I had placed an online order, waited a month for the mattress. Then I received an email saying I had to wait an additional month! So then I contacted the Jasper location, where Jack went above and beyond to help me find a comparable mattress to what I had ordered, and I received it in less than a week. UPDATED 3/17/21My husband and I made a purchase at this store on 2/27/21. The parking was adequate and the store was clean. The staff was not strictly adhering to covid protocols. My salesman took his mask off several times.The salesman who assisted us was a bit pushy and distracted. My husband felt insulted by some of the salesmans comments that were intended to be funny. The salesman refused to give us clear price information even when I specifically asked him to, so the price we paid ended up being more than what the salesman quoted (which ticked me off). We almost left without buying anything. I actually regret going through with the purchase.The items were delivered on time and in good condition on 3/5/21. The delivery guys were pleasant and professional. They set up our new bed quickly and efficiently.After posting a negative review we were contacted by a manager outside of the Jasper store. She apologized and issued a refund for an erroneous charge. She also helped us return some items. However, it was uncomfortable returning the items to the Jasper store with our salesman present.Overall, we might shop at Mattress Firm again, but probably not the Jasper location.

Walked in and out in about 20 minutes. They had a sale going, so we saved over $300! I wish they had the mattress in stock, but the scheduled delivery was only two days later (tomorrow). Sales person was friendly. This is the second time weve used Mattress Firm to buy our new mattress (different location first time though)

The salesman Grant explained things to me that I never knew as we tried all the beds and laid sideways and on our backs to make sure we got the best out of what our bodies needed in a mattress. My mattress wont arrive for 5 days to my house but I dream about it. The best mattress I have ever laid on. I did not know they could feel that good.

Jack @ the Jasper, AL store has been very informative on all their products and very patient. He was knowledgeable on the differences that certain mattresses and foundation and warranties were on all the products they had in the store entailed . I had been in several times the last couple months comparing different mattresses and motorized frames I was treated as if it was my first time in To check on their products. The day I brought my husband in to check on the mattress and foundation I had been debating on, Jack went over with him all the information on each in detail and we purchased that day. We will definitely return to Mattress Firm for future purchases when our other beds need replaced . They sell quality products and have something to offer whatever the budget is needed to be.

My wife and I were shopping for a new Tempur-Pedic mattress. We have researched online and a few other retail locations. When we walked into our local Mattress Firm, we were greeted and welcomed to the store. Our sales associate, Jack Tidwell, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He asked us some questions about what we were sleeping on now and what we were looking towards. He showed us several beds, and explained the features and benefits if each one. He demonstrated each bed and how the remote feature worked with the mattresses. He answered all of our questions and some we didnt know to ask. We were so impressed with the mattress and base and the purchase price. We purchased a Tempur-Proadapt medium hybrid mattress (queen size) and Tempur-Ergo 2.0 adjustable base. I will recommend Mattress Firm and Mr. Tidwell to all of my friends in the market for a great bed and an even better buying experience.
