ever get my own truck Im taking it there. Well I finally got my own truck, not my dream truck, but its a start. So I gave Jimmy a call and told him I have a Cascadia Id like upgrade. Come to find out its an Evolution so there is pretty much no aftermarket parts made for it but they can do some custom lights and visor and a rear light bar. Said lets do it! Michael and Draven in the shop did a fantastic job making my custom visor and installing my lights on my sleeper rocker panels. Plus I love my rear light bar and bumper and headlights. Definitely taking it back for more. Thx guys for the awesome service and great pricing!!
I just stopped here to replace my headlight turn signals with led versions.I walked up to the counter and everyone was on the computers or phones. So I was waiting to be helped . Nobody even acknowledged I was standing there, but one of their guys that was on the phone was approached by I assume was a guy he knows and proceeded to help him with his inquiry and acted like I wasn’t even there! The crazy thing is my company orders all their chrome accessories from this place and I passed another chrome shop to stop there because the company I work for does a lot of business with them, but I guess my business wasn’t important enough to even be acknowledged after standing at the counter almost 10 minutes.I went across the street to the chrome shop at the petrol and bought what I needed. Any other future chrome accessories I will make sure it’s purchased from somewhere else.I don’t pull the race card but with this experience I don’t know what other explanation makes sense.

I just started coming here. And already it’s my favorite. I came looking for window deflectors. They were out of the style I was looking for but they had something else so I bought that instead. I had to wait to install them due to the cold. But once I got to California, I installed them only to find out they wouldn’t allow my windows to close. I figured I’d either rip them off or Jerry-rig a fix. I received an email asking me to review the product, so I did. A couple days later I was contacted by 4 State about the product. They wanted to make sure they got all the info they could so no one else would have that problem. And the lady told me to bring it by when I could to see if they could either fix it or replace it. No matter what happens with this particular product, 4 States has earned my business. They have great in store customer service, and a huge selection of trucker toys.

I give 4 states a 5 star review because they have proven to me that they care about their customers. I had an issue with my order and received poor customer service. Since then however I was contacted by the owner of the company to resolve the issue and feel like they have gone above and beyond to make it up. I look forward to continue to do business with 4 states.
Purchase a fuel tank from here cause the kw dealership couldn’t get one til 3-6 weeks my old one had a hole in it but never the less 4 state was so sure there’s would fit like factory so I bought it and guess what it didn’t fit they didn’t want the fuel tank back or give me a price deduction cause my mechanic made it fit just sit way close to my farring they told me they would call back to make things right a Month and a half has past I’ve yet got a call so my advice know what you buying before you buy it I’ll never buy a thing from here again

This place is amazing. Not because of there products but because of the staff. Evertime I come in the guy to the left as you walk in I believe his name is Colton. He makes me laugh everytime I go in there. He is always super nice. Now all the staff seems to be nice but this guy is the best. He knows his way around the computer and doesnt wast my time. He seems to know the store in and out. Great great experience. Will always come back because of guys like him.
So I ordered 6500$ and a 1250$ parts list.. this was on thrusdsy the 12th.....4states didnt ship it till the 16th for some reason. This order was going to MN where my truck is and has been now for 5 days waiting for this order that was suppose to be delivered on the 18th. Its now end of day 19th, and nothing has been delivered... after calling 4states to find out what the deal is I get a manager giving me excuse after excuse. I scheduled all this accordingly too miss as little work as I could.

Bought a fridge recently from them. It suffered damage during transit.So they sent me a brand new one free of charge with a ton more wrapping. Very quick and easy. I tend not to get big things online because if they break, Im screwed. But their solution and handling was really easy.

