I would recommend window world for anyone looking to install or replace windows. I had Casey and in 3 hours he removed, replaced and rewrapping 4 windows. All windows look amazing. I will be doing more windows and requesting Casey.

I purchased 6 windows and a storm door on Nov 27th, paid 1/2 down. Were installed May 4th. After installation and workers gone I went to close my outside door and the screen door. Unable to close both doors tightly. The door handles hit each other. Was informed this is common and the fix is to rehang the door. I will now have one door opening in one direction and the other in an other direction. Unable to come back until May 21st. In the meantime in the matter of less than 2 weeks the screen has pulled away from the frame. The outside framing around one window has a huge dent. Quality is very poor.Customer service is awful when able to actually talk to someone, very rude. I asked for owners name. Was given a name and a time he will be in. I called at such time and a spoke to an extremely rude person. I ended up calling corporate when speaking to them I was given the owners name. It was not the name of the man I spoke with. What angers me the most though is I am stuck with a door that I hate. I paid $1175 for a door that I will never be happy with. I definitely do not recommend.Please go to the Better Business Bureau website and enter Window World Binghamton and you will see that it is not BBB Accredited.This is a reply to to Window World, the issue with the door should have been brought to my attention at the time of sale, the installers should have tried the doors prior to leaving. I have never spoken to a ruder person than the one in your office. She isnt truthful, tells me I said things that I absolutely would never of said. I asked for the owners name. I was given a name &and a time he would be in. I called &and believed I was talking to the owner, who as just as rude as the woman. I called corporate, the gentleman I talked to suggested changing the handle and dead bolt. This gentleman gave me the name of the owner. I found out I was given a salesman by the womanIt is damn near impossible to speak to someone once you purchase the doors & and then you are treated terrible.

The gentleman couldnt have been more professional and kind!! They did an amazing job 👏!! I would recommend them to everyone! From the estimator Bill Corbett to the installers excellence! This is the 2nd time theyve replaced windows for me!! Was great the 1st time and even better this time!!

My parents had their siding, windows and doors replaced by Window World. I’m giving this business one star because based on appearance alone, the work looks great from a distance.First of all, they left nails throughout the entire lawn, which not only is unsafe for our dogs and children but a nail popped one of our lawnmower tires.Gutters were purchased and supposed to be installed as part of the project. Upon purchase of the gutters, it was very clear that the roof was going to be replaced with a metal roof, which didn’t seem to be an issue until after everything was complete except the gutter installation with no explanation. After inquiring about the status of the gutters, the company mentioned that these weren’t installed because an additional service was required that would cost an additional $2K due to the metal roof that would be installed. After getting a second opinion, it seems this is an unnecessary upsell.The front door handle fell off when opening the door after just a couple months. Not to mention, they left a small container of black paint for touch ups on the door assuming that the paint would chip. However, the paint really needs to be used to cover the places they didn’t finish to begin with. The nail holes in the molding were never filled, which looks awful. These need to be filled and painted.When opening one of the windows, a piece fell off. Come to find out, another one of our relatives also had windows installed by this company and are facing very similar issues. I’m very concerned with the longevity of this work.My parents planned to have my windows and siding replaced by this company for the house I just purchased but based on the quality of this work, we are exploring other options.

Very easy process from start to finish. First, a staff member came to our home and helped us choose a door. Was very knowledgeable and on time for appointment. When our door arrived, the installer did a great job fitting the new door, onto our older home. He seemed to go out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly, instead of quickly (like you get with a lot places). Highly recommend.

Called for two items that needed to be resolved before leaving the area. Casey came to the rescue!! He took the time to stop in and fixed both items in a very short time! Casey is the man!! He is also our original installer of 26 windows in a day and an hour. Quality work every time!!

