Ive been buying stuff from them for years and have never had a problem with any thing I can call and ask Jerry for something I need and if they have it he will get it right out to me or he will find and get to i would strongly suggest renting from this store great above and beyond customer service

I have rented a refrigerator from them and when a Time came for them to pick it up they made all kinds of excuses they werent unable to pick it up one excuse for was there was short of a man. today is Tuesday they supposed to pick it up on Saturday the guy told me the trucks broke down now they r all a bunch of liars all they wanted your money

I’ve been with them for nearly a year and once I signed up for auto pay, problems started! Back around February they were taking my sons payments out of my account without authorization through their system. Our accounts were separated so no one cause for them doing this. After this no problems up until the payment for July 4th. They took my auto pay and also took out my sons payment from my account. I called n spoke with Brian and of course, no resolution. He told me I was not getting my refund and to go to my son for repayment. His attitude was very unethical on top of this. So I hung up. I contacted the attorney general and filed my complaint! I told him first time this happen, if it ever happen again I would go above their company. Beware of this company!

I rented a king size bed and a dryer and they were the best people I have ever delt with as far as rentals goes. Thanks guys you Rock!!!!

This place is horrible. Late delivering my items and now Im trying to return the items and they were supposed to have been here between 2-4 on a Saturday, never showed up or called. They were supposed to have serviced my washer 3 weeks ago and no phone call or anything so I would not recommend them at all.

This place is mediocre. Quality is fair, prices are way too high. But I love Jerry, he is one of the best workers there.

Worst place ever, lied to us, made up stories as to why they cant make it to our house on time on multiple occasions. Showed up at my home when nobody was there with no type of notice saying they were on their way. Left screws and bolts laying around my childrens room, fortunately we found them before our 2 year old son did. Giving them one star is being nice.
