I came in today around 130/145. I brought in 4 lottery tickets worth $40. After the lady rings them in she tells me it’s only $30. So I politely asked if I could take a look because I know I won $40. She proceeded to tell me no and only gave me the $30. I will never go there again, nor will my family.
Ther have been good days just as many as there have been bad days. Some days I can walk in grab what I need to get out and be back in my car within 4-5 minutes.Other days unfortunately it seems as if only one person knows exactly what they’re doing and exactly how to fix it and the rest of the sheep are just walking around not really paying attention or showing any intentions of learning from the problem and preventing it in the future.Note to property owner:The building in the capacity set up has so much more potential if this would be transformed into something in the likes of flying pilot j or Love’s. With many hotels losing their accommodations for the big rigs, your lot is nearly the holy grail of the area!!!....what gives?!??
No face-mask, No service....This was the message I received from a local Sunoco. I walked in, got my item, and went to the register. The lady behind the glass screen wearing a mask and a cotton gator around her face tells me, no face mask, no service. I asked Seriously? and repeated it. She said Yes. I put my items on the counter and walked out. I bought what I needed at another gas station a 1/2 mile away with no such rules. I understand the need for being careful during this time, but this is ridiculous. Especially, since I had already gone through the store and was ready to check out. Not to mention there was no one else there. Face-masks should be saved for the health care workers.
Nice little gas station. Its clean and usually well maintained, and I have received good customer service almost every vist.
Really gone down hill in the last few years. Always out of coffee, none of the employees seem to know what is going on. Suzie is the best employee they have. If you are going to use a card inside be prepared to wait, the machine takes forever.
This place wants ID for 5 hr energy drink even though no law requires it. There rationale is kids abuse them...ok Im 52 years old buying 1 drink...I agree 100% with helping prevent kids from abusing them but grown adults clearly over 40 Should not require ID. no other place has this policy and I reiterate there is no law to prevent even kids from buying..I will no longer buy anything from this place and encourage people to avoid it..its unclean and has poorly trained staff..then again should I expect more from such a place..
Great
