Fransciso is a great guy! Very interesting and helpful. He helped us fix the iPhone 7 which Apple refused to fix because the phone was bend a little bit. The phone screen is badly damaged and Francisco still have the confidence to take a good care of it! The result is that the screen was fixed and we still able to use the phone with all the data which we dont want to lose. Last but not the least, he fixed the phone and the price is reasonable! Just half of what apple will charge to fix a screen. (That is even more in our case because Apple refuse to fix our screen and want to us buy a new phone from them!) whats more, he gave us a free glass screen protector for future protection! And our replaced screen has a 30-day warranty if there is any defective!! Overall, this is a great place to have your phone and device take care of! And Francisco is a good guy to trust.

Great phone repair service! My wifes iPhone 6 wasnt taking a charge - after trying the usual compressed air, contact cleaning, etc., she took it to Apple, who (surprise!) told her it couldnt be fixed and she needed a new phone. Then we found this store. In half an hour, he replaced the charging port. It cost $45 and now the phone charges perfectly! The repair guy is friendly and (obviously) knowledgeable.

Sometimes in life, you get good service somewhere, and you continue on your way indifferent to the efforts.Less often in this world, you get great service, and the smile you cant stop sharing the rest of the day is so contagious, it avalanches across the state with waves of positivity, and the effects are immeasurable.But then--on occasions so rare you dont recognize, appreciate, or understand the significance for a long time--are the few times in our lives, as was the case with the two men at this store, strangers treat us with such dignity and respect, we mistake it for some sort of averageness uncertain of intentions, when in truth, we were provided such kindness and excellence, that the only word that can come close to describing these two gentlemen is: BLESS.As for Boost corporate, Ill never again find an organization so willing to accommodate its customers rather than their accountants, which makes perfect sense, since this store is an extension of their brand, and together, they have set the standard of how customers should expect to be treated by their service providers.If your provider is boosting your bank account instead of the quality you should receive, then Boost yourself into a better plan.You cant afford not to.

TERRIBLE STORE. After they replaced my cracked IPad screen, the button wouldnt work. They blamed me, would not refund my money, could not fix the IPad. Claimed it was because I pushed the button too hard - in five years of ownership, this never happened until they replaced the screen. UPDATE: I took my IPad to an Apple store, where they confirmed that the repair guy broke the IPad - and that it couldnt be fixed! Had to buy a replacement, my cracked screen ended up costing $350! BEWARE OF THIS STORE

This is a terrible store and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I went in to get my phone screen repaired due to a crack...the person replaced my screen but the home button was wonky. When we tested the button and saw that it wasnt functioning, he blamed me for manhandling the phone. I proceeded to ask him replace the screen with my original broken screen. He did so but but the home button continued to misbehave. He officially broke my phone and blamed me for it. In addition to that, he was rude and unaccountable. Stay clear from this store.

Super nice guy at the desk, he knows his job. However poor quality on material - the replacement screen for my iphone 5s is really hard to use, too sensitive, bad color... too bad!

Took my phone for a repair and they said that turn around time would up to 5 days. At the end, they held my device for 5 weeks and they didnt repair it. Very bad service. Questionable people. Wouldnt go back.
