Favorite place to get groceries in the area. It’s vast selection and variety is the largest in the area as well. Wide selection great value and a great looking store all adds to why I prefer it for my shopping needs. Not to mention the prepared food section is amazing. Pizza, subs, sandwiches, sushi and more! All of the selection variety is quality and great. Plus with the added bonus of being at a affordable price!

Amazing store. I don’t live close by,but anytime I am in that area I try to take advantage of stocking up on things that I can’t get anywhere else. Excellent quality and freshness of produce,

Wegmans is a pretty nice store. Depends on when you go, sometimes it can get a little chaotic with how many people are there. I prefer to go later in the evening, where only a few people are there and you can get all your shopping done without being interrupted. A little overpriced for certain things, where others are very well priced. Typically always have what I need, which is convenient. Can usually find things with ease and if you cant employees are always willing to help you out. Store is always clean, employees are always very friendly. Bakery is really nice. Sub shop is always really good although there usually is a slight wait/line.

Recently ordered two round cakes for our wedding-beyond amazed at the incredible work & details of the Fall Theme on the one cake - absolutely beautiful- both cakes were fantastic & perfect for our small & intimate celebration!! A million Thanks to the wonderful Skeet in the Bakery & his Fabulous talent!! And all who did such a wonderful job in these crazy times!! BLESS ALL OF YOU!!!

The wing sauce they had many years ago for the deli wings was switched out. Whoever caused that decision ruined the wings completely. Went from being some of the best wings in town to the top 1st worst :/

I absolutely 💯 love Wegmans. But I cannot give it perfect score based on this shopping experience for 2 reasons. First was learning that,, As big as Wegmans is I was shocked to discover they are not one of the grocery giants accepting online Ebt payments for curbside pick up or delivery. Shocking and a valuable missed opportunity in my opinion and maybe, just maybe ( we will never know for sure) if you had the benefit available: then on day of my visit it may not of been quite unnerving trying to dodge all the security staff you had standing protecting produce n 2 other depts from high theft from not just hooligans, but desperate hungry people to steal produce n dairy. The 2nd part,, is the store has everything pushed a inventory term to appear heavy in fullness from moment you walk in thru bakery n deli.. The deception to us customers is just how bad your shelves were empty.. which Im well aware of the shipping & delivery issues at hand but still there has to be a better way to help your customers out. My suggestion get with the times Wegmans so your servicing all of your customer base. Times have changed sadly. Add the Ebt option for online ordering and my suggestion maybe is your famous for your big yellow signs, maybe do sandwich sign up of the major stuff your out of that you know people will be looking for especially basic staples. I know I would be appreciative if I was about to walk in and saw a sign saying the store was totally out of Tp, eggs and whatever else and those happened to be what I was coming to get. But since you saved me the time of not having to walk all over trying to find something your out of and I dont need anything else at the moment, Im gonna turn around n leave a very pleased customer because you looked out for the customer n saved me from wasting anymore precious time. BTW, I went there with intention of getting lots of fresh produce and some stuff for baking. Total of 5 items not counting produce individually but as once., and your store was out of 3 of 5 items.its a shame. Just one shoppers point of view.

Love Wegmans, this is one of their flagship stores and one of the biggest. So as a kid I got spoiled by all the cool nuances of this grocery store. Good prices and so much variety everything you could want from Carnivore, to Vegan, to Beer to cooking gear. One of my favorite places to just stroll and see what new things they have!

A foodies wonderland. This place has mad variety and options when it comes to fresh food. Whatever you want, they more than likely have it food wise.Very clean, neat, and organized store with a warm welcoming layout. Unlike Walmart and other cheap grocery chain stores, this place doesnt really force you to go to the self checkout . They keep an ample amount of associates on the registers at all times which is great.Sadly I can no longer come here because its madly expensive. I can easily spend $1000 on groceries here and the food would barely last a week.

Excellent place for groceries and quick meals. A little pricier than other chains but always good selection and top quality food. One complaint - cash register aisles are way too narrow. They need to remove a few and widen things. Carts barely fit and it’s difficult to navigate. They can afford to lose a few registers since not all of them are being used at one time.

By far the best Wegmans Ive ever been to. So many quality products. Staff was so friendly. It was busy but the customers were nice.

I would give 5 stars if the entire store wasnt overpriced. Best meat around, though. Best subs money can buy too.

Im from Syracuse and we have a Wegmans on every corner. So, its nice to get my (their famous) subs and the best quality produce in the area. They have everything from Sushi, bulk goods and a fantastic organic department, but I still think that Wegmans is to pricey for me to shop for my main staples.

Best grocery store ever. Wish we had one in Asheville area. 4 1/2 hours is quite a drive to Raleigh/ Durham area, yet....I do it about every 3-4 mths. Miss their selection, prices, convenience, and awesome customer service. If you havent ever shopped at a Wegmans, you should put on Ur list of must does ....

Prices being pushed while you have less working and even letting some more experienced people go - saves you money but have lost sight of customers. Owners seem more interested in filling their pockets at workers and customers expense.

I was staying in Johnson City New York for the last week flew in from Phoenix Arizona to go to the Derek Jeter induction ceremony and I had the fortunate pleasure of going to your supermarket at least three times maybe more and it is a great supermarket the people the staff the prices the food to go stuff the sandwiches the Chinese food bagels you guys are doing it really well whos ever in charge take a pat on the back because if your goal is to take care of your customer youve reached it and surpassed it

As a southerner thats never been to a Wegmans before.. wow. Just WOW.This place has everything a grocery store should have, plus more! Ive never seen anything like it and Im sad that we dont have these down in Arkansas where I live. So clean, so much selection, super friendly staff, and the prepared food is so delicious and such a great deal!I will be missing you Wegmans, maybe well meet again some day.

