I bought my mom a Christmas gift from Diamond hut. I bought a yellow gold diamond band ring to partnered with her other ring. She loved it and the quality of the rings and all the products in here are just amazing. I showed Razel the ring to be partnered with and she showed me this. It was the perfect pair. I was helped by Samantha. She was very kind and informative. I purchased several diamond items and a chain. Her patience with Me while I was making my decision was very professional. She was never pushy. The store had a lot to choose from so it was hard for me to decide. Their prices were comparable to others but my purchases were done during the middle of February so they had a holiday sale which I took advantage of. I even came back a week later to upgrade one of the items I purchased and they worked with me on the price because I was a past customer. That shows loyalty. I really appreciated that. You will be pleased if you visit them.

My fiance got my engagement ring at the Diamond Hut in the Newport Mall. He wanted a specific diamond so the team drove a few diamonds in from NY same day for him to look at! Im super indecisive so after a few months I changed my mind about the setting, we went back yesterday to swap the setting. Super easy process and I LOVE my new setting! Rob and the whole team are always super friendly and well be going back in a few months to get our wedding bands. Would def recommend!

Recently went with some friends of mine as a recommendation to work with Roger at this location. We were all inquiring about engagements rings for our girlfriends. From the first day we walked in Roger took time out of his day to talk to us in depth about what we were looking for and his thoughts. They have layaway plans, no interest financing and payment methods that are flexible for your needs. Diamond Hut Jewelers is the best known jewelry store in Hudson County. My family has shopped there for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. They have really good quality and great prices. Their diamonds are always tempting. If I ever had a question or concern, I just speak to Shaun, Roger or any of the managers and they take care of it right away!! I always go home happy.

I bought my wedding band here and that’s my first jewelry. Maria made sure that I am comfortable with the ring. She suggest a ring guard and having their jeweler on site made it so convenient for me to get the ring right in minutes. Not all jewelry stores have the professsional jeweler available. As someone who wears watches but wants something with quality but affordable, it was hard finding a place that fulfills both factors and I couldnt find one thats something for me. I gave this place a try and Verdon, the manager at the store, had the expertise and professionalism to provide me with something I find that suited me. It was not only affordable but also flashy. I can only say that the amount of attention from women has increased by big magnitudes, at an affordable price.

I highly do not recommend this Jewelry place, they provided the worse service. I went in to purchase a new holder for my pendent because I just recently purchased a Miami Cuban link chain and the holder was too small to fit through the lock of my new chain. I provided the sales lady my chain so she can look at the size of the lock and make sure the new holder is larger enough to fit. She wrote all the details down on my order slip and I thought she understood what type of chain I carried. A week later I went in to pick up my order and the holder was too small, the sales lady then took a picture of the lock on my chain/noted my receipt as well so the jeweler can provide me with the correct sized holder. She told me to come back in three hrs and again a third time the new holder was too small. This was very frustrating especially when I go to a jeweler that is supposed to know what they’re doing. They then said to give them 10-15 mins, they asked for my chain to see the size of the lock and they took it to the back. When they came back out the holder was AGAIN TOO SMALL and I had enough, requested to cancel this order. The jeweler had the audacity to charge me $50 dollars for labor which I paid but will never return back there again. On top of charging me for something that i shouldn’t have paid for because it was their mistake, THEY POLISHED THE LOCK ON MY NEW CHAIN WITHOUT PERMISSION. Worse experience ever, poor service, awful customer service and I will let everyone I know to never purchase anything from This Diamond Hut.

I went to Diamond Hut (had never been there before) just to ask some questions about upgrading my engagement ring center stone, and if I wasnt able to purchase a new center diamond then possibly raising the prongs so that the stone that I already have looks bigger. I spoke with Roger who was beyond informative, sincere, and patient, while knowing that I would not be purchasing services that day. He took his time in answering all of my questions, providing me with a level of customer service that I had never received from Zales, Kay or any other jewelry store.The next day (today) I decided that I would raise the prongs on my ring, but had to go to the Newport Mall location since the repair guy was at that location. My ring was ready in just over an hour and it looks GREAT!! And again, the level of customer service I received was amazing.And last, TO OTHER JEWELRY STORES: Customer-Service is the KEY to turning potential customers into lifetime customers. Even if I know that at the end of the day, the person working at the store wants me to buy something, I will be more inclined to buy the product if I feel as though the person values my interest and financial situation more than the stores sales goals for the day. Diamond Hut makes their customers feel valued and they dont con you into buying something they know you cant afford. They work with you to find jewelry that suits your needs and your interests. For these reasons, I will never ever buy jewelry from any other store but Diamond Hut.

My husband and I bought our wedding rings here. We are both very happy after getting our rings because we got what we wanted and not spent crazy amount of money. Maria helped us from the day I was choosing my ring to the day I picked it up and brought my husband to purchase his ring too. She was very knowledgeable and patient in answering questions (I had too many so I was glad she didn’t get impatient). She was not lazy or pushy like other salespeople who helped us at other stores prior to coming to Diamond Hut. She helped us narrow down our choices based on our preference and budget! I used to not wear jewelry at all so I had no idea what kind of ring I was gonna get but having her explaining what things were to me helped me compare between the beautiful rings that caught my eye. It was amazing how she would hold soo many rings in her hand for you to see and not lose or drop a single one of them (my choices piled up in her hand that’s why). Good job and well-trained girl!

Am sorry to burst your hearts but if you buy diamonds from diamond hut you have been scammed seriously and I dont want to sound like a hypocrite because I personally bought dimaond earrings here so I know If you go to diamond hut here or in newport mall and ask for diamonds that are certified it can be GIA or AGS or EGL watch how the store clerk say we only offer that for our engagement rings thats only for really expensive diamonds but we do our own diamond grading and ask them what type of diamonds do they carry and theyll respond with all of our diamond are the same quality pleas just do yourself a favor and walk out the store go to James Allen or blue Nile and see if its true you cant get a diamond that under $1,000 with a GIA certificate P.S I dont blame all of the sales persons some of them really dont know anything about diamond and another thing there is no market for diamonds if you really want to see your money back buy gold or silver