My mother, whom is 88 yrs old, had new windows installed just a month or so ago and she was happy with the all of the windows and how they were installed but there is one that she is not happy with. She has a corner sink with the window near the corner and she told the salesman that she thought a slider would work in that space because she would be able to reach it to open and close it. Well she isnt able to do that she cant get it to budge! When myself or my husband attempted to open it we used all of our strength to open it would go crooked and not open; like it was hanging up on something. We called to ask about it and the lady on the phone was short and rude and said my mother had asked for a slider and thats what she got!! We thought that the window would open from right to left and not from left to right and the lady at your office said it does slide from right to left which we understand however, again the window just will not open correctly that direction. We have purchased windows from Window World for many years and we liked the product and we like Michael Hoffmier however we are very disappointed this time around. Will most likely go elsewhere in the future for our window needs.

Installers were on time, worked well together as well as professional and were methodical and quick with there work but would take time to answer questions. They prioritized cleanliness and completed the installation well under 3 hours. We are very pleased with the windows!

Window world was very helpful and professional from start to finish, from the salesman to the installers. The gentleman were very polite and even with my dogs they were very good. Would recommend the company to everyone I can.

The installers were professional and courteous. We had 13 windows and the job was done very quickly and almost all of the windows look excellent. Two of the windows in the master bedroom need to be reframed, but for the most part we are extremely happy with the new windows.

So, earlier this year I called Window World for a quote for windows. The salesman came out and looked at what I had, and took measurements, and said basically he would have to talk to their woodworking guy about the situation, and because of this COVID stuff, it would be a while, which I understood.Didnt hear from them, then I get a phone call from a lady from them a couple months later, I think it was survey kinda thing. I said I still hadnt of had an estimate.Fast forward to now, and another company is doing it and making bank on it because Window World couldnt give me the time of day to get me an estimate.

Be warned that they have a 4 window minimum to even give an estimate. They do not advertise this on their website at all so dont bother contacting them if thats your situation.

The installer was very good. He did a excellent job install all 7 windows. He cleaned up everything when he was done. I would recommend Window World for windows that need to be replaced.

Absolutely thrilled with the quality and performance of the windows so far. Initial improvements noticed immediately where noise reduction, I live by railroad tracks, and the loss of heat on cold days. The installation was quick and professionally accomplished. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about replacement or even new windows to investigate and look at Window World windows seriously before they make a decision.

Window World of Binghamton, New York is a wonderful place to do business with. We bought 15 replacement windows last year and 10 replacement windows this year. These windows are built very well and are very nice looking. On both occasions the installations went very well and the installers are very talented and very nice people. We have used Window World and their installers Nagle Construction for two separate installs and have been most pleased with the product and experience with the installers. We will most definitely use both in the future.

After getting multiple estimates from other local places we decided to go with Window World for many reasons. Jason, our salesman, was fantastic. He was able to give us exactly what we were asking for, whereas everywhere else was not able to manufacture what we wanted. The price was phenomenal and was only comparable to one other company. But in the end they were able to give us what we wanted. The windows came in earlier than we were expecting and they were able to install the following week. The install went great without any issues. The two guys who installed were courteous and clean. The final product looks great and we are happy!

Not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from because my experience has been a nightmare. The guy putting in our windows disappeared for 2.5 hours and ended up not finishing the job. He then told us that the job would be complete before we got home from work the following day. NEVER SHOWED! He lied to us because we found out he had a job out of town and wouldnt make it back. He ripped two screens in 2 out of the 4 windows we purchased. So now I have a half torn out garden window, two ripped screens, a bathroom window that isnt framed out and no crew to finish it. The absolute worst experience.

Placed an order for new windows for my lake house in February. Then the Covid pandemic hit. Received notice in April that my windows were ready to be installed. However due to the pandemic I was not at the lake house at the time. Once travel restrictions were lifted I contacted Window World and schedule the install. The installation crew arrived to my house with the proper PPE and were very respectful of my property and maintained proper social distance throughout the installation. Once the installation of the windows was completed they cleaned up both interior and exterior of my home and removed all evidence that they had been there!I would highly recommend Window World and their crew for anyone seeking to replace windows in their home!

