Their new business model post pandemic is terrible. Empty shelves, short hours, no cashiers. If I want to bag my own groceries I will go to Aldis, at least you save money, and they get you out of the store in a reasonable time frame. Enjoy your new customers, this 30 year one is finally done.

Always prompt and very courteous. Groceries loaded properly with cold foods together. Eggs and bread was brought to front and not just put in trunk. Thank you so much. Not sure which employee does best they all do a great service

I will say, this particular Walmart has above average service. Their employees actually put effort into helping the customer. I was a bit surprised, to be honest.

It was almost closing time but I knew what I had to get. I got up to the self check which was the only thing open, I had left my debit card in the car. The guy let me put things to the side and go out to my car even though it was after close. Side note not sure if only keeping self check lines open why they have not changed hours to midnight at this point when before (covid) it was a 24hr store. There were a lot of people still in the store at 11.

A quick place to buy a large selection of items from food to cosmetics and household items.

This is the absolute worst Walmart to deal with. I have issues with them on pickup orders all the time. This time, I ordered an express order. It should have been delivered by 12:57 pm. Its now 2:50 and it does not even show as picked. So, I finally called to check on my order.We are all sick with breakthrough cases of COVID-19 and I need these items. An empathetic, pleasant person that apologizes for my frustrations and inconvenience and assure me it will be picked and delivered right away, that would have been acceptable customer service.A flippant attitude, telling me he will put it back into the system and he cant tell me when it will get here, is not acceptable. The order is not even picked, why does it have to go back into the system?I recommend you go to the Walmart on the East side (Supercenter), its well worth going out of your way a few miles and avoid the frustration of dealing with this one.

This is one of our favorite stops when we come for homecoming, were able to get everything we need for the Friday Fish fry we have at our hotel.

As I work at this Walmart I only give it three stars because a lot of what I was shopping for was out of stock.

Every thing is convenient and nice but needs to enforce people to wear masks. And pharmacy needs to take down the signs for curbside since they no longer do that.

HORRIBLE. Both the money center and customer service were closed. When I asked the manager he was very rude and told me they were understaffed. This was at least an hour and a half before the posted closed times. This walmart has gone to hell in a hand basket. No other walmart I go to is like this. Theres never anyone around to help, no registers are open, the staff is rude and not willing to help once you do find someone. Usually you can find a group of 4-7 teenagers standing around talking if you look hard enough. Guess Ill just be going to the east side walmart from now on

Never stocked and always out of items that are needed. Never have enough cashiers always seem to have everyone focused on doing the o line shopping instead of taking care of the instore customers

Its your average WM but they do carry some specialty items for health eating like keto friendly items. Usually fully stocked!

Door greeters have been very nice, usually helpful. Some employees have some place to go and have no time for questions, usually no eye contact either.

So big......almost to big a lot of walking trying to find things. Sometimes only 1 or 2 checking...but most associates are very helpful.

I asked 3 different employees to help me retrieve an item to purchase from a case. All of them said they couldn’t help me and would get someone to assist me. I waited for over 15 mins with no help. I then called the store requesting assistance and the woman paged someone two separate times and still no one came to help. After waiting 10 mins on the phone waiting, I left. I will NOT purchase anything at this store. I ended up goi g to Target to purchase what I needed. The entire drive, walk inside & checking out process at Target took a fraction of the time I waited at Walmart for nothing.

Lots of products--it is Walmart, after all--but employees still arent all that well trained, and worse, many act like theyd rather be somewhere else.

Seems to be going down hill quickly, poor managament, very poor management, quality long gone.

Did a little clothes shopping had great shorts and shirts for summer. Only bad thing was harding to find sizes medium and small they had a lot of Large XL 2XL and 3XL.

It was big, spacious, and easy to check out with self check out

My daughter has pneumonia and I needed to get her a New dehumidifier, I opened the box, brand new to mold in the filter. Don’t try to call they don’t answer, I had to call headquarters to get someone to talk to.

Saturday night on 6/12/21, at 8pm. There were no check out lanes besides self checkers. I spent $300. I expect at least one checker if not more. If I have to check myself out I will go elsewhere! Ridiculous!!!