I realize we walked in the doors two minutes before they closed. But when my husband told the guy that we was needing a Pet 379 Sleeper Interior with the Peterbilt Logo on it, he snapped back we aint going to have nothing with the Peterbilt Logo on it. But the was more than happy to quote us for a brand-new aftermarket set. Even after my husband explained that it was not going to be used for a semi it was going to be used for something else that my husband is going to be building and the price did not matter we need the interior with the Logo on it, its beyond important. The guy was still very uncaring about even giving us ideas of where maybe we could find the interior at, we dont care if its out of a salvage semi as long as its in usable condition and has the Peterbilt Logo on it. I understand it was closing time but seriously could you not have a little sympathy for someone, this place was on National television for how long come on its not going to hurt you to have compassion for someone even if you are faking it, geez..
Order from hell.....after over a half dozen emails and phone calls I still have no idea where my tool box is. Calls not returned and emails not answered. We specifically called before ordering to make sure what we needed was in stock and would ship ups ground. Our deadline has come and gone....first time doing business with 4 State Trucks and it was a HUGE mistake! 10 days later, no tracking, no answers, no discounts offered for the inconvenience:(
I visited the store last week. It was busy for sure, quite a few of us at the sales counter - but the guys were hustling to get everyone helped. As a business owner myself, I know how difficult it can be these days. I did have to wait maybe 8-10 minutes for a salesman, but they had what I needed, the price was good and the service was even better!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a battery box cover for my truck as my old one had been stolen and I needed it ASAP. They first kept telling me how they were having problems finding it (meanwhile sending me emails that I needed to pay, which I had already done). Then, that night they told me it had been found and was going out that night. 3 days later, I call to ask where my item was that I had ordered as 1-day priority shipping. I was told that they were waiting for the part to come in so it could be sent to me!!! This incompetency cost my business money as I had to call somewhere else and get it sent to me. If you are in a rush or a crunch, dont count on this company to come through for you. My first experience with them and definitely my last.

Contacted 4 State Trucks to get a mattress for a Semi and they had none in stock. They mentioned they will be there in a week and should be first to get it. Called back again only to find out that we were skipped and would have to wait again. One of the Reps recommended getting a different style mattress for same purpose. We agreed on having it shipped on a particular date so that someone can pick it up. God knows what happened. the item was shipped next day shipping to be received by no one. For the delay and skip and messing with the agreed shipment date, we give you a One Star. Disappointing!!!

Tried to see if they could fix my back pannel because I have no brake lights since they do nothing but custom work. Come to find out there is something not right with my truck couldnt find the problem but low and behold they started working maybe just needed the relay ports a little cleaning. I got the feeling they didnt want my business.I was their for 2.5 hrs to buy 2 lights and a air to air.I was charged freight for the parts I took with me.The guy that helped me didnt know what he was doing and his manager Pena wasnt much help.Im 4 days later Im still waiting for a follow-up from them. Was very much looking forward to going to this place stopped today to look at some seats and was gonna get them but they was out of stock on the color I wanted that was understanding . I ordered a stainless steel tool box for my trailer. I needed it right away. After ordering it I finally checked on the order and found out it wasnt even in stock and was going to be a while so I told them to cancel the order. I received an email telling me they would cancel it. I bought one from another company when to my surprise my card was charged for another one and the one I was told was canceled arrived. Now I have 2 stainless steel boxes. Will never trust them again !!

Used to love ordering truck parts from here, past few purchases have been a nightmare from waiting months to receive my order to receiving wrong parts. Everyone I know that’s been ordering parts have have terrible experience also. Shipping prices are outrageous for a simple fender bracket kit over $200 in shipping?!? Do not buy from them!!
I ordered a set of seats from Four States and had a very bad experience. There was a lack of communication and after it was all said and done I was Not happy in the slightest. Upon hearing about the situation, Four States reached out to me the next day to apologize for the situation and to make it right. I would Like to thank Dan and Shelly for going above and beyond to make sure that my order was taken care of. They turned a bad experience into one of the most positive Ive ever had with a company and customer service. They showed that customer satisfaction is their main priority and again, I would Like to thank them.

I have always had great experiences with 4 State Trucks in the past however on 12-31-20 I ordered an Air Line Box from 4 State Trucks and was informed it would ship that day or at the latest on Monday 1-4-21. I haven’t received a email confirmation that my order had shipped so on 1-7-21 I contacted the sales rep Amber to ask if my item had been shipped. Amber responded saying the item had to be assembled at the warehouse and she had no idea when it would be shipped. I understand freight is delayed due to covid however how is it that she told me upon ordering that the item would ship that day or at latest on 1-4-21 and. Now after a week Amber is unsure when my item would ship. I didn’t work all week as I was expecting my package to arrive no later than 1-8-21 as I was told by Amber. If Amber would have been honest with me from the beginning, 1. I may have ordered from elsewhere or 2. I would at a minimum worked this week and wouldn’t have missed out on a week of wages waiting for an item that hasn’t even been shipped.Hopefully, I don’t have any more problems on future orders or I will take my business elsewhereShortly after this review the owner of 4 State contacted me personally and sent my item out next day air at no cost and refunded my shipping fees. He brought the issue to the employee and as a business owner With an operation of his size Im very impressed he took time out of his day to resolve this matter.Thanks 4 State Trucks, I will continue to be a faithful customer! I have since changed the rating to a 5 star as I am satisfied with the results and that the owner took time to address the matter!

