Customer service is top notch! Cam was Soo nice. He perforated my box with a cutter and folded my box perfectly for the products i was shipping. Thank you Cam for going the extra mile! I APPRECIATE YOU!!!

This location is open on Sundays unlike many other carriers. I am so happy I was able to ship off my package. The staff makes you feel welcomed and confident about your shipment. I enjoyed the hospitality.

Great little shop you have here. I came in to make copies and buy stamps. Very clean and the ENTIRE staff is knowledgeable about everything this store has to offer. I’ll be back to buy some soap I spotted on the shelf. Thank you again.

What an amazing experience I had here. I normally HATE going to mail things off but I had such a great experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful and I was greeted with a friendly smile. Its like the people really love their job which means a lot to me. I will definitely be coming back.

Its with pride that I give myself stars. I bought this store on April 1st 2019. I have worked the store from open to close since. 8 am to 8pm Monday to Fridays and 9 to 5 on Saturdays! Just as I will this week and the weeks to come. We have remodeled the store to better serve our costumers. We brought back UPS and FedEx. We have a notary on staff everyday we are open. We have cut all shipping prices dramatically by reducing prices to the corporate recommended. Unfortunately printing price have gone up but so has quality and reliability. We are striving to give you the best costumer experience!

I have Postal Annex, many times, at the Yopp Road location and to me it was a blessing when they moved into that location. It is close to me and the staff has always accommodated me whether it was to fax some paperwork, use their notary, or to send packages. Very satisfied with the service.

Incredible experience I had at this location! Ive been to other postal service centers, (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc...) and the service that I received here was great! The store was clean and well organized and the staff was amazing! They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the different services and directed me in the right direction for shipping my package.

Im employed under the new owners and I am so thankful! It was going to be shut down before Juan stepped in & saved it for us all. I try each day to make the store a great experience. I love helping each person who comes in to see us. Come say Hi!

Not sure if they’re as good as they used to be. Haven’t been in months. The Post Office is cheaper. Fed Ex and UPS can pickup from your house. Most banks have free notary. Faxing and copying might still be a good deal though.

Visited a short time ago to mail a gift. Was greeted by Krista who assisted me in packaging my gift securely and pick the best option for sending the box. She was helpful and considerate. I will return each time I need to send an item.

I was one of the people in the store when the lady was rudely yelling at one of the customers, a few of us left. And I will never return to the store again after seeing how she treated that person!! I use to love going here but no more.

I needed to get something notarized and after trying 3 other locations (which said they offered a notary but didnt) i stopped into PostalAnnex+. I walked in frustrated and exhausted. I was looking for a UPS drop off here in Jacksonville and that’s the first one that popped up, so I called and they said yes we do UPS drop off. Then UPS told me they no longer do business together. 🙃My grandpa went in the other day and they tried to make him pay $700 to over night a package and were very rude to him. He didn’t know what he was doing. And were yelling cause they didn’t want to help him out. Needless to say worst experience in Jacksonville EVER.

Had a prepaid fedex label. The service was awesome. The only down side was having to drive from the ferry. Boxed, taped, peanuts, printed label and DONE!

People are nice enough but come on there prices are absolutely set to rip you off. Go to the post office really. Took a box there to mail and they wanted 252 dollars for 7 day service. Took it to the post office they measure just like the annex does and I got insurance for more than the annex offers and 3 day shipping for 50 dollars. Can you say mark up. Come on people quit ripping people off. And if you tell them you are going to the post office they try to tell you they are going to charge you the same price. Disgraceful

Super nice and super helpful employees went above and beyond looking for my tracking number for a package I dropped off a few weeks ago and didnt save my receipt!

Everytime I walk to the door there is a long line. Get more employees idiots. I still havent been in yet. Not worth my time. Update: obviously Yopp rd. Not to bright, cant read, cant hire staff.

The young lady who helped me was EXTREMELY rude. She was snarky, rude, everything negative you could think of. I was the only customer there as well and I will be sure to NEVER return.

They advertise notary and I have called 2 weeks straight needing a paper notized and I have been rudly tolled each time to go to my bank ..sure good, you dont want the money..they pay employees that much they dont need business .Go somewhere else dont waste your call or time..

I have been to this place twice. The first time it took a month for the other party to receive my package. The package was visitation for my kids. Because it took so long to receive the package the court cancelled and i didnt get my children this summer. So it will be a year before i get to see them again (maybe). 2nd time was receipts for work we had done on a house for reimbursement. The other party has yet to recieve them and we have yet to be reimbursed, it is going into the 3rd month. Although the people are friendly, i would entrust your package with UPS or Fed Ex.

Went to ship FedEx they do not have the proper FedEx air bill we ship computers back and forth for repair this employee would not help us she just said it would be over $200 to ship it we have a FedEx account it has never cost over $50 Ive been asked do you have another location and do they have the forms well I can call them I said that would be nice and to my surprise the FedEx Courier came in and they had the paperwork this person was the most unhelpful person so I would ship in another location
