Awesome! Five Stars is not enough as on a scale of 1-5 these guys deserve a 10! Our first contact was Brennan when we stopped by to browse one afternoon and he was friendly & knowledgeable without pressuring us...a welcome relief after the other places we had been that day. The selections were beautiful and we found a gorgeous piece of granite, with which my wife & I both fell in love and put down a deposit. Due to a variety of issues it was several months before we were ready for our countertops but they never pestered us, but rather waited for us to contact them when we were ready.Brennan continued to be thorough and communicative throughout the templating process and installation, and when a crack developed (which we had been warned might happen because of the veins that ran through our slab) they respond perfectly. They took the broken pieces back to their shop and repaired it (actually reinforcing it stronger than it was originally) and return it.We were fortunate enough to get to meet the owner during one of our visits one day and she could not have been more polite or professional...instilling in us calm & confidence in her and her entire team. I have already sung the praises of Signature Stonecraft to many people...and will continue to do so. Thank You to the whole Team for our beautiful countertops.

Staff was very helpful and patient while deciding quartz vs granite and with color selection, matching to existing kitchen. Our original granite countertop was black/grey spotted granite. We now have the gray/white seen in the picture, which transformed the kitchen! Signature was extremely prompt (same day) with enlarging 3 electrical outlet cutouts that was needed when the electrician couldnt properly re-install the receptacles.Minor job clean-up issues were promptly addressed to our satisfaction. Beautiful, brighter kitchen at a competitive price, good service. Highly recommended.

Lowes and Home Depot both use this company, we have 26sq ft of counter space, they tried to charge us 36. they also wanted to charge 3 $250 additional charges for extra steps, they were counting our 90 in counter as 115 so they could charge us over size fees of $250 and they refused to honor the free sink offer from lowes as well and wanted to charge us an additional $250 for the sink. An install that should have costed less than $2500 was going to run us nearly $4000. ridiculous. not to mention that we had to pay $100 for the measurement while others are getting them free. The Lowes guy said the measurement fee is due to people canceling the install. I could only imagine that to be true considering the additional charges that appeared on estimate due to the extra steps and oversize etc.. $70 per sq foot (includes installation, yeah right) PLUS whatever we think we can charge you extra, is what the pricing should show, of course people are cancelling the installs after they see the extra fees.

If you want excellence in precision work, then Signature Stonecraft and Cabinetry is the best choice. Their installation exceeded my greatest expectations, and the installers were such great craftsmen!! If there was a 10 star review, I would give them a 10!!!! Highly recommended!!

This company has been to my house twice. The first, to install countertops in both of my bathrooms, and the second was to install my kitchen countertops. Both times, they did an excellent job. They were clean, accurate, and friendly. I really appreciated the phone call to let me know that they were on their way both times. Would definitely use them again.

Dropped by on a whim looking for a scrap piece to use for an outdoor tabletop. Met the very nice owner who was also very generous with his time and his granite. Some absolutely gorgeous showpiece slabs on site to choose from, as well as the more traditional choices. If you’re looking to redo a kitchen or bath, I would definitely go browse if you’re in the market.

I just had my countertops installed and they look so great!! My installers were Corey and Aaron and they were on time and called ahead of arrival. They were very professional and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I am very pleased with my overall experience.

Our experience was perfect from the beginning to the end...I cant say enough good things about the staff starting with Courtney who met us at the entry door to Corey who smiled as he left our home.We had granite installed in both our residence and a rental property on the same day. Brynnan was able to schedule both installs on the same day which was very convenient for my husband....Both installs were handled equally; both installs were clean, neat, efficient, etc. The installer resealed the granite one more time when the installs were complete . This made me very comfortable as this is a large purchase for us and, of course, you want to protect it.

Im only a truck driver who delivered there, but everyone was courteous and helpful. My truck is so large that they had to clear some space for me to turn around and they did so with no trouble. If theyre that helpful to a trucker, imagine how helpful they are to their customers.

The installers for my quartz countertops were Gabe, Aaron, and Cory. They were very professional and did an amazing job ! They cleaned up as they went and left the kitchen just like they found it! It was a great experience all around!The ladies that answer the phone in the office,who set up appointments and address questions were also very helpful! She even sent out a sample for me to look at when they came and did the measurements . She knew exactly what would look great with the colors I told her over the phone !!I had to call a couple weeks after for an issue with the pantry door hitting the countertop( not their fault ), spoke with Brandon who immediately had a solution and sent out his guys, Brian and Brian the very next Friday ! They came and fixed the issue and once again cleaned up the mess! I can not say enough good things about this experience ! Whoever owns this business is doing an amazing job in teaching customer service ! In today’s society you just do not get this type of service ( my experiences) any more. I will definitely use signature stone craft again and recommend to everyone I know!

Used Signature Stonecraft & Cabinetry INC to install a granite counter-top in our main bathroom. Everything went smooth from the purchasing to the installation process. Price seemed very reasonable and the sales person and the installers were very professional.

So far we have only had the couple come out to measure to set up an estimate for cabinets and granite counters in our kitchen, along with an island. theyre very professional, and honest. We are currently waiting on our estimate, but I can already tell they are going to be very fair with pricing. There granite pricing alone is already almost $20/SQ foot LESS than another store here in Kingsport. (Not mentioning names).Looking forward to seeing the difference in cabinet pricing next! :) (Which will be EXACTLY the same soft close shaker cabinets)

Selecting the type/color stone for countertops isn’t as easy as one would think. SS&C did an excellent job guiding us thru this process. Laser measured template insured a precise fit. Installation went as scheduled, and professionally installed. Would do business with this company again.

This is most reasonable and EXCELLENT place to find beautiful hard surface counter tops. The staff is courteous and helpful they too want you to appreciate them. Under knew owner and she has really brought in great slabs of various stones or will get it elsewhere you you know What it is shell try to find it. They will measure everything for you. Very rude receptionist. They called to set up a measurement they asked me which day I wanted Tuesday or Wednesday. I chose Wednesday i took off work sat around all day waiting no one showed up. I called and she was rude and said we have u scheduled for tomorrow which is a Thursday. So someone messed up and trying to play it off like In the one who got it wrong wich is not the case. Then we gave them my cell phone to let me know when they r on the way so I could meet them here. And they called a wrong number and when I called them to see where they were again they said they had called me and left a message I said no you didnt you called a wrong number she then began to argue and say I left a message wich isn not true I dont have voicemail they had the right number its just been a mess it would have been so bad if the lady wasnt so rude about it all.

Took them 4 times to get what I need put it over priced and rude employees

With so many choices it was overwhelming but she helped narrow it down for us. The install crew called to let me know they were 10 minutes from arriving. They were very neat and professional.