Walmart is Walmart. They have about as much stock on hand as any other business right now. LOTS of people there due to the holiday season. If you can do business with the local shops instead of a big box store, do it! Walmart wont miss your $$ but it might mean life or death for the mom & pop shops. Plus they are a heck of a lot cleaner, friendlier & appreciative than Walmart for your business.

Supply in this store is very minimal most days. Very difficult to find what you need, selection is much less than most walmarts

No Primo 5 Gallon water bottles to purchase or swap out very disappointed this is the 3rd Wal-Mart in 5 days I have gone too and they dont have any water jugs and dont know when they will be in.

Its well place for if you already know the store them you know where to go but if you dont know the store then the store people help when they can

Going to look great when they get done remodeling. Right nite its crazy nothing is where it was. Even employees cant tell you where to go to find the products you are looking for.

I think since the pandemic has started and now some control being implemented over it, has been beneficial to Walmart. In Jefferson City, MO the stores are no where near the level of people visiting to do their shopping. I believe the new order on line and drive up pick up has been one of the driving forces . So I notice that store employees are smiling and laughing more than I have ever seen prior to Covid. This benefits the public by having Walmart employees who are more willing to be helpful, and doing it with a smile. Which inurn means better service.Most people who enter the store have on mask but not all. So if that bothers you just remember to wear yours. There will never be 100% that will follow the guidelines/ recommendations

Prompt friendly sales associates here was able to pick up some things at the other Walmart didnt have if one doesnt have it the other one will thank you Im not to mention that if they dont have it they can order it send it right to your house or to the store

The shelves seem always empty in the soda dept . I think they should have more cherry soda products even in the Great Value brand in cans.

Desperate for a last minute gift. I knew where everything was and picked up too much. Thank you random stranger who saw me drop the holiday tissue paper and helped me pick it up. Thank you other random stranger who saw my struggles and let me go ahead of them in line. The employees do their best every day and even the customers are helpful and nice.

I was able to find most of what I wanted except for the big box of popcorn that I normally buy there.But other than that I was quite satisfied.

I thought we were all supposed to be doing our part to stop covid-19? NO ONE hardly was wearing a mask 😷 at roughly 9:00pm... And we wonder how many more lives we will lose, shame on all of us. RIP Larry King...

Found what I needed fast

This store never matches what the app says it has and can be picked up the same day. When you ask for help, they page someone and 20 minutes later no one shows to help eventhough 5 associates walked past the isle called to.Im ready to stop shopping walmart. Its better to pay more and go across the street to Target where they have what thay show they have.Very frustrated with walmart right now. Sam Walton would be rolling over in his grave seeing what has become of this location.

Another trip to the Big Box store, 2 star rating is only because of its large selection of items. This place lacks customer service of any kind, with employees too harried with getting things done to help with anything. Common sense seems lacking as well with management, with them closing one side of the store due to covid, makes sense ai guess to force everyone into close proximity with entering/exiting. Will raise rating if this place ever exhibits friendliness, helpfulness, but sadly this review is encompassing 7 years of shopping here ..

Always busy and has a large selection of items. Mostly clean, organized and stocked. Understandably many items are difficult to find during the covid pandemic. My issue with almost every Wal-Mart is the wait time at the checkouts

Nice setup, easy to find what Im looking for most of the time. But quite a few things always seem to be out of stock and they dont carry what other Walmarts have. The bakery also has rude and lazy employees. I dont recommend ordering a cake from them for a special occasion.

Only prob was self service checkout had a cash only sign, and I didnt see it until almost through with my checkout. ✔️Laughing

Decent place for one stop shopping. Bad side... theres usually not enough cashiers, leaving it to self checkout. All-in-all... its your average trip to a Walmart.

Its a Walmart. Pretty standard fare though they are currently undergoing a remodel and everything is out of place and impossible to find. Pretty sure it wont last forever.

Was good. The place was clean, including bathrooms. There was a large crowd and yet there were lots of registers open. That in itself is not a luxury you get at a lot of Walmarts. Only thing not allowing a 5th star is the shelves had a lot of missing product.
