Atlantic Self Storage on Alta Drive was absolutely the best storage facility I have used. I travel all over the state for my work and Ive used many storage facilities, but Atlantic Self Storage really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Very friendly and efficient. I had an enclosed storage unit that a semi truck was able to access to offload my materials, and I also rented some parking spaces for trailers. Just all around good service and good prices. Would highly recommend.

Good place, in good area, always clean and tidy. But they steal inside trailers, inside trucks, inside vehicles, storage outside the building, cars have been stolen, a truck with a trailer, they vandalize the vehicles. They have many cameras and just when you go to the office you complain to the manager of the complex Keith or Sussan responds that they didnt see anything on the cameras. Many people have commented on the same experience when making a claim. very good place, but sad for the high incidence of theft and vandalism for such a high monthly cost.

THE BEST OFFICE STAFF!! The staff are very helpful and kind. Extremely easy to do business with. The property is always clean and well maintained.

Went to rent unit reserved price online and unit at 74.00 per month. While signing paperwork after manager we where working with and employee stated we will honor the price even though they think it was a typo. A new manager came in and was extremely rude. She stated its an interpretation of how you read it and she could not honor the amount. My wife was in tears as she began to state her case and the website error should not effect them renting and honoring the price quoted. Needless to say now searching for somewhere to store my deceased mothers items, while moving dad to a smaller house he continue to feel normal and maintain his health. Would not recommend management very rude.

Make sure you go in before you try to move in. They have false advertisement on prices and when you try to show them the proof from the website they claim that is their marketing technique. They wont honor what they have on a website because they claim its not their website. I will gladly rent from another place.

Havent actually checked into the facility, but Mrs. Susan is amazing. On the phone she took the time to answer all of my questions and not once did she ever try to rush me off the phone. **UPDATE** I ended my business with Atlantic Storage 2 years to the day that I started. My entire exclusive was EXCELLENT!! NO bugs, vermon, moisture issues AT ALL!! They kept up with all COVID restrictions when it first struck, and throughout trying to navigate how we were able to access our things and remain safe. They made the exit process easy and were friendly the with every encounter. I absolutely recommend!!****Very clean, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Asked several qualifying questions to determine my eligibility for any discounts. Their 10×10 storage unit was priced the lowest Ive found for climate controlled. This review is posted as of my initial interaction. I will post again when my business with them is concluded. For now, I recommend Atlantic Self Storage on Alta Dr.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! The staff at this location were extremely helpful and accommodating. I used this location to store my RV and also my belongings in a climate controlled storage unit. I have never been to a storage facility with management as friendly. I recommend this location to anyone in Jacksonville!!

If you are in need of a storage place, this is the one. Very clean, climate controlled, and easy to access. The best thing though, is the management. Keith and Susan- they are friendly, helpful, and cool. Best place ever.

Keith and Susan are the best management theyve had in years. Its full and crowded for parking, so not much space to rent. The inside storage is cool and moderately busy. Corporate is increasing the rent on parking spaces quite a bit so were likely leaving.

Couple that work in office r always helpful.
