Sad service today. We stood there in line for 20 minutes, while they served people that walked in after us. Then after we spoke up they let us know their systems had been down the whole time. Then they condesendingly apologized. Hate to imagine how long they might had left us standing there.

Excellent Customer Service! I was greeted promptly when I walked in. I asked about banner sized prints, and was given multiple options and prices. I selected a 3x4 paper print out and it was ready the next day. The price was reasonable for the short turn around. The next day, they called me when it was ready, which was a nice touch! The quality was gorgeous and the positive feedback I received afterward was extremely satisfying. Thank you!

I found myself driving all around looking for the place.... with the help of Google maps... service was fast. I usually just go to ups, more convenient. Also the label was pre paid and told me I should use FedEx or usps.... still had to pay for package... so really ups, would have charged me the same price and FedEx picks up there so.... I guess its all about convenience.

Britton is wonderful to work with. He has always gone above and beyond getting our different projects handled in a timely, professional manner and for that we are greatly appreciative. FedEx/Kinkos is very fortunate to have an employee like Britton who cares for the company and it’s customers..

Can’t even have packages delivered to the right address. Even USPS can manage that. Probably won’t buy from any company that uses fedex for deliveries anymore since there is no sense in buying something that you never receive. May as well flush money down the toilet than ship with FedEx

I am having important documents mailed ... time sensitive and requires over nighting. Ive tried to overnight before and been told it takes two days (I know ... OVERNIGHT!!) I called to verify time frame for this service. Agent was either unable or unwilling to provide customer service resembling acceptable and cold transferred me ... somewhere. I called UPS for a better customer experience.

Non-local fax prices are simply outrageous per page. Over $5 for two pages. Also I never received any customer service or even a greeting from the employees and I went there twice in a day. Once to use the copier and once to fax but I was never approached and asked if I needed help or even a Good Afternoon. Also if you are using the copier, be aware it automatically is set to color, not b&w.

Very lazy associates that don’t want to help always there answer I don’t know well if you don’t know anything about the job why are you there I have been in there three times with the same lame experience so I started going to the ups store they will go out of there way to help !

Great store, helpful staff. I work in stained glass and have need for large scanning, copying and then printing. My drawings are generally 3 wide and as long as I need, but greater than 5 to 6 long. Plotters handle all my pattern needs, after I received the training, so I can quickly enter the store, Bo my work and Im out w/o needing assistance from the staff...

Not great. Its December 22 and they only have one staff person working. You would assume the Christmas season would warrant two but maybe that’s why it’s so cheap to ship compared to USPS. Its an experience worth skipping. Don’t ship, just use amazon. They’ve already blocked Fedex from shipping their wares.

DO NOT use the discriminating UPS Store located at Browns Mill Rd here in Johnson City, TN.. the staff at that particular UPS Store could care less about receiving your business. I therefore have been using the FedEx here on North Roan St and the FedEx staff here is very professional, courteous, attentive and will show great concern in customer business. Thumbs up to this FedEx; thumbs down to the UPS Store located at 3101 Browns Mill Rd, Johnson City, TN 37604

I am very happy with their service. I ordered manuals from Canada, to be printed and delivered to my hotel. When I got there the manuals were waiting for me. Everything was done over the phone, the manuals were printed as I wanted them. They answered to all my inquiries. I strongly recommend this facility.Thank youPS: I was quoted $130 higher for the same servile by other Fed Ex Office facility.

Everytime i order something and fedex has to bring it goes to the wrong house or the sit it in snow or something and then the place i ordee from has to replace the item when i thonl fedex should have buy for this item they need to teach them to read numbers on mailboxes

Just spent almost an hour to go in and print two documents and will have to come back and have them reprinted. I felt very sorry for the guy working the store this evening because it was clear he doesnt have the help he needs and its not his fault. This was the first time using the DropBox option to print a document from the web. Please dont use anything that is web-based in this store. In this day and age the download should almost be instant. After standing in the hot sun through the window entering my information, the first time it locked up, the second time it wanted 15 minutes for a 120 page simple Word document to download. The attendant said to email it. You cant really do this from DropBox without saving it to your computer first. I tried to download it a second time and we gave up. Then went to the computer. Took forever and the print quality was exceedingly poor even though I have an original document. He had to change the printer cartridge and there is ink all over the back of the documents and the full page didnt print...printer is off. I am going to have to go somewhere else tomorrow to print these again. Good thing he didnt charge me. I was there for almost an hour and the store was empty when I got there. So, if you have a flash drive or the documents, great...but dont try to use their web print services. They simply dont work. I didnt have an hour to waste this evening either. This location needs a serious equipment and wi-fi connection upgrade.

The woman who works there all the time is rude and short with everyone and doesnt really know what shes doing. My boyfriend, who is a very relaxed guy, tried to go to print some business cards a while back, and she was so rude (probably because she did not want to help) that he left there with his heart rate up swearing hed never go back. I was forced to go in there to pick up a package in which delivery had already been attempted 3 times. A pretty simple thing. And she was also rude and short with me and made up a few things about where it was, until I had to go back in and prove her wrong. Then she borrowed my phone (where I was tracking on their fed ex app) because I guess she cant find any answers on her own computer in the fed ex store?!!! Not to mention rude to the sweetest woman behind me who only needed to ask a question about a package she was dropping off by saying to her Youre done, maam, you can go! l bet everyone leaves that place with their blood boiling. Im dreading going back there today because I may have to interact with her briefly.

I usually have no trouble shipping or dropping off packages. Service is quick and concise, but the past two times Ive request for Fedex packages to be held there they have refused the shipment resulting in the packages being returned to the sender! No one at the store explained why and when I called Fedex themselves they had no idea why. Anyway, beware if you have them hold a shipment. They may refuse it and then youll spend hours on the phone with Fedex trying to get them to send the shipment back to you.
