I truly wish I could give this store, Starbucks inside of Kroger in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and the two wonderful ladies that were working this morning more than five stars. Even unlimited stars. I have been to probably 25 different Starbucks, locally and on road trips, and I have never had anything close to the amazing service I got this morning. Sadly, I did not get to catch their names but one of them may go buy “Elizabeth” as that’s what was on my receipt. I wish I knew the other so I could add her into this as she deserves it! Joyful, happy, funny, just all around they gave off the greatest vibes and were so caring. This will for sure be my forever Starbucks now, solely because of these two ladies!!! Great store!!!!! Even better staff!!! And to top it off, my drink tasted better than ever.
Great big shout out to Elizabeth and Andrew! Andrew usually makes my coffee, and its ALWAYS perfect! Today, Elizabeth made my coffee. First time using the app, she walked me through my transaction, with a huge smile on her face. And, she sang happy birthday to me! We laughed the whole time she was assisting me. Starbucks is very fortunate to have these 2 employees. My caramel latte is deeeelicious! Thank you!!

Asked for a chi tea latte. A HOT drink. Good some iced drink and ignored when I tried to tell the guy it was wrong. Dude just looked at me for a sec and walked off. Not going back.
Ive been to all of the corporate stores on the Indiana side of the bridge repeatedly. If Im not mistaken this unit is independently owned. Hands down the absolute best Java Chip Frappuccino that you can get in Southern Indiana! Add a double shot of espresso for extra goodness!
They made my drink wrong and then when I tried to explain to them they they made it wrong the said that I ordered it wrong witch I didn’t and then try to remake it and still messed up. Very disappointed.
The service here is great! The baristas are super friendly, and my strawberry funnel cake frappucino was delicious! Its kind of a small location, so when its busy it tends to get a little crowded, but all of the workers do their best to get you served in a timely fashion. Its a great place to stop after a day of grocery shopping, or for a quick coffee break!

The one worker they had on a Friday was fantastic but they need more than one worker. Common sense.
There was no signage when we first walked in the door to know where our order was supposed to be placed. They rang my order in wrong. They were filling mobile orders before in store customer orders and we’re not placing orders in order. Due to the pandemic it was not very sanitary with everyone touching the cups that were finished because they did not take names and it was very confusing.
Ordered venti coffee with heavy cream and stevia at drive thru. I got black coffee. How does Starbucks mess up your coffee? Only and last time at the Jeff store!

Went to this starbucks since others were closed. the lady asked me how many drink i said two she then said something under her breath because i ordered 2 drinks. I didn’t catch her name but it’s an older white lady with glasses that was working today. i ordered my two drinks then the customer behind me ask her day is she says “trying to go home but people just keep coming and coming” in the most rude tone the customer asked “do you want us to leave then”. i got my two drinks not to mention one of them was wrong but i didn’t even feel like getting it corrected because i was over the lady working, both drinks were frappuccino’s but literally kid you not moved like they were made out of nothing but water and syrup.
Today I stopped by to picked up drinks for my daughter and I . We live in Louisville but was over in Jeffersonville, and we both are lovers of Starbucks.I was very disappointed to see the female associate on duty NOT wearing a mask, then she literally wiped her forehead with her hands and continued to make customers drinks. After I saw that I left and didn’t bother to get my drinks and I was ok wasting 10.95 because myDaughter and I health is more important.In Louisville our Starbucks employees following guidelines and doing well protecting themselves and customers by wearing mask and gloves.
I went to this store yesterday after work and again today. The customer service was horrible, when I got there she just kept on doing other tasks for about 3 minutes and finally Hayley said to me “What do you want?” very rudely. When i ordered she told me that they didn’t have that anymore (very rudely again) even though I ordered it yesterday. I work in customer service and this is no way to talk to a customer. I am not one to complain but after having this experience multiple times I thought something should be said. I also was charged .50 cents for half green tea in my drink??? You would think if you’re replacing something with half of something else it wouldn’t cost extra. It has never costed me extra before. I didn’t pay 6.15 to be rude to and just have my drink slide over to me and when I said “thank you” for her to just walk away. Needless to say I will not be returning, I would rather drive to Clarksville than get this horrible service.
I stopped by Starbucks for my pharmacist for a strawberry lemonade refresher and the older lady, named Stephanie, was so RUDE and had terrible customer service. I asked for 5 scoops of strawberry like I ALWAYS do and she acted like it was the end of the world and proceeded to NOT give me the 5 scoops and told me she had 0 change and had to round up to the next dollar so my total went from $5.30 to $6.00. If it was my money I would have not given it to her and left. I will for sure be driving to the extra distance to Veterans if anyone from work asks me to go get them a drink ever again.

Always charge extra for EVERYTHING! Extremely rude older women that work here. I always add extra shots of espresso, they charge me for it but doesnt add them. Unprofessional. They claim they can charge whatever they want, we’ll see about that. I feel new employees would make this starbucks a better experience. I rather drive extra to go to the one in clarksville. Only worth stopping here if you’re grocery shopping anyways. If not, AVOID.
Always out of stock on something, never heard of this from a Starbucks.
Dont go here, go to Clarksville instead.
