I had them install my radio and back up camera earlier this year which was already a great experience! Then my radio sadly stopped working so I brought my car back for them to look at and he was able to get it working again no problem! They are super friendly and very well priced! Great service!! Took my 2007 Avalanche to have them take a look at my wiring for my radio due to no power. Basically a DIY turned into an OMG. Rick showed me what I had wired wrong corrected it, wired it properly and diagnosed problem with sound. ALL IN 15 MINUTES!!

Great experience here! I’ve taken my car to other audio install shops but this one has been the absolute best! Great pricing, friendly staff. They make the wait extremely comfortable for you with a couch and tv with Netflix etc in the office while you wait for your work to be done if you don’t have the option to drop your vehicle off. Had a little hiccup with my car making weird noises after they installed my subs and they were super quick to offer to look and see what was causing it. Apparently when you unhook the battery on the type of vehicle I have you have to reset the blend door actuator for the AC because it’s all electrical. They looked up how to do that and got everything squared away good as new even though they didn’t actually mess with the AC it’s just a GMC/Chevy thing. Wonderful service. Can’t wait to come back in 2 weeks to get my radio installed!

Had tint done at Unique Kar Kare, and they did a great job. However after a few years my driver side starting coming loose on the edge so I contacted them. They said they’d fix it for free, however, over a month goes by and they still couldn’t fit me in.Got tired of waiting so just booked an appointment at Audio Underground to just strip my old tint and redo it from the ground up.They are a busy place so please don’t expect to get in right away. However, their communication was excellent and when I finally did get in, and seen the results I knew WHY they are booked up all the time.Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and superb work! Highly recommend them!!!

We had our 2001 C5 yellow corvette upgraded with a new alpine audio/navigation system, 4 speakers, completely rewired, and a back up camera installed. Not to mention the new dash insert they ordered for us to accommodate the new system. They did an excellent job! The whole sound/system is Loud and Awesome!! The care they took putting in our new system was very professional and clean.Looks like the system was put in at the factory.😉. The backup camera is clear and well hidden. Had a new radio + speakers install. They found an underlying issue with my factory amp, requiring them to have to bypass and completely rewire my car to get everything going. They did an absolutely amazing job, they kept me informed throughout the process and didn’t charge me anything more for all that extra work. I will be back in a couple weeks to get my new amp and sub in!

Let me start with saying if you are looking for someone to do window tint if you dont use Rick at audio underground your making a mistake, the Quality of work is out standing. Ive had my windows tinted in the past at other Johnson city area vendors and they cant even compare to his work. The owner was previously working for someone that was a decent place but finally opened his own shop. Its a great place with the best layout around here. (Had Skar Subwoofers installed and Anthony did an amazing job! Super impressed and love my set up!!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone who may ask!!!)I had posted this review the day I took my subs to be installed. They sounded great so I took my car back two weeks later and had two component sets installed. Immediately, I had to send back my subs to be replaced by the manufacturer. One had been blown and the other wasn’t working correctly.Since I had the component sets installed I’ve had issues with my door speakers not working and a scratching sound out of my subs. I took it to another shop to be looked at, turns out, my back door speakers are blown and not even screwed in. The scratching sound was from the built-in sub that I requested be unplugged and bypassed. Instead, the wired that sub into the two Skar 12’s I had put in and it blew the little built-in sub. The messed up significantly AND didn’t even finish their work. I HIGHLY recommend not giving Audio Underground your business. Thanks Anthony for causing us so much difficulty and lost money due to your negligence.

Excellent Service! Anthony installed a subwoofer (which I had purchased online and intended to install myself) in an hour. He had to do some modification to get it to fit, because the speaker was a little too deep. Had I decided to do this job myself, it would have taken me half the day. Great job and fair price! Best experience ever, I was under a dilemma and needed equipment to install a touchscreen radio in my 2012 Toyota tundra when I called they had the piece I was looking for in stock as well as a wiring harness for me.