4 State Trucks has a wide selection of aftermarket parts at competitive prices. The customer service after the sale is horrible at best. Getting receipts/invoices for past orders is like pulling teeth. Returning or replacing defective parts is even harder than getting past receipts. There are too many parts suppliers across the country for any company to have poor customer service. After my experience with 4 StateTrucks I will definitely take my business and money somewhere else.Update: Shelly, the customer service manager, reached out to me after reading this review and helped solve my issues. Shelly is an excellent customer service manager and identified the breakdown in customer service within a five minute conversation. Because of Shelly I will continue ordering my parts from 4 StateTrucks. Thanks again Shelly.

I ordered a Belmor Aeroshield Smoked Bug Shield fitted for an International ProStar on December 5th, 2020. As of today April 23rd, 2021 I am still waiting on the bug shield.I have contacted customer services 6+ times now. I have sent an e-mail out every week inquiring about my order. They blamed it on the vendor and stopped responding to my e-mails/phone calls. I paid $221.66 and have not been refunded. I have been left in the dark and have not heard a word since early March.I would never buy another item from this “company” ever again no matter how bad I needed a specific part. This has been the worst experience with any purchase I have ever had which is saying a lot. The blatant brush off and disrespect is where I draw the line. If I could give them zero or negative stars, I would endlessly. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Almost a month wait package still hasnt arrived. Initially received email saying 1 part was not in stock. Requested rest of order be shipped and i would wait for remaining order. They didnt ship it but instead prepared it for shipping and let it sit until remaining parts were in(i dont know if theyre in yet bc i still dont have my order). Ill try raneys or back to ebay.
Well I ordered exhaust parts. Part of my order came within 3 weeks the other part came 10 weeks later after I had already told them to cancel them to me selling the truck. They said no problem when I called them back to get a refund they told me I would have to pay for shipping and would be a 15% restocking fee after paying close to 375.00 for the parts that is bull. They are receiving the 2 stars due to the rude and irresponsible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!!!!
Had the transmission i needed when nobody else did. Brian got it shipped out to me the same day I called. I had it at my shop in Mississippi a day and a half later. Got me out of a real pinch. Price was great. Service is second to none.

Save yourself the time and go to Walmart.com Almost every time iv tried ordering parts here they cant get it or didnt return calls. 2 times iv gotten The parts ordered from Walmart.com a non trucking related company today went to get some tire tools. Went inside walked around waiting for a sales person to free up time goes by everyones still busy so I thought ill just call there online sales and have them do it real quick order all the stuff and say I want to just pick it up now Im there. They then say they cant help and that id have to do it through the sales counter. So instead of wasting any more of my time I them I ordered it through Walmart not only did I save over a hundred dollars it took me less then 5 minutes to get it done. I hate Walmart but when there the only that can get the stuff I need ill use them.

Unbelievable. My wife ordered me the black angry duck hood ornament and was told it would be delivered to my house. Dec 28th. Here it is Jan 6th and its still not here. My wife called many times now they say 3 weeks. Very unprofessional and seriously poor communication. People could have at least communicated with her letting her know of the delays. Courtney goes a long way. I will definitely never stop/ let alone buy anything from here
I cant say enough about the service with 4 StateTrucks. I ordered a truck fridge for my van and it came very quickly, the order process was handled in a timely manner and even was thorough with a form to confirm some additional details. And when it was received and I had some questions about installation challenges, they followed up with the manufacturer to make sure everything was rectified and got me all the answers I needed. Thomas and Lauren were on it, and Lauren in particular really showed a great deal of concern for my experience with them. Will absolutely be shopping with them again because of the experience I had on the first order. Many companies could learn from 4 State Trucks.

Poor communication only half of my order was shipped never had a problem before called to see whats going. On and they said the person in charge of my order was no longer employed At fourstates and the gentleman I was speaking too even said that she over charged me thats great to hear and he put me on hold and other guy answered and I told him about my order and he said someone had the order open and there is nothing he could do called later on during the day and they answered told them my order number and they put me on hold and then shortly they hung up the phone I didnt know it was a crime to get some customer service when you spend your money and they. Mess up your order and your just calling to correct the problem i hope now that four states is expanding and has 3 buildings it doesnt loose sight of customer service and treating people fairly because there are other places people can shop such as Raneys 75 chrome etc..After speaking with shelly she contacted me found a solution to the problem and she appreciated .the input. Four state truck parts is awful...4 months of waiting for part and then get an email saying that the parts are discontinued.... unbelievable
They have everything for a truck.