Sometimes it seems like their sub station is under staffed but thats not the employees faults, great food and easy enough to find everything you need

$15 in gluten free turned into $180 gluten free. Great selection. They carry AGAINST THE GRAIN PRODUCTS and Ener-G gluten/ yeast free bread from Seattle. Plus bonza pasta. The have a few product lines I will sample over the next week😃

Wegmans is fantastic. They always have a large selection/variety of thousands of products. Im sure its fair to say that theres lots of things that you can get at Wegmans that you cant get anywhere else in the area. Also I have a fantastic selection of organic foods and foods that cater to people with allergies or sensitivities to things like gluten. If youve never tried their cold (or hot) subs do yourself a favor and try them!!!

It has just about everything I needed for groceries. Prices are fair. Quite busy. Wished there was a little more room at checkout.

We are long rime customers of Wegmans, 5 years ago we moved to SC and miss it very much. So when we visit family we visit Wegmans to. Best variety of Quality foods, by far.

The prices are sky high and have been raised on almost everything. My strawberries are usually moldy. It is a good place to get fresh produce though but I recommend getting your cat food, dog food and frozen food from Price Chopper or Walmart, The prices are lower.

Overpriced and not that good. Their pizza is terrible, their bread is under baked and way over priced...$5.00 a loaf or $3.75 for a half loaf. Their baked goods arent that great either.

Might be a little more expensive than some stores around but worth every penny. Their meat and produce just taste better than other stores in the area. They have tons of unique/specialty items that are hard to find or have to order online. Last but not least the atmosphere of the store is amazing. The store, workers and customers are inviting.

I go here once in a while, but the store is significantly cleaner than any other store its just really busy. Convenient if you need to find a specific item since this store has literally everything. Friendly staff and registers are open.

I mostly liked Wegmans, high prices aside. But I have to give them an automatic zero stars for suddenly refusing to make change at their service desk, and for having weird, uneven policies around their choose your own 6 pack of beer. On top of that,, theyve gutted their once-decent food bar and now offer very little. Inexcusable.

I am usually impressed with Wegmans supermarket in Johnson city, NY.; today I was not. I ordered a pizza from the pizza parlor. (My fault alone), I thought the pizza I ordered was $13.00. When it arrived the young man posted a sticker on the box for $18.00. I asked, I thought it was-$13.00, he replies, no, is a specialty pizza, if you wanted to pay less you should have ordered a smaller pizza. I found his words hurtful, insulting, and rude. I felt belittled by him that maybe he was implying I could not afford the pizza. I said thank you, walked away and purchased my pizza and departed feeling a little down. I wish I had gotten his name because I would post it. Hopefully someone will read this review and speak with him. All I wanted to do was bring home dinner bcz I just came off a long shift from work and a 3 hour drive from said shift. Thank you Wegmans

All of the employees were so kind as was the Lady at the register. I had been told u were 24 hrs now though and I was very saddened u were not.

The gal who brought me my order in freezing temperatures delivered the same great customer service that has become expected from the Johnson City Wegmans. Awesome job

I love wegmans! Easy to social distance, anything you want you will find. But plan to spend some time if you are making a big shop, theres lots to look at! A wonderful, lovely shopping experience. Every time. The employees are wonderful, great customer service.

Wegmans chooses conflict avoidance over employee and customer safety. So disappointed in Wegmans in Johnson City. Last Friday 7/3 while making our weekly grocery shopping trip to Wegmans we were passing and following several young people in the isles who were wearing masks without covering their nose putting at risk customers and employees. Masking only works if everyone not only wears them, but wears them properly covering both nose and mouth. So I wrote to Wegmans expressing my concern about not enforcing proper masks wearing to protect customers and employees. Here is the response I received:Hello John,We strongly encourage customers to wear a face covering while shopping in our stores in accordance with any local or state mandates. We are focused on complying with these mandates, while keeping the health and safety of our employees and customers a top priority, and that includes minimizing the likelihood of conflicts in our stores. We go here exclusively for our sub sammiches. Theyre the best in town...Ive found so far. Im always on the search for a good sub sammich. Wegmans subs rule! Shout out to the sweet ladies who make the subs!!!

So many amazing items to chose from it can be overwhelming to walk around but once you know where to look its fun to see what new and great items you can find.

Binghamton wegmans has a large sub station with 5 employees making subs at once. This was a excellent idea. Not only did I wait 4 min but my sub was made by a very polite employee that was smiling and punctual. Great food worth the wait in line.

Moved from Northern Virginia to Binghamton NY. Store is too crowded all the time. A second location in Binghamton should be considered. All stores are set up differently. Some employees need training on customer service and are rude if you ask a question. Thank goodness you can usually find another employee who is willing to assist you.

Going to Wegmans is a rather unique experience. They have a great selection and I dig their sustainability efforts. Their food is always fresh and you can find some really interesting, seasonal offerings. Things like fiddlehead ferns and morel mushrooms. I would like to see even more local food offered, but they do better than all of the other grocers in that regard.Expect a crowd and dont expect any crazy good sales.
