Clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. Also a wide variety of items for everyone. Definently recommend this store over all the other Bealls Outlets in Jax.

10 years ago when I first moved to Jacksonville this Bealls Outlet was pretty good for selecting mens clothing items and shoes now it keeps going down and down theres less and less items for men to choose from I dont shop there as much as I used to but I will go back once a month just to see what they have

This place and Bealls outlet stores in general used to be a great store but lately theres not much to see or buy, no men shoes, no variety, bad quality shirts... What happened with this stores!?

The store was excellent. The manager was very nice helped me what i wanted. And they exactly what i wanted and cashier was fantastic . i believe her name was Mandy or muna . kinda hard to hear with the masks.she was so friendly and as happy for me as i was for me because i have gone all over Jacksonville. This is were i found it .and made new friends. Thank you.

Ive been shopping here for years. There has been several especially nice cashiers and a few not so nice. I feel like thats to be expected in customer service. Tonight my experience was over the top. I cant tell you her name because she refused to provide it and its not on the receipt. The manager on duty was Audrey whom didnt attempt to handle the situation. The people ahead of me received great service. For some reason she decided she didnt like me and I got a rude, argumentative associate that also let me know she will still be there after I call and speak with someone. I am sure she will be. Either way Ill still shop there but figured this should be noted somewhere for some form of management to see.

This location is ugly and dirty. Poor selection. Its a dump compared to the Bealls just a few blocks north in regency (which is also kind of frumpy but not as bad as this one). Attentive and helpful customer service, at least.

The store was pretty empty of stock. Not much to choose from especially home items

I freakin love this place! Always has nice quality gear with great prices! We left an item at the the register that we paid for, and the cashier chased out the store to return it to us we were pulling away... All the staff is always friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Cashier on the evening of 6/12 was very kind and good about sanitizing and safety. Also found some great deals.

I love the merchandise and the low prices!! Just didnt like Ive the sales associate being on a personal call the entire time she waited on me. Never put them on hold, never even slowed her conversation with them. Girl, get off the phone when you are at work and especially when waiting on a customer!!

Ive been to two separate Bealls outlets recently, they have a 15% off sale for anyone over 50, I fit into that category.The prices are great, I love the merchandise I always find something I want. And the Fit is usually really good too.

Love Bealls, this location though... stood in line for a few minutes before an employee was even in sight and THEN I waited while she a conversation with two friends who were in the store. She never acknowledged me. I left.

Always love shopping or just looking around here. They have such great prices and the atmosphere is always nice. The restrooms are clean and the workers are nice too.

Bealls Outlet is a very clean, bright store. I like the fashions and the choices offered in beauty creams. Getting a credit card is easy and a simple process. Its worth a look.
