Always a great experience at Zales. Came in for my periodic cleaning of my wedding sets and learned more about the at home care of my jewelry.

Buying jewelry from here is like pulling teeth and they do not seem to care about the customer

They dont answer questions even when you ask them directly. They provide vague responses and attempt to lure you into the store just to answer your questions.

I have visited twice since this review. Once to resize my ring and once for a missing diamond. They stand by there work and helped in both situations. These guys are always a pleasure to work with and their charisma is great!

Replacing battery on my watch took 5 mins. Repairman was polite and knowledgeable.

In general customer service is not the best, however in this location in the Newport centre there is a very good seller Louis, he really knows about customer care. If you are going to buy anything ask for him. I bought a Movado watch and we needed to resize it. In two different days, two different people told me they couldn’t do it and they dared to tell me to go to one of the mall’s kiosks to see if they could do it for me. Are you kidding me? Thankfully I went another day that he was there and he resized the watch ! The only reason why I would buy in zales again is to be helped by him. Sorry but I hate poor customer service.
