I normally love Gertrude Hawk chocolates, there really has never been something I hadn’t liked. I recently got the “milk drizzled potato chips,” which are just chocolate covered potato chips, which I previously tried and I thought they were delicious. This time around I was disappointed. I smelled the bag which smelled exactly like you would think, plastic. When I tried the chips, the chips actually tasted like the plastic they were packaged in, with the slightest hint of potato and chocolate. I couldn’t get the plastic/almost cardboard taste out of my mouth. I don’t want people to think this is a bad place, I still love it, maybe it was just a bad batch??? Nevertheless, if you guys change the way you make the chocolate potato chips, I look forward to trying them again.

Stopped the other day...lady was kind of rude and acted like I was bothering her by being there. Also, the candy in the display case has been there since before COVID....why the hell do I want candy thats been sitting there for over 6 months....
