What a fabulous company! We have digital dictation/transcription equipment and could not find a local service provider. By chance, we contacted Central Voice who quickly addressed all of our issues, including securing remote access for transcription of dictation. Their representatives were patient, very professional, and most helpful in our selection process and in the installation of the software on all of our devices. Actually, this last time they worked until late night to get my system corrected, just going that extra mile, again service you will not find this good anywhere today and they are always happy to do it and treat you like you are their only customer.
