The doughnuts I got were delicious but there wasnt too much of a variety. The employees were very polite and efficient.

I usually love Krispy Kreme donuts but this locationn seems to only serve cold stale donuts. I’ve given it 3 chances and each time they gave me stale cold disgusting donuts which is the opposite of what I expect from Krispy Kreme. That’s sad cuz they used to be my favorite. They are definitely not fresh donuts. They taste like the kind you get from the grocery store. So I guess I’ll just go to Dunkin’ Donuts around here since this location sucks it really does.

Great Staff! Sadly I have to rate them low becuase no matter what time of day you go they are always out of the different flavors of donuts, leaving just chocolate or glazed as your choices. Also, becuase of this dont order online. They just sub any donut in place of what you ordered without consulting you. I have never seen the doughnut matching actually in use.

Short tempered, quiet staff member helped us. Wasn’t much help at all. Gave us the wrong donuts and didn’t even ask if I wanted whipped cream on my iced latte. Really sad with the service today

Doughnuts were as good as always. Krispy Kream doughnuts are good anytime of the day. Only issue was drive-thu service. Service was extreamly slow. Waited over 20 min in line.

There were some youngsters working. The drive-thru was blocked of by cones do I had to go into the establishment. My order was sitting on the counter unsealed where anyone could open the box. Not only that my order was cold. When I asked if there were any hot doughnuts I was told no.

Cashier suggested a way to amend my order to get a better deal. Im all for saving money. Thank you.

My order was ready when I got there but there was no upsale from the associates for other products. Also, I was served cold doughnuts and when I asked if there were any hot doughnuts I was told no. Not only that, the drive thru was blocked off with cones forcing customers to come into the building.

Hot fresh donuts and fast service!

The only reason we gave two stars was because the lady was nice. We go to get what we thought was a simple order, only to find out all of the things I wanted were sold out. Coffee, donuts, a total of 4 things. We get to the window and the lady say, your change was 97 cents but this is all the change we have left, and proceeds to try and hand me 75 cents. Although it isnt that big a price difference, it is a very big deal to short customers money, knowingly or not. We will not be returning anytime soon.

I stopped at this Krispy Kreme Location the day of that awful ice storm!! I was greeted with a smile as I rushed threw the door running in from my car as the sleet came down. I saw these heart shaped donuts and was literally in love 😍 My husband and family loved them as well! This location was very clean and the employees were very professional and friendly!! When the hot light is on.. you have to stop!! Get a fresh glazed doughnut that will melt in your mouth!! Only negative at this location.. couldn’t eat inside because the a/c was set on Frigid!!!

This store is horrible. Everytime I’ve been there, and it has been at different times they are always out of everything and the donuts I usually do get are stale and even have gotten creamed filled ones with no cream. Last time I went to get donuts there the first three donuts I asked for they were sold out of mind you this was like 730-8am in the morning and the ones I did order I asked if they were fresh they said well they were made yesterday. I just said no thanks and drive away.

My son loves this place! Staff are friendly, restaurant is always clean. They give balloons to the little ones and my son just loves that, and the hats. Seeing the donuts get made fascinates both my kids as well. Delicious donuts, but the fresh hot donuts are just amazing and addicting!

If I could give a 0 I would. I went 20 minutes OUT OF MY WAY to get Krispy Kreme and I was met with a nasty, very rude cashier that clearly hates her job. She was so nasty my craving instantly went away. I dont want someone with that kind of negative energy handling my food.

Horrible. Went thru drive thru and employee was very nice. Donuts terrible!!!! Hard and stale like they were several days old, would not excpect that in the morning. There is no way these donuts could have been made fresh that day, much less there. Strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you want hard old donuts.

Just went to grab a quick simple order of doughnuts and coffee.. Only to be sorely disappointed.. They were out of everything basically. Than come to find out when I got home and opened the boxes the entire order was wrong.. Even to the simple coffee which was mainly coffee grounds come to find out when I tried to take a drink. We wont be returning here again 👎👎👎

Me, My wife and daughter stopped by here the other day to grab some coffee and donuts when we walked in the door there was at least 5 to 6 employees behind the counter and not one ask if we needed help and not one even looked in our direction. My wife asked after standing at the counter for 10 mins if anyone was going to help us and one person looked our way but never said a word so i said we are leaving. I guess thats what happens when you only hire kids. So Im sure that store wont be open much longer doing business like that.

This is the worst krispy kreme. They are always out of donuts! And thats not an exaggeration. They literally consistently run out of donuts. And not just one or two types but all of their donuts. Horrible management- if you run out of what you sell then make more. Its pretty simple

Fast drive-thru service in the donuts were excellent

The krispiest of kremes. The donutiest of donut. This was a great pit stop on our way south. We no longer have one in Indianapolis which is a shame. The place was clean and fast with plenty of donuts ready to serve. So much better than getting the donuts out of the box in the grocery store.

Went for the #sweetortreat and was sorely disappointed. We were told they had them in stock. It was the only reason we went. We go to drive away and opened the box. There was only a pumpkin donut in one box. My fiancé went in and asked if there was a mistake. They looked at him like he had two heads.This location never has the things we go for.We won’t be going back to this location and neither will our extended family.

Always great service. The employees are exceptional. I use to go there every day I had to go into work, but not as much anymore since they changed their iced coffee/liquid sweetener.