I had a new custom made window installed and after just 2 days had a condensation problem. I called them and wanted to talk with them about the problem and they were not willing to help me with this issue.It took several days to get a return phone call about my issue from them.

I had 12 windows replaced by Window World and the father son installers were great. They done a great job, windows look great and i can already feel the difference in the warmth of my house. I would recommend they do any windows you need done. As soon as i get these payed off they will be doing my siding.

I will start off this review on a good note. I had an excellent sales professional working with me for the few months it took me to make a decision on who I wanted to do my windows. I ended up having window world do 9 windows for me. One got broken transportation so only 8 are currently done the other 1 is ordered which is no buggy. Number 2 is I had great installers. My BIG ISSUE with window world of JC is the extremely rude employee that answers the phones. She will be the reason I will not be using window world for the rest of my windows and my doors. I have called in a formal corporate complaint because of how rude she was to me on 3 different occasions. One phone call was scheduling my window installation where she told me in a rude voice I dont have time to figure out what day would be best for you on the last call when I called her out for being rude she told me maybe she will get some customer service training then laughed at me and hung up on me.This one star is because of the verbal abuse I revieved from your employee answering the phones at your office after spending $3,500 dollars on your company to do my windows

Really crappy way to deal with a potential new customer. DO NOT do business with this company! The salesman came to our house in August 2017 and we still are not finished with them. We ordered two big, trapazoid-shaped windows for our cathedral ceiling living room. The windows cost $2,060 for two and took 11 weeks to come in.First of all, they dont use their own employees to install windows - they subcontract it do someone else - at least thats what they did for us.So, they hired a crew of 3 older men (the youngest was 60, I kid you not - they told me) to finally come install these huge windows on 11/1/17. Then, they didnt tell the guys how big the windows were, so they came unprepared and couldnt install the windows! I took a day off of work for nothing. So the guys left the windows OUTSIDE in the winter weather for 3 weeks until they could hire another subcontractor to come finish the job. Window World told us the windows would be fine out in the freezing temperatures.Anyhow, they send a 2nd crew to install the windows on 11/25. A 2-man crew showed up and were able to install the windows, however, one of the windows was cracked. Thank God we noticed it before he left and we had him inspect the window and he confirmed it to be a crack. Although the windows were installed, they damaged our wooden trim inside the house and the outside trim work they did on the windows is not nice at all - it looks like water can be trapped behind the trim. The subcontractor told Cat about the crack when he returned to Window World. Cat is the service person we have dealt with. Cat eventually called us and said (and I quote) We put a lot of time and money into these windows and requested the rest of the money we owed them ($1,030 - had to pay half up front, balance due when finished). I told her and we dont have a lot of money in these windows? I told her she wouldnt get the money until the broken window was fixed. Cat said she would have to get the window rep to come here from Ohio to inspect the window, so we said then do it.So, long story longer. The rep supposedly from Ohio, came to our house on 1/2/18 - yes, now were into January. The rep confirmed the window was cracked and actually brought another replacement window with him to install. HOWEVER, when the rep and my husband opened the box, it was a rectangular window, not a trapazoid window. So they screwed up again. Does this company know how to do anything right? So the rep told my husband, how about we just wait until Spring to install the correct window - when it gets warmer? They both agreed and that is where we are - still waiting for our window.So now today, 2/12/18, I get a letter in the mail from Window World stating According to our records, all of your work stipulated on your contract with Window World of Binghamton has been completed. I am confident that you are enjoying your new windows and that you will continue to do so for many years to come. Then they ask for the balance of the money we owe them!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We told them they would get paid when we get a good window that isnt cracked.Also, I would like to mention that my coworker ordered a window from this company and it also took 8 weeks for her window to come in and it was also the wrong sized window. After weeks of waiting for the correct window, they finally received it and Window World had someone install it. After installation, the window has leaked like crazy, so bad that they had to lay towels under the window to soak up the water.Sorry for the long-winded complaint everyone, but I had to share.
