I probably cant express in words just how satisfied we are with Millwork Supply. 2 years ago, we were ready to get granite installed, and one of the owners sat down with us and went over details, costs, etc. Then life happened and our precious saved granite money had to be put to other use. Fast forward and we went back to them based on our first experience 2 years prior. This time the other owner was our consultant, and true to our first experience, we were very pleased. Everything was explained to us, and there were no surprises in store for us. The installers came out and WORKED - these young men were exceptional at not only installing the granite, but taking the time to explain to us how to take care of it, and patiently answering all of our questions (and there were MANY). They didnt mind us watching them while they were caulking and sealing - even explaining how we could touch up if we ever changed our back splash, even the color choice that matches best. I know we would not have gotten this kind of detailed care and service from another company. I felt like they were treating us as they would want to be treated - and you cant get better service from a company than that!!

We had Millwork Supply make us a custom size pantry cabinet. They did an excellent job. They pay attention to detail. Upon installation they noticed the paint on the door wasn’t quite right so they took it back and repainted it. Looks great and matched my other cabinets almost perfectly. If I ever need cabinets in the future I will go back to Millwork Supply.

Please if you could get this note to the owner…The two gentleman that came out to my house to install my granite . They are so professional made sure it was done perfectly right, explained everything that was going on .. when I asked if I could have the drop from the sink cut out no problem… I was very impressed especially when they were doing the finishing touch’s they made sure that granite was leveled sparkled and clean. They made sure they kept their work environment very clean using a dust bust to keep down any dust!!! … they took the time to explain to me what kind of chemicals I should not use What cleaner is the best and how often to clean it …I would recommend all my friends and family Millworks..Also have to give credit to the ladies in the office from taking my order to the man that came out to measure all professionals!!!Nash’s

We purchased quartz countertops for our kitchen and master bath, and we were very pleased with their price and installation. I would definitely use them again.

Millwork Supply installed granite counter tops for me on my new custom built cabinets. I couldnt be more pleased with their quality of work! The installers were polite, respectful, and very helpful, instructing me on how best to care for my new counter tops. They were also very careful in my home and did no damage to my wall or cabinets while working. I highly recommend this business and will certainly use them again if the need arises.

Hired them for my custom granite fire ring and they did a AMAZING job. Very reasonable with pricing and they showed up as agreed and checked in with us as progress was made. Could not ask for a better experience!

Wow! They really take pride in their work and care about making the customer happy! Chad and Rene went out of their way to make new cabinetry match existing ones, and to get them and granite tops installed correctly and on time. My husband and I were really amazed and pleased at the quality of the work and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Needed a better option than Home Depot and a friend recommended Millwork Supply. Had to drive an hr to get there but it was well worth it. Michelle was so friendly and she was able to get us just what we needed. We had a slight hiccup during installation but the installers were so professional and knowledgeable they fixed everything while onsite and our countertops came out beautifully. I highly recommend Millworks for all of you countertop needs.

Have used them to install stone counter tops in three different houses. Great work at a fair price. Would use again for sure.

I will preface this review by saying that the quality of the pantry cabinet and the color match is great now that it has been installed; however, dealing with this company was extremely frustrating and disappointing given their reputation and other reviews. Their cabinet quality is worth 5 stars, but their customer service and communication (or lack thereof) is worth 1 star, for an average of 3 stars.I was told this would be a 2-3 week process and it ended up being over a 2-month process. They first came out to do an initial measurement for an estimate on March 1 and my cabinet was not installed until May 11. I had to follow-up regularly and couldn’t get them to provide an install date. I called numerous times throughout March and April to ask about installation and was repeatedly told “the cabinet crew isn’t going to be in Birmingham.On April 30 I finally sent an email asking that the cabinet be installed by May 10 or that my 50% deposit be refunded. They agreed to come out Saturday, May 4 to do the install, but unfortunately they got here and realized the pantry cabinet had been built to the wrong height (because they didn’t measure the existing cabinets). They had to take it back, redo it, and bring it back to install on May 11.So while I am happy with my cabinet, based on my experience I would not recommend working with this company.
