The Best is in Best Buy for a reason. If you want to come get expert help there is always someone there thats an I.T. specialist. Great customer service. Just got Samsung curved Computer monitor for my chrome box and I got Google home +1 Google. They may sometimes be a little higher than prices online but thats because its products are some of the best quality and because you can make sure you are getting exactly what you need.

Great Customer Service, easy pick up of an online order. Everyone was all smiles and howdy dos. I had ordered 2 kids tablets for my boys. Great tablets but I will say if youre looking for speed the Fire tablet may not be your best best bet. (7th Gen Fire 7)

I really dont like computer shopping. In the past I usually buy online - less pressure and more choices. But I needed a laptop ASAP. The Best Buy salesman showed me things I just wasnt interested in. I finally left and sat down in the food court and used my phone to look at the computer choices that were available at that particular store. The website contained much useful information. I found the reviews very very useful. After my research, I went back in the store and purchased a computer the salesman never showed me. I have had it more than six months and have been very happy.

Considering what brick and mortar retail has become, Best Buy at the end of the day is about as good as it gets. As with every Best Buy store that Ive ever shopped at, this location ALWAYS seems to have a ton of employees randomly but precisely walking somewhere yet never does there seem to be one available to actually help YOU with YOUR specific need? Why they always gotta pull out the radio and request a specific associate when theres 5 within spitting distance and you end up realizing that any one of them probably would have been more helpful than the expert the manager called from the back and that you had to wait 10 minutes for? 😂

Staff is always helpful. This location is relatively large, but if they dont have an item, they are always willing to get it shipped for you. The financing options are a great plus. I also appreciate the generous return policy and warranty options.

The salesman saved this place from a lower score. Went 60 miles to pick up 3 dehumidifier. Told in stock, no problem. Get there, and they had 2. Enjoyed time with salesman. Will deliver 3rd one soon.Prices at Best Buy no different or better than anywhere else, so whats adv going there?

So back in July my total tech support and webroot was due, and I decided to do another year basically because I bought my computer package there at Best Buy. Total cost was 217.00 and some odd centsNo problem with that. So I go check my bank account a couple of days later and the 217.? Was on there then I seen another charge for 161.00 and odd cents . I immediately call the customer service and was told the second charge was for gift card that I did not order but they say I did. In meantime I get email saying my tech support card is on its way, I thought must be doing something different because usually it’s a download.Couple of days later I get the gift card, then it all makes sense! So get on customer support and I could get a refund for the card as long as the silver bar wasn’t scratched off and it was within 15 days. So I mailed it back and it was received plenty of time before 15 days and I had received an email saying they received it.So I was out of town for three weeks, had mail held. Day after I got back I received a white bubble envelope with the card and reason it was returned....ugh so I get on phone to customer support went through 6 different people with a total of three hours on hold to talk to someone that knew what to do. I think that’s why I was sent to different departments cause no one knew the answer. I even asked for manager in charge and that’s when they kept sending me to different departments.Never got it resolved. I am stuck with the card and they deducted 20 bucks to send it back from the amount of the card. I am baffled and disappointed.I will never do business with Best Buy again and next year I will not renew by tech support with them.Nita Lane

Checked for product online for availability then called store and checked was told 7 are available. when I get to the store product was not there so I’m telling the guy how I had just called the store before driving there He puts his phone in my face showing me it wasn’t available and tells me I called the wrong place. So now I I’m recommending everyone not to shop at Best Buy!

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. He wasnt pushy or pressing. He let me make my decision an then let me know all the information pertaining to the smart TV is purchased. I received a receipt with the product but I really like how they also emailed me a digital copy to my email, which makes it easy to store for my records, and the gentleman also enrolled me in newsletters and promotional marketing through Best Buys website and I received reward points for my in-store purchase.

Purchased a power supply used my debit card. Had to return it the next day. They said it would be back on my card within 48 hrs. It wasnt I called corporate they located the purchase and return and told me I should not have left the store without it back on my card and since I did I would not get my money back 98+ tax loss havent shopped with them since. Before then I would spend well over 1,000 a month for parts for my company

Lucus who works in the electronics department gave us the most enjoyable experience weve ever had shopping for a laptop. My daughter wanted to buy one but wasnt sure exactly what to look for, but she knew exactly what she wanted the laptop to be. Lucas spent 2 patient hours teaching, researching and showing her different laptops and what the possible pros and cons of each one may present. He doesnt work on commission, and made it clear in a friendly way from the beginning that if we had any doubts and wanted to come back (or not) at a different time, it was perfectly okay! He wanted us to be completely confident in the investment my daughter was prepared to make.Too long didnt read: this Best Buy is the BEST Best Buy!

