I bought a lawn aerator and outdoor fireplace and Eric (BOB) the Lawn Care Supervisor has always been very knowledgeable on the items I’ve bought from Home Depot. After I chose the items he lifted the items and pushed the items to the front of the store and placed them in my vehicle. Eric done excellent job from helping me start to finish. Great job Home Depot for an excellent hire well deserved

Its hit or miss. Sometimes prices are great. I dont like that their bathroom vanities are pressed board instead of real wood. Building is way too overpriced. Flooring is fair. Slightly higher than Lowes by .40 cents. Paint is higher than gas fumes. I like their paint better tho.

Got gardening supplies and a couple other items. Kept me away from Wal-Mart and I saved money.Smokers look GREAT!

Mostly good. Im usually helped soon after entering but sometimes its difficult to find a worker. Great plant choices, and has everything I need for home improvement.

We been waiting over 2 months for our flooring to be installed that we are continuing to pay payments plus interest on . The reasons they give us get excused away. Loot respect for them.The need to get this done is for the increased mobility of a 79 year old with multiple medical issues. We just want this over before his next spine surgery.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen. Went to get an exchange on a dented dishwasher that was delivered. The employee was rude and quite hateful that helped me initially, store manager was completely and totally unhelpful and left me feeling like she could give a flip about the problem. HOME DEPOT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME WITH YOU AGAIN.

We purchased a box of vinyl siding with 22 pieces in each box. Home Depot sells the exact product as an individual item. The contractor over estimated what we needed for the job. When I tried to return 16 of the 22 pieces in one of the boxes, they would not take it back. I really don’t understand since they have this item at a single piece rate and could easily sell them. If they didn’t carry it at a by piece rate I would completely understand. I did something very similar at Lowe’s and they didn’t even ask any questions. They took the per piece price from the box rate and refunded what we weren’t able to use. Guess this will determine which store we shop for any future home improvement purchases.

Staff was super useful, I have the app and they are doing some remodeling and the items I was looking for were not, obviously in the right place l. They were able to help me locate expeditiously. Thank you Home Depot for your super courteous and friendly staff.

I love the springtime sales which is the time I get out and work in my yard. I get a lot of my landscaping materials when they are at the best buy at home Depot. Then throughout spring and summer I pick up my flowers and decorating stones. I love home Depot cause I can get all I need at one place.

We went to look at shower heads. They had an ice assortment of different ones, ranging from $5 up to $100. We found several that we liked, but didnt purchase today. We want to make sure the one we get will give the height were looking for. Also looked at plants. As the weather gets warmer and more summer ones start to arrive, we will be getting a few new ones.

A necessary evil. We have pushed out our small businesses. This place and Lowes have hurt our local economy. Try American Home Supply on main street first. Its hard for them to stock the amount of items but they Always have a better price.

Nice clean well stocked place to shop. I love how I can search the website, find my store, locate the item (if they have it), and go directly to the aisle and bin very quickly. I dont usually have to bother anyone to get what I want. Although the store associates usually offer to anyway soooo.....

I bought 150 bags of mulch. The two young men that loaded my truck were courteous and quick in loading. A very good shopping experience.

Went to Home Depot to inquire about a gas range. (I have done a lot of research on line.)The sales girl appeared to be a little putout with my presence, after all the eye rolling she finally decided to “help me out”.I inquired about the gas ranges. She said all they had was was already out. Obviously I knew that. I was inquiring on product availability. I also told her I had seen a lot on line but would like to see the quality in person. I asked her if she could show me some on line . I had a few questions. After showing me a few she suggested that I should go to Lowe’s or Best Buy because they probably had what I wanted.Well Home Depot had what I wanted. They just had the worst customer service at the time of my visit. I don’t think she cares that customers are what keep the store in business.

Between Home Depot and the other big box building supply/hardware/nursery, I like Home Depot best. Prices are a little lower and I like the actual building supply section more. Less emphasis on appliances and things I wouldnt expect to find at a hardware place. Also, people are on the spot when you need them at Home Depot.

I found almost everything I needed on my own. Some excellent help from staff and then I got everything. Pleasant people work here. Keep up the good work!

Cannot say enough about Austin with R.A.S. Logistics who delivered and installed our washer and dryer. Austin was extremely polite, professional and did an outstanding job. Washer and dryer were a great value as well. Hats off to Home Depot for contracting with people who are committed to customer service.

I bought a refrigerator about 4 years ago. It broke down last week. I called a repair guy and he asked if I had the warranty- I couldnt find the receipt. I went to Home Depot and they looked it up and have me a copy of the receipt from 4 years ago! Great customer service!

Found just what i needed! I needed 4 items and Lo..s didnt have any of them. They were friendly and helpful. My husband is a 24 yr Vet and they gave us a military discount. I really appreciate a store that honors out Vets!

