It was a 3 star experience. They didnt have any thing I needed. The lady working there couldnt answer the question I had.

They only have hand baskets, no carts ... So I walked in, and walked right back out.

Very friendly and always have what I want. Store has gotten so much better since the new manager Tonya took over the store. No more clutter in the aisles and store is clean. Would definally shop there again.

Its a good store with plenty of stuff in Stock. Usually easy to find what I need, and a great variety at reasonable prices. Staff needs to be more friendly and stay off their cell phones while running the register.

Clean, well kept store. Employees are polite and friendly. Almost always has whatever I am needing. My only issue is, it is, a little bit small which doesnt give much room for them to have a lot of options product wise.

Basic merchandise, like Dollar General, I have been there several times and determined nothing there warrants my return. Some junk. It is a Convenient store to stop in that is located in the Youngstown Center. Better to just drive over to Walmart.Update: went in the store as it was nearby. The store is a mess inside. Two employees standing outside of the store. Two kids sitting on the dirty concrete eating dinner next to trash can at the front door of store. Concrete in front of store needs pressure washing. Competitive prices.

I was charged 14.00 for a storage bin that had large label that said 12.50.And a dollar extra on cat food.Not terribly friendly in there either.I think Ill just shop at Bens.from now on.Because I have spent alot of money in that store and never feel good when I leave.

Advertised to close at 10 even has it on their door but I showed up at 9 with doors locked, lights on, no cars in the parking lot and no one in sight .

I found what I was looking for after being referred to the store but the cashier was very unfriendly, she acted like it put her out to check out the customers.