While the employees were friendly and nice, they told me that my daughters iPhone was broken and the only option was to replace the unit at a minimum cost of $350 plus taxes. They told me the microphone was broken on it. I did a bit of research and found the part for $8 and a friend fixed it in about 20 minutes.

Ive always had a great experience at this Best Buy. The staff are always friendly and very helpful, even on super busy days. They also price match anything on Amazon thats sold and shipped by Amazon. Ive saved a few bucks doing that. Just yesterday I saved $10 on a printer. They also recycle electronics. I took my old printer to them and they offered me a couple of special discounts on a new printer.

Jonesboro bestbuy has the worst customer service by far. I called to ask about different tablets and price differences between them, quality etc.. I promptly told they can’t discuss that. I’ll order from another company. I give it 3 years before amazon puts Best Buy out of service.

This is a last resort stop when I cant find what I need somewhere else and it would take too long to ship if I bought it online. The prices are as expected of a brick and mortar, and the selection reflects that as well. They have gotten better of late, but you cannot find key brands being sold in a Best Buy.

I wish I could have given zero stars. I had my laptop for almost exactly a year and bought the extended warranty. The computer broke (hardware) in November. I took it to the store and they said they would fix it, and so they sent it off. Come late December and I had the exact same issue for the second time. I took it to the store, again, and they would not replace it. They fixed it in store and assured me that it would work this time. I told them that my warranty would go out on February 4th. Come February 16th and I had the exact same issue for the third time. I called the store and they basically told me to pound sand and buy a new one. I called 1-800 geek squad and they redirected me to three different people. They finally got me in touch with someone who was supposed to have some pull. He told me that it was a lemon and I was entitled to a new computer and that he would forward all of my information to the store. I went there and they had no idea what I was talking about. After an hour of calling various people they told me to come back today, February 17th, and speak to the general manager. He had all kinds of attitude and he even called it a lemon himself. He said to fix it, yet again, and give me a 90 day warranty. If it messes up for the fourth time, even for the same issue, I’m on my own. I told him if it breaks again I would return it anyway...he did not like that...

Best buy is quite amazing for me! Im giving it 4 stars as they dont support exactly what I would want. Im a Gamer, but they have such a small area dedicated to it, its a shame seeing, theirs not much gaming stuff except for consoles. Needs more PC parts. Overall 10/10 store to get tech if you cant get them ordered online.

This is one of my favorite places to go. I feel that over the past couple years they have obtained a wider variety of products. The staff has always been very helpful. If they dont know the answer, they find someone who does or look it up. The protection plans they offer have saved me quite a bit of hassle. I love the reward points and thats one of the big drivers as to why I spend so much money there. As long as they stay in Jonesboro, theyll have the bulk of my tech business.

Best Buy has been ok in the past. However I bought an iPhone and clearly stated an unlocked iPhone to bring back to China. However they gave me a locked iPhone that could not be used in China. They also turned on the iPhone at the store “because of their policy” prior to giving it to me. They suck.

Ordered my daughter an iPhone 6 online because it wouldn’t allow he store to order and have shipped there so they said. This was a Christmas present and I never received it. Went to the store and they tell me due to something going wrong with the battery it was sent back to sender which was in San Antonio Tx. That was the 19th it’s the 27th I have no refund and no phone for my baby girl. Went to the store and they basically tell me the same the however they have a iPhone 6 for 240 but why would they not give that one to me considering they messed up my child’s Christmas by shipping me a phone with a bad battery in the first place. Never again will I trust Best Buy at Christmas time!!!

I have found what I needed a hard drive. The sales man did a price match so I got it even cheaper than expected. The store is quite big you can find a wide range of products. Member of staff are helpful and nice. Prices are average as they do a price match with internet too like Amazon. No hassle when I have asked for the price match. The funny part they also do a price match with their own ecom web site.Highly recommended if you need your product right now.

The mobile staff is the worst Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After 4 hours of getting what I can only conclude was being lied to, I made my order, filled out all paperwork, on my phone in the parking lot. 20 minutes later I walk into the store to the online pickup counter and walk out with my purchase I had been trying to do in store that started almost 5 hours prior. The only reason there is 3 stars is because I ultimately made my purchase, no thanks to the mobile staff. Unless there is an amazing deal, I will never set foot in this store again.

Im in here all the time buying computer hardware and TVs for my office. I do a lot of personal business with them too. Every time I go in, everyone I talk to is very helpful. It can sometimes be hard to find some help when you need it, but only because the staff are busy helping other customers. I honestly dont mind the wait though. Cant recommend this place enough
