Bought a gas tank from them for my Pontiac G6. Good friendly service and a good price. I will definitely go back in the future.

I wouldnt deal with them their rude and ugly to the customers and want to charge to triple the price if you ask for a30 warranty

Terrible service, I called to sell my vehicle and when he asked what I was wanting out of it I told him a piece I had in mind and his response was whoo good luck, thanks for the call and hung up on me. Absolutel worst service.

I called B & B (Owner Ray) and told him I needed a Throttle Body for a 2008 Trailblazer LT 4.2 engine. He said he had the part so I drove 49 miles to purchase it. I waited for about an hour for them to pull the parts from the vehicle plus two other parts, (power steering pump, & abs wheel speed sensors) To make a long story short I purchased the parts attempted to install them but the parts were wrong, the pumps fluid reservoir was busted and wouldnt hold fluid. I forced him to admit the parts came from the wrong vehicle. But he refused to take the parts back and refund my money($195). He said he would not refund my money because the parts look like they should work and they were good parts. And in my attempts to reason with him about refunding my money he hung up on me. I called back and he answered the phone but didnt say anything as to determine if the call was another potential customer or if it was me, then he hung up again.Please stay away from this place because you could find yourself in the same situation. Whatever vehicles they have on the yard are locked behind closed doors and the public doesnt have access to them to verify parts are pulled from the correct vehicles. Its a scam to get your money in hand and policies created specifically to avoid refunding your money. For those of you that have been scammed lets file a lawsuit to shut this place down. harold.turner53@gmail.

Just got off the phone with these guys. Asked about a part and was explaining what I needed. He told me no and in the middle of what I was saying just hung up. Extremely rude if you ask me. If you want parts and need to explain yourself, save yourself the time and dont call these guys.

Do not buy anything from this place I bought a engine from them for my 17 year old sons truck they guarantee me it would run my mechanic was getting ready to put the engine in got to looking into it said the engine is NO good tried to return it they would not take it back or replace it said it was not the engine he sold me (but it was) called my mechanic and I liars about the engine this company is a joke they are in the business of ripping people off DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

These are some of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever dealt with. They even gave me the part for less than quoted. Less than anyone around. I will happily come back and send everyone I know to them!!

Horrible person he cussed at me kept my money and didnt give my anything. I told him the spare trailor wheel he was trying to sell me wasnt the right one after he ran my card and refused to give me a refund. By the way he hated that, he wanted cash to avoid paying tax. He called me terrible names in front or his daughter and refused to give me anything. He kept $108.55 and gave me nothing. The wheel was aluminun I have steel wheels on my trailor the tire was bauld, and had a patch on it. He rated it a 6 on a scale form 1 to 10. I said its more like a 2 or 3 he said a 3 is a flat tire for a spare. Hes a violent horrible person.

Called to get a price of a part and was quoted the price of a NEW part...for their used. When I asked, and made the comment that another place was going to order me a brand new one for that price..they got VERY RUDE..TOLD ME TO GO THERE AND HUNG UP ON ME!These people will not get my business!

This guy is a crook and a thief! I purchased a battery for my car from him, he told me he was going to put it in my trunk, the passenger of my car popped the trunk for him . While he was supposed to be putting the battery in my trunk, I was paying . Later after an hour n a half drive to the car I was to put the battery in, I open my trunk and there was no battery! I called and of course he said he put it in there but when I asked him to roll back the cameras he said his cameras dont record! Liar! Its a salvage yard! Yes your cameras record! He stole from me! Dont buy anything from this thief!

Beware of buying parts or doing bushiness with B & B automotive of Jonesboro. For one warranties are just a word. Alot of underhanded things go on there. Trust me I worked there. Trying to save alot of you guys time and money. I will never get anything else from them. Also if you need repairs you never know what happens there to your vehicle. Might even pay more than double what you can get it for at U Pull it of Jonesboro!!!!!

The guys out there hooked me up with some really good used tires for an excellent price and put them on my car too.

They sold me a defective alternator. When I requested to get another one, they refused and were so rude. There are hundreds of lawsuits against them. Now I understand the reason.

Awful service and one of the rudest owners ever. I needed him to plug up a $15 horn to make sure my horn was bad and not a problem with the wires(car was there and connector already disconnected from horn ready to be tested). He wouldnt do it without me buying new horn and then not refund me if it didnt work while I was still on the property and couldnt tamper with it. He then got chest to chest with me pretty much shoving me out of the door, cussing me the whole way. He doesnt deserve anyones service and I cant believe how hes still in business being that disrespectful.

Its a good place to get used parts they are very organized and have a wide variety of vehicles if I need a part ill call them first

The worst behaviour I have ever seen. They took my money first and gave me broken defective product. Then I told them either give me something non defective or refund me. They refused both and trying to force me to take the defective one. After my refusal the old pig guy with his emplyees approached to me with a threatening voice to leave their office, tried to beat me. I ran off and took help from police immediately. Actually their not doing business, they are doing robbery.

This guy is a liar and a thief. I paid him cash up front to put an engine in my vehicle. I waited for 2 weeks and called to find out what was going on. He told me he had finished, but the engine wasnt any good and I would need to pay him again to put another engine in. Im taking him to court of course. If youre thinking of doing business with this liar, Id recommend getting everything in writing and certainly dont be foolish and pay him up front the way I did. This guy is a con. He is 45 years old and says he has been in business for 35 years if that tells you anything. He is one of the worst human beings I have met in my entire life.

They sold a defective part and lied saying theyd make it right. And it was a part that went on my daughters car, a single mother of 2 babies that have to ride in that car. They knew that. Then wouldnt discuss it. Kept hanging up the phone.Dont trust them for ANY part.

These guys are absolute dishonest pieces of trash. The rumors are true, they will try to rip you off in any way possible. I went up there to retrieve some personal items I had accidentally left in my car after I sold it to him for salvage. He informed me that the car was cleaned out and empty. When I questioned his business practice, he became very aggressive and came around the counter to get in my face. I threatened to call the cops, and he shouted the number at me from memory. It is clear that he has had several people call the cops on him. Whatever you do, dont conduct any business with these guys whatsoever!

This guy quoted me a price for a part for 500$. I told him i had an estimate and told him what the price of the part had been quoted to me and told him i would call him when i received insurance check. I called him after receiving my check and he basicly called me a liar and said theres no way he quoted me 500$ for that part. Needless to say i found the part elsewhere for 500$.

Bad business men sold a customer of mine a Chevy 5.7 motor and sold a Ford transmission to go with it customer just wanted the right transmission they are crooks just remember a eye for a eye

I needed 2 bolts for the driveshaft in my 1999 Ford f150and they charged me $10 for each bolt because they had to go out there for 2 bolts
