I have no knowledge of plumbing but the employee listened to the issue, volunteered to show me the diagram so I would understand the steps i needed. My shower is fixed and only cost was the parts. So helpful. I went in with weird faucet that nobody else could help with. After 20 minutes a new faucet was ordered. They also offered to help out it together.If you want quality products then this is your place.

To be honest, we didnt want to go into the Johnson City, TN Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery when we began the process of building our house; we assumed that it would be constant upselling and added expense. But, our builder encouraged us to go there and since we lived in another state, we needed a one-stop shop. We were impressed with the quality and variety of their merchandise in their showrooms. In fact, we were a little overwhelmed, but to my surprise & delight, help came in the form of Ms. Haley Jeno; shopping for the fixtures and appliances was a genuine pleasure! Ms. Jenos customer service skills are top-notch. She is knowledgeable, helpful and informed about the entire array of appliances and fixtures we needed. She listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions and gave us sound reasons for her suggestions. She respected our budget and guided us through choosing appliances that matched our expectations and budget. She met us at the house when the electrician was there and assisted us through that process. The process of getting things there and installed became seamless. I cannot say enough about how pleasant the whole experience was thanks to Haley Jeno! I have no reason to believe that she will disappear after the fixtures and appliances are delivered and in use. We will definitely return to Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery when we need additional fixtures.

As an owner of Property Management Company that does business across the US, I would not do business with Ferguson Enterprises. I have pulled 100+ accounts from them and have found other vendors that have more competitive pricing and better supplies.

The people were most helpful and courteous and seemed quite knowledgeable.

Met with Stacie Cloyd for an appointment to discuss and order all plumbing, lighring and appliances for a custom home. Wli was assured my Ms. CLOYD that rough in fixtures would be available by 12/22 for pick-up. I arrived on 1/28 to find rough in fixtures were not in aa promised and Ms. Cloyd claimed it was beyond her control. There was no notification nor consideration that the subcontractors were scheduled and ready to start. I hope all Ferguson branches are not as unreliable and would at least inform when a promised delivery is delayed.This was the first interaction of what would exceed $70,000 in total for this custom home. Terrible service and unreliable.

Poor, Very poor. The sales person we dealt with buying a Kohler Acrylic Tub gave us a price and we paid it. She told us that if we decided to get a cast iron one the price difference would be about 20 to 29 dollars. When we got home and spoke with the contractor we called Furgosens and asked to have a cast iron tub delivered, at which time she told us that it would be $ 200+ more and it would take 2 - 2 1/2 weeks to get in. We decided to stay with Acrylic. She told us delivery would be the following Thursday or Friday. I called on Friday to check on what time and was told I was not on the delivery schedule until possibly the following Monday. When I told her that I had an appointment out of State she said If you have a way of transporting it you can come and get it yourself I told her I would. I wont be buying a cabinet, sink, faucet or toilet or anything for that matter from Furgosens in Johnson City, TN. The rest of this bathroom is coming from somewhere else. I am extremely dissatisfied.
