Everyone at lush is always so nice. Ive been getting their bath bombs for a year or two now. They really are amazing products. I dont buy any other bath bombs but the ones here.

Great atmosphere, fresh, revitalizing, clean and fun. Had a great time sampling some products with a very knowledgeable professional! She gave me amazing tips and knew everything about the soaps and masks. She sat me down for a one on one and made me feel really comfortable with any questions I had. Highly recommend it if you are looking to step up your skin care routine! **The products are made of natural and synthetic chemicals that are NOT harmful to the environment or your skin** if you have more questions pop in the store

Great products loved the smells and my daughter loves the bath bombs she picked. Although customer service could have been better no one cared to help only payed me and my daughter who is only 4 any mind once they saw her touching the bath bombs and they didn’t want her to drop them when I was helping her pick one out and aware of what she was doing. When I asked about a product the lady didn’t really seem to care to answer my question but was very bubbly and informative with another customer.

Very nice experience. Ive met many pushy sales people from other LUSH locations, this one was not that extreme. I had exact help I needed without getting offended

I wanted help to pick out and a gift and since I watch skincare by hyram, I asked for a skincare products without alcohol, fragrances, or essential oils and I found out that literally everything there has these irritants in them. Being natural is good but if you still irritate peoples skin then thats no good

I’ve never been to this store but oh my God I definitely will be back we met angel and he was literally the best in the world. He showed me and explained absolutely every product in the store and didn’t make me commit to buying every single one of them .he let me try things and was patient with my questions. I will definitely be back for this guy needs a raise for sure !!!

Great products that are fresh & handmade. they have made such a difference for my skin and hair since I started using them. I left working for LUSH in 2014 but ultimately came back because I loved working there. I feel good about our products and the atmosphere is different from anywhere else Ive ever worked. I highly recommend visiting!

The store smells so good! Quality products and very friendly and helpful store staff to help you choose the right skincare product, be it facial mask or body soap. They also offer free mini samples for you to take home and try. I would highly recommend their product.

I bought shampoo and conditioner few weeks back, its not effective for hair fall😟

Wonderful selection and everything smells rich and fresh. They dont test on animals and offer many vegan products as well. You can smell great, feel great and purchase great gifts for others without a guilty conscious. I have purchased numerous gift sets from here and now the recipients are regular Lush buyers. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Sexy Peel is my favorite go to soap. Nice citrus scent that will vibrant your mood. I can use on body and face without it drying out my skin or burning my sensitive hands.

You’re always welcomed with smiles and so many different personalities, i love it ! Everyone is so sweet and they let you test out the products so you know exactly what you’re buying & how good it will work . Definitely is my go to store in Newport mall

Everything was beautiful but the prices were a little up there. Considering its handmade Im not mad at all. The staff was extremely nice and interested in what we needed.

I am a nanny for a young boy who really wanted to see all of the items he could get his hands on and smell everything around him. He loved joining me at Lush! The woman working there was incredibly sweet and engaging, and very knowledgable about the products. To be honest, I was not planning on buying anything, but I enjoyed her company and the way she treated the young boy so much that I couldnt help myself. She even threw in a catalog and a submarine bath bomb - free of charge. I LOVED IT.

Love this Lush! The staff is super sweet and always helpful! One of the sweet ladies helped distract my 3 year old playing with bathbombs and water while I was able to get everything I needed. At the end I left with more than I originally went in to get and am super excited to try all the new stuff I was recommended. My 3 year old was given a huge sample of bathbombs to try out herself too! Thank you so much lush!!❤️❤️❤️
