Best customer service!!! Took a desktop here for a hard drive repair. They fixed it in a day and were on top of all of my questions. Friendly and super professional people!

They fixed my computer, replaced the hard drive, got it working like new.. however, when I picked it up the battery pack was all cracked and broken and chipping, like it had been dropped. When I said something, the guy just wrote it off like it was no big deal.. I didnt push it because I had someone else drop it off and I didnt know if maybe that person had dropped it.. not really sure, but the guys attitude about it made me think it was something hed done.. but its whatever, my computer works!

I took my laptop in on Saturday to have the hard drive replaced. The man behind the counter gave me information on each hard drive to better help me pick which one is best for me. I got a phone call today (Monday) afternoon from pc doc letting me know my computer is ready. I came in to pick my laptop up and pay for the services later that day. The man at the counter was so nice and helpful. He complimented my computer telling me that it’s really nice. He gave me trips on how to extend the life of my hard drive. It is an under statement to say I am so happy with the customer service and my laptop is running so well and fast now! He even installed virus protection free for 1 year! He said if I have any questions or issues to call or come back in and he’ll take care of it! I would 10/10 recommend this place.

So they didnt actually fix my computer HOWEVER...its because they informed me my device was still under warranty and said they didnt want to risk voiding it. I appreciate their open, upfront honesty and wouldnt hesitate to reach out to the again for another issue.

Had a laptop fan problem. They had a quick look (for free) and figured out that it just needed to be cleaned out, which they dis for free. Nice fellow.

Moved to Jonesboro recently. Windows 10 crashed. After I reloaded Windows 10 I had some issues. The young man is definitely a geek. Very very impressed. I would highly recommend these folks.

Talked to employee on the phone and was very rude. No help on suggesting laptops. Couldn’t “hear” what I was saying. Finally understood my question and just googled the laptop I had asked him about. I had been doing the same thing for two weeks. Not good customer service at all. Was going to purchase laptop from this store but not now.

Dropped off a Mac book there..didn’t hear from them at all after that..had to call..just to be informed that they were quote”waiting for the smell in it to go away”?apparently of cat urine..regardles they didn’t call and had no intention on fixing it..awful service do not use these guys