Not enough covid-19 precautions. The restroom door You have to grab the handle to open the door as opposed to a foot hook to open it without having to touch the door handle. Self checkout you have to actually grab the wand to scan your items as opposed to just drifting it across the glass like other stores.

We had bought a toilet and a few other things Sunday evening. I was getting positioned to lift this big box into the vehicle when I heard this voice across the parking lot. Hey man, I will get that for you!! Thank you big burley dude for helping me out.

Worst shopping experience I have EVER endured. First thing I noticed was about 3 home depot representatives watching me and staring in my direction. So I asked where the Bluetooth fm transmitters were and they ALL 3 say they do not carry them. I stop Me. Cody, David, and another fellow (I cant remember his name) and said follow me and showed them 3 different kinds of transmitters that they had plenty of in stock. Again the guys names that followed me at a distance the entire time I was trying to shop was CODY AND DAVID . I am not even going to go into detail on how unprofessional the lady was at the checkout counter sooool yeah I will never go back to this location on peoples street in johnson city, TN store #701 after that experience I will be going out of my way to tell everyone how bad this store is and to never go there!!!!

No complaints. I bought 74 bags of 80# cement mix for a sidewalk. They loaded two different orders with a folk lift saving a lot of back work. Also, I received help when I brought back 10 left over bags. A refund was given and all is good. There was a breakdown in department communication because I received a call asking when I was going to pick up the second half of my order. I explained that I had already picked it up and got their paperwork straight. Good experience, tired body, sidewalk built.

Customer service reps actively dodged me as I was trying to get a refrigerator onto a cart. Then, no one ever showed to help me load into car. If a stranger hadnt shown up to help me, I would have never gotten it loaded.

We purchased a washer and dryer set on Nov 25, 2020. We were told that it would be delivered Dec 8rh and installed when we purchased. They called and said due to manufacturing problems we would not receive till Jan 22, 2021. We called a week ago to check they said it would be delivered on Jan 26, 2021. Finally. I was so happy. It arrived. They simply set it in the house and left. We started looking through it, there was no cord for electric dryer. We called they said we would have had to purchase a cord for the dryer if we wanted in stalled. Who sells electric dryers without cords? I cant wrap my head around this. If they had told me they were selling me an electric dryer without a cord do you honestly think I would have bought it? They have now given us cord and we have to hook up ourselves. Or wait weeks for them to pick up and refund my cash. I cant tell you after waiting patiently all this time and getting so screwed over how angry I truly am. I will never shop there again.

I have been shopping for a washer and dryer for several months. I finally found exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price, with the illusion of “free delivery”. I waited two weeks for delivery and was told at the store delivered between 8-12, and I would revive a call. Today was the big day and just in time as my washer died. I called the store around 11 to find out my delivery time was set up between 4:30-8:30 pm. After waiting all day my delivery driver finally called at 6:30 pm to let me know he would be there as soon as possible. Upon arrival, he was driving a 14 ft high truck and called at the bottom of my driveway to tell he, “I am not coming up your driveway because it will tear the hell out of my truck.”. When I asked for a smaller vehicle, he said no, that is all they have. When I asked if my washer and dryer would be available for pickup on Sunday at the store, I was told it is at a wear house and could not be picked up until Monday or delivered to Hone Depot until Tuesday. After calling the manager at the store multiple times, they were of no help. DO NOT buy appliances from Home Depot for delivery unless you want a Saturday filled with aggravation. I would not even rate this store in Johnson City 1 star as far as customer service

This store does not enforce customers to mask-up. Next, purchased XMAS tree. Outside garden attendants didnt seem interested in wrapping the tree after completing the purchase. Against HD policy, I wrapped my own tree after waiting, leaving and then returning.

Went for outdoor shade plants. All the plants were clearly marked for sun/shade tolerance. The associate working was very helpful & friendly. It was a much better shopping experience than I had anticipated. I have a condition which precludes me from wearing a mask & not a word was said so I was quite relieved & happy!

Yes I have been there I got a shower head from you and when I found what I liked and then checked out you had 2 cashiers open I asked who would like to check me out didnt get her name here my service was excellent there for what I needed there

No one to help me in kitchen and bath and when they did find somebody I felt rushed!! My contractor went through six showers before he found one and even that one the manufacturer had to come and repair it in my house before it was ever used. Wherever they order their showers and sinks have little to no quality control. Order from someone else! Its a shame because I like Home Depot but not for anything major

They have a bad habit of hanging up on people when on hold. After two or three rounds of will they wont they answer or properly connect i get frustrated, and check if i have the availability. I dont always have time to go check to see if wanted product is available. So, i normally end up else where.

Very hard to find help. This store doesnt offer installation for all their products. Never did get someone to help with a product they sale in the hot water heater department. I also found the isles to be very poorly labeled. Finally found someone to point us to the pressure washers.