Idk but a I think a rough month this manger named hank was amazing in service, been there multiple times and always great and the doughnuts were always on the shelf not just three . I hope he’s just on vacation

These guys NEVER have donuts. Ive been here over 5 times (different times) and they always have scraps left. Its terrible and Im always disappointed. Expecially when I called before, no one picked up and show up and theyre out. At noon. Ill never come back to this place.

Walked in today and they had 3 donuts, and their matching was off. The employees just stood there and did nothing to me. I left and tried to call to see when they would have donuts but they never answered. Just close the shop if you aren’t going to serve people or answer the phone. Not sure I’ll bother going back.

Disgusting! I ordered a single cake donut. The worker had one hand gloved and the other hand not gloved. She took my credit card with her gloved hand, then another worker came to talk to her and, with her gloved hand, she handed the other worker some cash. I then watched her reach into grab my donut WITH THE SAME GLOVED HAND!!! It was so disgusting! I didn’t know how to reach out what to say. I mean that’s disgusting in general, but since the whole country is experiencing this thing called a pandemic, it’s even more disgusting! I threw the donut away without even opening the bag.

I love this establishment I currently live in Indianapolis and we don’t have a local Krispy Kreme location. I can only buy the doughnuts at Speedway Gas Station which I don’t. The staff was nice and the service was great. One of the main reasons I miss living in Clarksville.Keep up the good work🤗👍🏽

The workers in the Drive-Thru were very rude. I told them that I had not been there in several years so I needed time to look at the menu and then they get back on there and say are you ready yet. There was no one behind me so they should not have been rushing me. It really hurt my feelings. I know what the girls look like that waited on me and if I get any replies we can compare if youve had the same problem recently and this is what November 3rd election day.

I have stopped at the store literally six times in the past 6 months. every time I have used a coupon code never once have I been asked to sign up for their emails or offers. as a manager in food service I understand traditional policies and procedures I also and understand a guest wins mentality. while picking up Christmas donuts for my team this morning I had to spend twice what I typically spend because I guess theyve implemented a new policy or someone was on a rant about not allowing gas to use anything but Krispy Kreme coupons.As a manager I get it. As a consumer let your guests win!.

Great donuts and coffee.Parking lot sucks!Culvers and Popeyes Chicken on either side make it a tight squeeze. You cant get in with a large truck like ours. We have to park far out and walk. Doesnt bother me, but it might you.Fresh, made daily donuts.

Their donuts are always great and they have great deals if you sign up with the app. My only issue is that Ive had is with the employees attitudes. Though not every visit has been unpleasant, the few times it has been is the reason for the four star review.

Krispy Kreme is by far the best donut place out there. I wish they would come back to Indianapolis . Had a great experience at the one in Jeffersonville, IN last month as we rushed in just before closing on our way back to Indianapolis. Manager was very helpful and even gave us a little deal. Keep up the great service and donuts!

This Place is awesome! Place is super clean inside and out. I Took some goodies for my office, the Donuts and Coffe were very fresh and super tasty! My employees loved Them. Love it here! They have the best hot chocolate ever! They make it with milk. I personally dont like it with water and wont drink it. But I come as much as I can to get one before workAlways super nice and friendly.

I visited for Veterans day complimentary donut. They were very courteous and kind. However, they were out of my favorite apple fritters, so I took a raspberry jelly filled one. I gave the coffee to my daughter because I dont drink coffee. She enjoyed the coffee and we both enjoyed the donuts. I do prefer Dunkin Donuts though.

The place itself is nice, don’t get me wrong, and the donuts were good. However I got 2 Rasberry filled donuts for my boyfriend and when he went to eat the first one he got all the way to the LAST TWO BITES before he got to ANY JELLY!! Went to this location a week ago with my family, it was without a doubt the dirtiest place Ive ever seen serve food. They only had maybe a dozen donuts in the display total, but about 5 dozen on the floor all over the kitchen area. The doors to the back kitchen were propped open, and in plain sight was buckets full of dough that had spilled over and was all over the floor (would not doubt for a second they used it later). We walked over to the glass window to see if they were even making and fresh donuts, they werent but the glass was so nasty you could barely see threw it. We walked out with out ordering anything, and under no circumstances will I ever return.

If i could give this KRISPY KREME donuts zero stars I would. I am a healthcare frontline worket. I called ahead to ask about their donut policy, however, today on google it states take donuts to your crew. I merely was asking because I wanted to take some to the Hospital. I asked the young man that answered the phone about the policy. He said he did not know and got the MANAGER. THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HUNG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE. THE Tone that was used was second to nun. The thought of being treated with such little respect tells me what KRISPY KREME IN Jeffersonville IN THINK ABOUT THEIR FRONTLINE HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS. These donuts are terrible. They are using expired yeast, and they arent cleaning their fryers. The result is flat donuts with a greasy taste.

Employee very rude!

I’m finished here. We stopped by here a couple of weeks ago and wanted the custard filled donut but they said there would not be any for 3-4 more hours. Why not! Went today and found our order wrong when we opened it up at home. Instead of the 6 white cream filled chocolate glazed they put 6 regular chocolate glazed donuts. The custard filled donuts had just a tiny bit of chocolate frosting on them and very little custard inside. Pretty sad. They weren’t fresh. Small and way overpriced. They also got the coffee order wrong. From now on it will be Williams’s or Jeff’s bakery for us.
