Good close store for little things I forget at a big store. Gotta love a dollar store.

Store is really dirty looking inside, it’s in a convenient location and no other dollar stores within 10-15min. The last time I went it was around closing time, 8:45PM and they closed at 9:00PM. I only needed two items, so I went in and got everything within a couple minutes, but as I go to checkout all the lights go off inside! I pull my phone out and it’s only 8:49PM. Other than that I’ve never had a problem with employees at this store.

This is my family dollar thats less than a quarter mile from my house they normally have everything needed to maintain a household other than some groceries but its not just the low prices that keep me coming back its the staff they are helpful and very friendly its not unusual that a conversation is struck up at the register I was just there at 8:15 and as usual they are nice and courteous

Every time I go in the dollar tree i tell my self Im only get $10. Then come out with $30/40. Even tho it is a $1 they have pretty good items when u are budget. you do what you can to get what you can for less. So I love dollar tree got little bit of everything even dry food, freezer food,

I went in and bought an Alcatel Tracphone, I opened the package, activated the phone, found the memory to be very low, and I was able to activate my LG phone in place of this. I go to return this with the receipt and the box and get informed they will do nothing because I stated there was nothing wrong with it. I got angry and slid the phone off into the floor and said they can keep it, and I tell them I will not ever patronize another Family Dollar after this and especially after just about having an accident after the store in Elizabethton stated their restroom was closed, I understand about Coronavirus, but when you are about to double over from pain because of your bladder exceptions can be made. I was somewhat belligerent in talking and this woman proceeds to tell me I can go to jail for assault, I know that package did not hit her and if I it did the cameras have all on film. There is a thing called buyers remorse and if they do not refund on cell phones they need to state this in the store. I will not ever gi into Family Dollar again in my life.

I really love the Family Dollar Store that manager is usually very nice to me they know my face in there they always say woman you spend a lot of money in here they have good deals on toilet paper and paper towels and candy. They also have milk. Bread bologna hot dog buns hot dog weenies chicken in the box from banquet they tried to keep their stuff stocked they also sell eggs they keep all this cold stuff in a cooler they pretty much have about anything you need accept things for plants like dirt they no longer sell the dirt in the bags I used to buy their potting soil there for my plants but they no longer sell it but they have other items that goes outside in the spring and they are beautiful I bought a butterfly there and it is still beautiful it locks up its a solar lot and I got it for only $5 I thought it was a great deal I love when it come spring time they still some of the prettiest if Ive ever seen and they are really good on their profits I would recommend this store to everyone

Earlier today i ran into Family Dollar to buy lightbulbs, because they are more affordable there than anywhere else. While there i saw the most beautiful silk peony flowers in various shades of pink. They were stunning and only $3 per very lush stem. Oh how i wanted to buy them but went home without them. For the next hour or so i couldnt stop thinking how perfect they would be in my all white bedroom. So i counted my money and went back to get them. The employees were as sweet as they could be and several customers commented on how beautiful my flowers are. I never expected the quality of these flowers to be in a dollar store. Thank you for providing your customers with affordable beauty.

This is my local dollar store they are remodeling right now but that still didnt stop them from ringing me up quickly and they are always very polite and helpful

I really like this family dollar since they got the new manager Randall him and his employees have cleaned the place up alot they cleaned all the dust off the shelves and products are in date now. Also you can now walk in the store without being bothered by people begging for money and he also got the outside cleaned up and no more drug dealings in parking lot This family dollar is the cleanest one in Johnson City

They sold me a lunchable on March 20, 2020 that expired February 14, 2020. There’s enough illness to worry about these days aside from food poisoning.
