My wife and I were going to buy another mattress from Bedzzz Express from the Jasper store. When we get there and find a mattress we want we told the lady that works there that the reason we are back is because of the good experience last time. The lady says we may be under warranty. We checked our mattress and its almost 3 inches under the mattress line. We call her back and they will not exchange it not because of it sagging lower than it supposed to be but because we have A STAIN ON THE MATRESS. So why should we buy another mattress from there? And we were going to go to a King before she tells us about our NO-WARRANTY we may or may not have.

Delivery was timely and professional. We shopped around a few places before buying and this was definitely the best that we visited. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

We bought our beds a few years ago and love the customer service and our beds. We also bought a pillow that lasted 4 years and just replaced it with the same pillow. Very Satisfied customers!
I recently had back surgery and needed to get a new bed. My doctor recommended a firm bed. I am 82 year old woman so when I am needing to buy something it tends to be difficult sometimes dealing with sales people. I went to 2 other stores before visiting Beds Express. The other 2 stores only showed me the high end beds and told me what to buy. I was very pleased with the guy at Express because he showed me a Simmons black bed and it was great and $500 less than the store up the street but when I told him I wanted to spend less he immediately showed me other beds that were in my price range and even lower. After asking every question at least 4 times and laying on about 4 beds I ended up with the simmons black bed. They were very informative and happily answered all my questions. I went home and had my daughter help me research online the beds he showed me and all the information was exactly what he told me. I went back the next day and bought my bed and it has been over a month and I cant say anything bad about my bed or the experience. I live in assisted living and have already recommended them to everyone here and several have told me they already bought one there and had the same friendly experience. So I do recommend them and even if you check the other places in town you will go back to Express.
VERY helpful salesperson. Plus they had item we needed. Store #1, clerk did not get off phone or acknowledge us. Store #2, helpful salesperson but did not have item in stock. Store #3, HOMERUN. Purchased item and brought home in less than 10 minutes. We will be buying more from Store #3 .

Ive bought two beds from here. The first time I bought a memory foam hybrid matress and it seemed to be defective because the mattress never broke in right and met the defective qualifications but they didnt want to help me with warranty process at all. The second bed I bought was supposed to be financed for four years (which is written in the papers I signed) but for some reason it was financed for 18 months. UPDATE: The financing problem was fixed rather quickly. The bed I got this recent visit has been a great bed so far. (2 extra stars added)

Very friendly fast delivery but have a problem with mattress different padding on one side very uncomfortable on one size was delivered on 7 /11 when the guy in charge seen my statement about the matress he had me a new one by the next day very impressed it a lot better

The salesman Austin we had was great! He did everything he could. I had went in for 4 new mattresses for my family. So they didnt have 2 of the ones I wanted. They did have one of the two choices for the 3 kids in stock. Long story short is. Whoever the manager is needs to do a better job. Austin did everything he could to help us. He kept having to call the manager over the cullman store to help him with us. If you wasnt for the cullman manager we wouldnt have been able to complete our purchase. He even said that he didnt know where the manager was and he hoped everything was ok. So, I want to let the jasper store know that you need to have inventory in stock and keep someone there that can help the salesman if they have questions. This will probably be my last time at jasper.

This was my experience with bedzz express.My contact was Treadway Watson the manager.(You’ll see him 2 pots back in the reviews giving a un biased five star review so you can eliminate at least one good review and probably question the rest)My wife and I decide to buy a Mattress for our 17th wedding anniversary.After no less than 4 visits to the store we decide on a brand narrow down and density. But the feel wasn’t just right.We were informed that the bed, style and a firmness we prefer was available for order.Quietly this seals the deal.I return alone he next day to surprise my wife with the purchase.Upon my return, I see a new banner advertising a new special.I inform my contact my intent to buy and ask if the new special would interfere with my previous price quoted. The answer I received was no,It would only help me.Done deal I said. Money was exchanged,receipt given, delivery set up.Oh and I surprise my wife with the fact that I have not only purchased the mattress she liked,but sprung for the base she loved as well.Only to be called a few hours later to be told that the special order we had been sold wasn’t really available. (It was available just not for the price we paid)My wife and I debate and settle for the model similar to the one on the floor.Only to get another call to be told that they will not honor the agreement we have made a few hours early.Mr watson attempts to renegotiate our terms, Says that his District manager will not allow him to sell at this price. The suggested price is now for ten percent more than we agreed.Remember this was not a quote not a estimate this was a fully executed legal transaction.At this point my confidence and trust is broken and decide cancel the entire order.I would like to make a point that Mr Treadway watson was helpful and patient with us I also believe he was distressed in delivering the news.Probably not as me having to deliver the news to my wife of her gift no longer being on the way.End of the story I cannot I good conscience recommend you to purchase from bedzz express.After a little more shopping I was able to find the exact mattress exact frameSame brand. Set up haul off the works for $100 less.My Take away s from my mattress shopping. Mattresses are highly inflated. Salesman have a lot of Lee way. Sales are phony. And don’t trust the bedzz express.I didn’t experience this but have a friend going through it now remember they do not offer cash back only store credit.So in the end with a $100 saved and the wonky policies. Probably for the best.This was my experience
