Don’t think they care about customer loyalty.... was incredibly rude to my son who was sick and had use the RR. He (older, tall, grey headed man) hollered at him to hurry up and beat on the wall!! We stop here at least once a week! When I tried to talk to the man, he made excuses and never once acknowledged how rude he was to him- in spite of our constant business. Never again! Do not shop here or dare to try to use the RR!!!!
