I only go here when I have to. They cant even be bothered to point you in the direction of the wood glue.Once I went there to buy an axel cap to fix the cart I bought from them. They looked at me like I was a Martian. Unfortunately, its the only traditional hardware store on the west side. And, they have a parking lot. Thats a big plus. Too bad the staff doesnt care if you come in or not.

Prices are pretty good but the main draw is the staff. The people working there are very friendly and helpful and have helped walk me through problems multiple times, helping me find parts and teaching me how to use them if needed. Convenient for getting keys cut and electrical odds and ends.Not as big a selection as the big boys like Home Depot or Lowes obviously, but they pack a lot in to the shop. Only thing I wish theyd improve is that the selection of some items like paint and stain is lower quality as they go for value over quality.

At this place you will get excellent customer service.

If you need a part for the 1960s this is the place to come theyre expensive and deep inventory is incredible the aisles are slightly tough to get through because they have so much inventory they janitorial section is loaded with everything you will need to tackle any job Charlie behind the counter is probably one of the most knowledgeable people youll ever meet when it comes to fit finding a piece or where to locate a product great job guys
