Nice to do shopping!!! When you order groceries for pick up or delivery they never have everything you need. But the Good thing is there are always substitutions unless its out of stock.

I was pleased at the quick jewelry personnel. I purchased chlothes and other things as well. When I was at self checkout, I had a problem and the associate was quick to fix my problem.

I headed into Walmart for the first time since covid. I saw the dividers at check out. I was disappointed about having to wait more than 20 minutes to check out at the self checkout. Every line was as long as mine. It was around 4pm . I dont see myself shopping in-store at Walmart again any time soon. I have used Walmart Curb side pick-up several times. Its pretty great.

I shop here quite often and the only thing I have problems with is the motorized carts. I am disabled and simply cant go out to the parking lot and look around for one. Maybe the store could Invest in a few more that actually work.

Convenient location off the I-10 freeway. A little older Walmart, but still has a wide variety. It had everything we needed.

This is really good Walmart I like this Walmart. Now inside when I come through Jennings if I need to stop at Walmart or something by God theyre going to be the place I stop cuz they had pretty much everything that I needed plus some some things that I really didnt need but I picked up anyway and I got it cheaper than I would have got anywhere else. Im definitely satisfied with that outcome.

I was very impressed! The workers were nice, the store was organized and it was also very clean. ..what impressed me the most, though, had to be the merchandise..so much to choose from, but organized perfectly!

Overall, this supercenter was, and still is, one of the best, one of the cleanest, staff-friendly Walmarts in the 337 area code. Everythings a breeze from checking out to finding store associates when you need/want assistance in ANY DEPARTMENT!! I highly recommend anyone to start and continue shopping at this Walmart located in Jennings, LA.

This Walmart is an excellent place to shop. It is well stocked and was easy in easy out. I drive 40 miles round trip to shop at this particular store.

Lack of cashiers makes this a unfavorable place.

Management is bad at the crowley walmart. There are never any registers open. They want you to use the self check out...NO...I dont work for you. Will start going to Jennings wal mart, it is much better.

Decent walmart. A little crowded between the aisles.

Store and staff were both very nice and neat clean courteous. Jennings didnt have all the clearance items that I had hoped to find, like Crowley did. But the cameras were a really good price.

This is a place that you can find almost anything. The major problems here is the parking for handicap & electric scooters! Anyone with a handicap placard/plate & some without use these without consideration for those with mobility issues! And if you ask an associate for one, you are looked down on! This needs to change! No name tags to even report!

We Went There 4 Specific Items N We Were N N Out Very Quickly. It Was Not Crowded 4 The Time Of Day That We Went So There Were Not Any Long Lines. 4 Me That Was A ➕ As Most Of The Walmarts That I Have Gone 2 Have Very Long Lines N Not Enuff Cashiers. I Will Most Definitely Be Shopping Here Again.

Had what I needed and with self checkout I was able to go in and out very quickly. Also service dog friendly.

I purchased 2 tires for my truck (truck tires)they put on car tires. I ask them to put in 20/50 oil for my suburban they put in 5/30when they did an oil change. My oil pump almost went out. Had to have it change to 20/50 fast or I was going to loss my suburban. Customer is correct. If they dont put the correct tires I ask for no telling what I will do.I am so angry. I haul heavy loads with my suburban. What walmart did was wrong and now I need 2 more tires but I dont want car tires. Someone told me to stay away from Jennings walmart. Said they were the worst place to go . Told to go find a walmart that puts the customers first . What so bad I trust them to do the right thing he ask tire or car tires I ask for the lt truck tires.Walmart made go on my tires.

I have had both good & bad experiences at this Walmart. One thing I find is a disappointment is that none of the management team reaches out when you report a problem. Some employees are nice & some are rude. Last problem I had was with one of your door greeters a couple of weeks ago. I explained the situation on the Facebook page for this Walmart. Would of rather had the option to message the Jennings Walmart Facebook page privately, however for some reason it wasnt made an option. Recently stopped being as helpful as I can at the store. I used to always make sure to bring my buggy back inside the store or by the front of it. However, after some of my bad experiences recently I stopped doing that. Just sometimes dont feel appreciated as a customer there. However, yall do have a few really nice workers I have met. This one lady who is in self checkout a lot is really nice. I unfortunately cant remember her name, but she is hospitalible & makes everyone feel welcomed. If I ever catch her name I will be sure to put in a special compliment to corporate about her. Wouldnt say this is the worst or best store. Just has its upset & downs. My view on this particular store after my o er 5 years experience of being a customer there.

Disappointed to see 90% of people inside are UMMASKED in the midst of a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC! Mask are mandatory but not enforced.Also an employee came running out an aisle and nearly hit me with a huge TV. Was very rude about it and did not even say sorry but seemed very upset with me. I was just walking and he was running and not even watching where he was going . Very unprofessional.Ridiculous, irresponsible, and overall unsafe . I would recommend going to another store .

WalMart in other statesIm on vacation and discovered I had forgotten to pack several personal care items. There happened to be a Walmart near by. It was such a relief to walk into the store and know that what I wanted would be on the shelves. It was also wonderful to be able to go right to the items I needed just as if I were in my home store.

Clean and stocked. Thats all I ever wanted from Walmart ..and they do not disappoint in Jennings la.

Who doesnt love what we all fondly call Wally-World. They always seem to have what you need and new items in all departments of the store!

They kinda yelled out what all my meds are for, when I picked them up at the pharmacy. It was super embarrassing. There were people all around.

This location is great. The associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is very clean. I am equally distanced between Crowley and Jennings. I always prefer going to Jennings. The difference between the two stores is like night and day.

Concerning grocery pick up, what good is it to allow substitution for items if the shopper is going to label it as out of stock.but then you go into the store and there are plenty of other brands of this item available. Secondly, why ask if the customer is okay with the subs and out of stock items if you dont want to hear a negative answer. And Last, employees should not be allowed to call and complain to a customer about the review that was done concerning the grocery pick up experience!

Dont understand how employees are allowed to talk to customers the way they do and dont help even when asked to! Im old school and if I had ever talked to a customer the way that Ive been talked to, I would have been out the door! Lack of respect is rampant in about every store I go into? 👎

Was in line outside for ps5 once doors open people ran in through the clothes and shoe dept and got ticket before people that waited outside until store opened. Im 55 and cant out run 18 and 19 year olds that werent in line outside the store for 20 to 25 minutes. They closed at 6pm.... on a Friday. Unacceptable, especially after a hurricane where people need essentials. It wouldn’t have been as bad if the hours online reflected.
