Dealing with any business on West Florissant is a headache, but my experience here went really well. I had an issue with an online order and the gentleman working were extremely helpful and insightful

They were nice even the security guard. Going by covid-19 protocol which is a big deal for me and had the shoes I needed except 1. Will be back.

No adult manager or supervision running the store. Young men with no personality or customer service knowledge. The young man who rung up my order asked if I was a VIP member and he was going to check before ringing up my order and when the transaction was complete I asked about the check he was going to do and this idiot tells me he forgot. They do not greet customers. You have to approach them. Stores have really gone down hiring young dummies to operate stores.

The workers was very polite/knowledgeable n helpful..however I was a lil disappointed I wasnt able to use the promo code in the store by its leading up to Fathers Day in all

Great assortment of shoes.

Went in to reserve my ticket for some sneakers and it took the guy 20 minutes just to tell me he couldnt do it. The icing on the cake was he said my manager havent done them all day either. Just come back tomorrow and try again

I went to return some shoes and the employee told me I had to go back to the Galleria. He also told me they just opened and couldnt do the return even if it was going back on my credit card. I will be calling their corporate office.

Me and my fiance came in here.. no greeting NOTHING.then a minute or two later the lady completely goes out her way to greet a dude that comes in even though he is all on the telephone paying her no mind what so ever.my fiance told the employee who was a man what size he wanted and the fact that he was getting ready to leave he wanted to act like he couldnt take the time out to do HIS JOB !!!then we asked the woman for help soo we tell her that we need a size 12 or 12 and a half and she said with the most shitty attitude we dont have half size 12 or 13then she goes and gets the shoe but she doesnt even bring a size 12 out she brings a 11 talking about we dont have any size 12 or bigger the biggest we have is a 11 so she gives my fiance the shoe as IF we asked for a size 11, like if we wanted an 11 we wouldve asked for one.. completely ghetto, never again. and they have NOOO shoes in there the selection is horrible let me say that .
