Super helpful when it comes to looking up who the manufacturers are for purchased items from them. I dealt with TerryLee and she was super quick to get back to me for finding replacement parts for things purchased back in 2004. She had all our paperwork emailed to me, which was great! However, I do recommend emailing them rather than calling or stopping in. I found that it was more convenient and efficient for both of us.

I worked with Robin. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I dread doing home improvements because I cannot visualize and I hate making decisions. Robin was a dream come true. With a few questions she quickly determined my style and guided me through the process. She kept my budget in mind while helping me to picking me out high quality items.  I cant tell you how happy I am with my bathroom and would highly recommend them Fancy Fixtures.

I have bought many things at FF over the past 10 years for my homes & the homes of family members. The attention to my decorating needs was fantastic. Hours were spent together with Sandra searching for the exact right tile, flooring, vanity, faucets & fixtures, etc in a fun & relaxed way. Phone calls and emails were answered in a timely fashion, with all the information requested. Decorating suggestions were offered in a professional & kind manner. I never felt rushed, appointments are long & uninterrupted. The many projects came out beautifully; I received many compliments and referred many people to FF. The people I referred had positive experiences and were very satisfied With FF also. The showroom is amazing, large and immaculate with thousands of samples. I enjoyed my experiences with Sandra & FF; they are informed, professional, patient, & kind.

The best place to go for kitchen and bathroom needs. Design needs. Luxury can be found not just on materials but on everything they do. The staff is superb from front desk to dispatch.Dont look fir any other ace to shop. You got everything in here. Perhaps too much to select from.

Such an amazing experience from start to finish!!! Walked in completely overwhelmed and confused. With a knowledgeable team of designers, who were kind and knew which direction to guide and helped me stay on budget by providing me with an abundance of beautiful selections. The end product is so beautiful and I could not have made a better choice in entrusting my project and my money to Liz and the entire team at Fancy Fixtures. If you want to deal with a professional team who puts you first and not their profit, I highly recommend going to Fancy Fixtures!

Evening all. To begin with the salesperson (whom I wonder if was just recently hired ) named Sara is extremely unprofessional. Very shocked at the lack of interpersonal skills and overall quality of a salesperson that is representing your company. She was incredibly rude to a very high paying customer whom happens to shy away from confrontation. Failed to have proper follow up and execution on a project that was perhaps the easiest sale she could ever have : client picked out the tiles and Sarah just signed a paper. Sara failed to answer phone calls, made receptionists place clients on hold for indeterminate amount of time to then hear that Sara was unavailable and in the show room. Overall very disgruntled and disappointed in this individuals representation of this company and would like to bump this up to the manager and best case scenario the highest representative of the company because our client is very displeased at the results of her order. Please contact me directly so that we can try to resolve this matter would really appreciate it.

There is no way that I can make business with this place at all !! Employees are so damn rude they dont even give a chance to talk and give you suggestions, I was ready to spend few thousands for my next projects but the color lady behind the counter had an attitude seems like this is not definitely her job .I wont recommend this place to any one look for more options instead of this please, its not worth the aggravation .
