I love this store. It is perfect if you like a country rustic look. But they have so much it would be great for any style you want to do. I was so impressed with the prices. I have spent about a 1000 to 2000 in this store. But for that money I have completely redone my medium sized 3 bedroom house. Im talking about every detail in my house, from the little things to the big things. If I would have went to hobby lobby or some other decor store it would have been 4000 to 5000. One of the ladys that works there (Misty)was beyond amazing. She helped me with every detail and helped me find everything I wanted or was looking for. She even helped me to figure out placement of my trays and what all to use on them.Thanks to her and this store I was actually able to pull of exactly what I wanted for my home. And to be honest if it wasnt for this store and the help of Misty I would have never been able to afford to do it or known what to do. This is anamazing place with very beautiful products.

Misty was simply amazing, we were able to get some amazing deals for our holiday season for 2021. Beautiful home decor, ornaments, furniture, and accessories. She was so helpful to us and so patient while we shopped and didn’t mind staying over for us to get loaded. She was a pleasure. Never rushed us out. Great place. We had good help. A lady named Misty helped my wife with all her questions and they even helped by showing my wife different ways to do it and gave her lots off ideas to help us pull off the look we wanted. They have good prices. They have nice sturdy items. Everything has survived our 3 children. We saved a ton of money and got really nice decor. If we would have went to Walmart or another decor store we would have paid 3 times the amount and it would have been less quality stuff. I posted just a few pictures of some of the stuff we got. I love this place. I drove 3.5 hr to shop at this business on multiple occasions. Well worth the drive. The business was well stocked with beautiful flowers and decor. The employees were awesome. We gladly made the three hour drive to Johnson City to shop Decor Deals. The selection is impressive. The warehouse is amazingly clean and well organized between the retail and wholesale sections. The staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. This could not have been a more pleasant experience! We will most assuredly be returning, and have already made plans to do so!

I make this 4 1/2 hr drive one way with my wife every couple of months to support her small local business in Martinez, GA. I enjoy the shopping experience, and as a man shopping is not my forte! The friendly atmosphere and customer service we always receive makes the drive worth it. We truly enjoy our experience at Decor Deals and the conversation with Jim and his staff are the highlight of the day! Best prices and selections are well worth the drive!

Drove a little over 2 hours after seeing a Facebook live. The products are all high quality items. The prices are much better then you would receive in most home decor stores. Hardest part of the trip was deciding what to buy as I wanted it all! Cant wait to go back!

I had read several of the views for this place but decided I would still like to come look for myself. We drove over 2 hours to get there and was disappointed in the small amount of products they had. I did make a couple of purchases and the employee that checked us out was very nice. My review rating is the following: if youre looking for a big warehouse stocked with lots of decor you will be disappointed.

Me and my friends drove 3 hours each way a couple of months ago to get here. We bought a carload and spent 1000$ or more. We are very happy with our items and loved our FREE items. Who gives you anything free? Staff was very friendly and helpful, and Jim explained all about wholesale after I ask about it. We had a great time! We will be going back soon!

Excellent selection of country home decor items with reasonable prices. Just bought the items, so quality hasnt problem yet, but they seem to be good quality products. Some unique items not readily available at other places. Service was also helpful and exceptionally friendly. If youre looking for country decor, I would highly recommend.

Dont waste your time driving to this place. I drove there today from Asheville. Inventory is limited. And dont dare wander into the wholesale section, even if the gate is wide open with no signage to tell you the space required permission to enter. Rude Rude Rude people run the place.

A friend and I drove over from Asheville after seeing posts on Facebook. Keep in mind this isn’t a storefront or boutique. It’s located in a large warehouse, in the back. The selection is limited, but everything is nice! Prices work out well once discounts are applied and we were thrilled with our purchases. I had an issue with one item that I found once I returned home and the owner promptly took care of it. No hassle at all. If you love unique products and the thrill of finding bargains, you will enjoy Decor Deals. We made a day of it, had lunch locally and visited a few more stores. Looking forward to our next trip back.

I just want to say I had the best shopping experience. I was helped from the time I stepped into the building. I dont understand all the negative reviews. Yes some items are pricey but they are good quality items. After all the discounts and free items I recieved Im completely satisfied. I will be back!

Bought a kitchen island on Saturday. Went to pick up the island on Sunday only to find all furniture was 25% off. Asked the owner if they could accommodate us since we made the purchase less than 24 hours before. Was told the furniture wasn’t on sale the previous day and refused to do anything. Not very customer friendly. Was going to use the savings to purchase additional items but will go elsewhere. Do not recommend!!Update - Jim (the owner) did reach out and offered to make right our experience which is all a person could request. This is much appreciated and does make the experience much better. Changing star rating to four stars.

Let me tell everyone about my experience! I inadvertently found this place on Facebook and decided to give it a try so I drove 2 hours to check it out with a friend of mine. There was no instruction on Facebook as to how everything was done. It simply gave the address, days/hours of operation and a brief description of items available (pictures were also available for viewing). Upon arrival we were greeted by Annie who gave us a quick tour of the facility (wholesale vs retail) and provided us with a form to fill out of the items we wished to purchase. She also showed us the U carts which we were to load with our items and empty boxes for which items could be placed. Additionally she told us to shop the wholesale, but feel free to shop in the retail section as well. Annie did make note that retail items would be discounted at 50% off marked price. Items for both wholesale and retail could be tallied in same form according to Annie, but needed to be differentiated by an asterisk. After shopping for nearly 2 hours we stood in line for approximately 5 minutes when the owner, Jim, introduced himself to me. He proceeded to assist us with out checkout. Jim began reviewing my order and told me that I was not allowed to shop in the retail section and that if I did I would need to use an additional form. Ok! He then began calculating my purchases and said that I only had $330 worth of items which meant I couldn’t purchase my items. So I asked if my friend could add her items for which he agreed. Even with her items.....I was still short by over $100. Jim said....”I’ll let it slide this time, but not again”. He said he had a customer from the same place I was from and asked me if I knew them. I replied yes and he asked how far they were from our business. I told Jim about a mile. He quoted a rather large figure (5 digits) of how much money they spend on an annual basis and it was his job to protect their business. I told him I was unaware, but obviously not in competition with them. I was mostly buying for myself and only a small amount was going to our business. After all the negative vibes from Jim....I politely told him that I didn’t want to purchase anything. He said.....but your cart is already loaded to which I responded I will return everything to it’s proper place. He responded with “no....we’ll do it”. I was also told I should have called before I came. While leaving I ran into Annie who asked how everything went on the first trip. I told her the owner was very rude which is an understatement. I have no intentions of returning to this establishment and hope anyone who is interested is going.....think twice before you do! Really bad customer service Jim Hallahan, but thank you to Annie Lynch. I must say I have no reason to return to Johnson City! I’ll take my small business purchases elsewhere. One more bit of advice to Decor Deals....let the shoppers know how you want things done (including $500 minimum purchase to wholesalers) by posting it on Facebook.

Variety of home goods at very reasonable prices. Home decor, floral, small gifts, etc. The entrance is on the back side of a warehouse but there was people all around and it was well lit, so it seemed pretty safe 😊
