Drove an hour here on Sat. October 31. It’s 2:03 PM. Website says their open, doors have hours posted Monday-Saturday 8:00-5:00. But doors are locked, not a single car here and no sign posted even on door. Drove a hour here for literally nothing. I’m extremely displeased. Could’ve spent my afternoon doing anything else than driving to Jacksonville for absolutely nothing. I will be calling Monday and complaining. Poor customer service at its finest.

It was my first time. I like it up until a women ripped stuff out of my hand and put it in her cart. Its a great place for resellers to get inventory but just understand people fight for products and the staff are no where to be seen so your on your own. And what little staff are there are teenagers so there not going to be much help anyway.

Didnt realize kids under 16 arent allowed to be in the shopping area, and that masks are required even with the 2 sets of Covid-19 shots. Didnt feel welcome to spend money there.

At .99 cents per lb you cant beat it! It takes awhile to dig through it all but you can find some really decent,basic things. Staff was kind and helpful.

Theyve done away with these boxes in the pic and now have convenient waist high bins to rummage through. Prices are astonishingly low. Just make sure to wear closed toed shoes or theyll either ask u to leave or make you go find some to put on...for safety! You will find something you need here. Trust me. I always do!

Dirty, unorganized and bins need cleaned out of items that are no good. However the employee was very pleasant.

Drove 2 hours to check it out. Got there they dont allow open toe shoes. Boy it would have been nice to know that before I left home. Pick up shoes at local Walmart. most all glass was broken. so if your going take gloves. Only gave it a 2 star because of the nice man bring thing out super nice.

Always love the outlets but this one was awesome cause it had a rule of no one under 16! I think its a great rule since there are many sharp things in the bins and you dont have little kids running all over screaming. And I found some GREAT stuff!

Honestly, I love this place. True, you have to dig - and you may or may not find what you want. True, you will not be able to run in and out at this store. Ive never spent less than an hour - but if you go to garage sales, this is a welcome alternative. No driving all over and searching for signs - its a giant yard sale every day.Items are organized in huge bins by type: clothing, shoes, electronics, etc. Theyre not organized by size, but if youre willing to dig, you just may find some great things!This store is not for the impatient, but its a nice alternative (or supplement) to yard sales.Please note: you MUST wear closed toe shoes, and you cannot bring anyone under the age of 16.

Friendly employees. Easy to find. Hard to beat $0.99 a pound treasure hunting. Be prepared to dig through bins when you go. They are at waist height so easy to do. I suggest rubber gloves and hand sanitizer.

They need to reopen this place a.s.a.p. I have e-mailed them at least twice with no response. Please contact them and tell them you want it to reopen.

I came here from st Louis upon recommendation from someone in hopes that would be a nice experience. The drive was the best experience. Would not recommend this location to anyone. The rules are a joke. No open toed footwear; this ridiculous fact is not mentioned on their website, and to my knowledge, they are the only ones with this rule. The staff are the epitome of rude and ignorant. Was informed I would have to buy shoes from them to stay in the store. I walked out.They should just flush that toilet, and hire new, decent, staff.

Looks like a dump inside and didnt feel like they were very clean. Wont go back into the building.

Huge! Bathrooms, handicap parking, theres a variety of everything from well used to like new.

Unless youre looking for clothes or junk hoarding, dont shop here.They for some reason stock donated soccer trophies which if you werent a part of the game, I dont really see why you would want it.One of the things I found was a nice ceramic clay made bowl. Of course though it was shattered to pieces but they were still for some reason selling itWhy would you weigh the cart too? This place is very greedy with its pricing. Definitely not reccomended.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I wasn’t allowed in because I had berkinstock sandals on so I told my sister and nieces to go ahead on in then they get to the door and the sign says no one under 16. My nieces are 15. How ridiculous can they get?I think goodwill has become boutique prices for garbage dump items. Everything is chipped or broken because they disrespect any and every donation. I will never shop or donate to a goodwill again. Soon I hope others will wake up and realize that it is all for the ceo and the amount of salary he can get . So disgusted

Traveled an hour to get here. Ive been in outlet stores before with my son and never have I run into one that doesnt allow kids and requires closed toe shoes. This isnt posted anywhere on their webpage either. The worker at the front claimed he was the manager and wouldnt make an exception. Huge waist of time and rude service.

Hours are not good. I drove from Wood River, Illinois to shop here, you cant bring in your kids, it was rediculous...very messy, staff not friendly or helpful. Wont be going back . Nothing like the one in St Louis thats for sure

My wife and kids there...very rude heavy man kicked them out because my 13 and 15 year old were too young....Im sorry when does goodwill serve alcohol??? Upon calling cathy at land of Lincoln goodwill I was informed it was a warehouse setting..just there policy. Im sorry policy??? So if your over 65 does it apply there?? By the way there is no other warehouse in the country that does that for goodwill industries according to there parent company. My kids are homeschooled....with there mom on a project. Id say next time anyone goes to goodwill in Jacksonville..check the sex offenders watch list so you can see who the dont discriminate against...thats why they cant have kids there!!! FACTS

Not too bad, seems like it just opened... As almost always, this staff was friendly and helpful!Hopefully they will follow suit of the other outlets...I would think that GoodWill clientele would have problems looking in totes sitting on the ground (due to extended bent over periods to look in totes), or in 4ft tall gaylord boxes, in which they cannot even see the bottom, let alone grab...The other outlets have waist high, 8x3(or 4) cart/trays that stop the bending over, or in having high/deep sides...We will go back, hopefully it will improve... Brighton, MO is the outlet to visit, and model after...

Come here quite a bit, I like the store it’s just I come here to spend money on media, they never change the media out. They say it’s because they don’t have enough workers, there are 7 of them today. Still a lot of standing around. I buy CDs don’t even care if they have light scratches, they miss out on sales because of this. Wish they would put one in Springfield, then I wouldn’t drive 30 miles to stand around. They need new management or something. The Goodwill outlet in Bridgeton, beats the hell out of this one.
