Cant get no one to answer phone. signed up for rx notification and they never text me. gonna switch away from walgreens

VERY slow drive-through one lane only.

Had my prescription filled and could not believe what I seen.The young lady at the pharmacy wear a mask under her chin not cover her mouth and nose .Possibly infecting customers and medications . Anyone works in a medical field including pharmacy need to wear a mask, no wonder our covid 19 positive number going up in walker county Alabama!!!!

Once again this pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They really should fire every one of the pharmacy staff at this location and start over. Sad part is it isnt the whole store just the pharmacy at this particular location. You would think corporate would have intervened by now with all the poor reviews but I guess not because nothing has improved over the years. I literally dread getting my prescriptions refilled every month because of the staff but my insurance doesnt give much choice in terms of pharmacies.

I have 3 special needs family adults including my bedridden brother, 78 old father and 66 dementia uncle that lives with me. We have been with Walgreens for over 29 years. The pharmacist Jessica always questions all meds and gives me a really hard time when picking up 8 meds per adult. I don’t want to change because the tech Jessica has helped me so much by being understanding and very kind. Please Walgreens send employees to compassionate school as they are so rude and mean!!!!

I had bought a finger brace last Sunday but it was the wrong style I went back today to get a refund or exchange it and the manager on duty was great very friendly I just wanted to let y’all know some other stores could learn from the employees I delt with at your store today

The staff here lacks common sense and lack of customer service! Very very rude folks my grandpa came to get his meds and left feeling like he was ran over and talked down to cause he had questions about his medication he was there to pick up! How do you talk down to a 90 year old man????

Very rude lady in Pharmacy!!! This is poor customer service. Just asked a simple question and she was very short and condescending with her non hepful answer.

They have new management and doing a great job.

Very rude. Its an inconvenience to them to help. Treat people that even own narcotics like they are addicted

I have been going there for several months and my experiences get worse Everytime. The staff is rude except one I know of. This time though they LOST MY PRESCRIPTION!!!! After they said they called my name and didnt, I walked by and the lady said your prescription is ready. I get in line and they cant find it! After looking for 20 mins they found it in the fridge with other meds. My med is supposed to be kept at 77 degrees not 32 degrees. I am going to call corporate!!!

Every time I go to get medicine there is a problem. I live 18 miles away, it takes 2-3 trips to Jasper walgreen. Thats alot of extra gas and time I dont have.

They are horrible very slow dont answer the phone dont help people get anything and they dont do anything at all.

The drive through pharmacy takes a really long time. Two cars back and 25 minutes!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The only bad thing is they are slow and have a high turnover rate

They were very rude when I called up there to ask about my prescription and when I asked to have it transferred somewhere else. Been trying to get my prescription since 2 o’clock today.

Pharmacy techs are very helpful and sweet but the pharmacist are sometimes rude and extremely slow filling prescriptions.

I like Walgreens. This location seems to be under staffed Most employees are friendly, but a few seem unhappy with their job.

Kind of expensive but good selection of stuff

This Walgreens is probably the least professional and effective pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. The staff is always pleasant and as helpful as they can be, but they rarely have needed medications In Stock: thus causing many return trips. This pharmacy could certainly benefit from some training and reorganization of handling stock and filling prescriptions more consistently.
