I ordered a printer online and thought it had wireless connection but I was wrong. I went into this location to return that printer and purchase a new one. David at tech support helped me from start to finish and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. He walked me though the printer selections and answered all my questions. I was able to make a decision on the spot and was grateful for his patience and knowledge of his product. I will be coming back to get my labtop accessed because they have a great deal at their tech support center. 30 min assessment for only $30. Highly recommend stopping in to check it out.

The hours of operation listed on their website are inaccurate, so I ended up driving all the way to the store after it had closed. Apparently, the people running this store dont care about wasting their customers time.

I usually obtain service from store 1616 in the town center and the service is impeccable. Im not interested in blasting Beach Blvd location theres years of evidence within other comments. Bottom line, I was treated horribly and Im avidly urging businesses and other procurement offices to use other print shops. Obviously this organization is not handling a four year service problem. Thats an indictment on leadership.

Carl was amazing! He was attentive and exceed our expectations with his helpfulness with coping and printing our fliers. Just to make sure we got what we needed today he turned on the big printer since the self serve printer couldnt handle it. He deserves a raise. Thanks, Carl!

The copy and print department has gone down hill since Courtney is gone. Mia and Aclis or whatever are not helpful and do not do anything but stand around and tell you to use self service when only one self service computer works. I’ve seen lines of people waiting to get help and they just stand there saying it’s not their job. This department might as well be closed down.

This is a great store to shop at. The employees are always so helpful and the management is great. I just had a bad experience with the UPS shipping when I ordered on line due to the fact my printer ink was out of stock at the store. I expected the outstanding service from delivery but was extremely disappointed. UPS delivers up to 8 pm so if your office closes prior to that time youll never receive your package. I ended up paying and extra $8 for delivery to a UPS store and a $5 convenience fee to pick it up at the store. I still had to drive to pick up my package that was supposed to be delivered. Lesson learned.

Walked in to have a large amount of 3 ply contracts printed out. Waited at copy area for about 4 minutes before I was told by someone sitting down that the one person who can do copies isnt there and would have to be called. Saw 4 employees just sitting around doing nothing. Pure laziness is what it seems like

Extremely happy. Got what I wanted within minutes. Beautifully organized, and very well maintained. The staff are very amicable too. But keep in mind that this is not a place for industrial grade tools (sometimes we might think that a tool isnt industrial grade, but it might in fact be one!).

Super unhelpful staff they don’t even care if you in or not in the store, I asked Hanna to help me find a product came around didn’t even look for it and told me they were out of them. I will not be returning to this store.

I went into store for copies at the copies and print center. Representative there didn’t try to help me after she saw me struggling to use the copy machine. She was very helpful to two other customers that came in asking them if they needed help. I was able to print what I needed by moving to a different machine. On a good note I was greeted when I came in the store by a different employee.

The website was not responding and time running out, we only had an hour before the funeral. I called in a panic. She calmly spoke peace & concern as she assured me she would meet our needs quickly with no worries. Her quick response with kindness, and ability to accomplish our task with excellent! She went above and beyond her duties to make sure we had what we needed in time. She is a blessing to her community, and top valued asset to your company! I do those posters and just finished 6 of the same mounted posters for the local bank in a 2 hours slot yesterday!! I have used Staples for over 25 years and this is the reason why! I knew when I could not travel to the funeral, I could do the prepress and rely on Staples to accomplish the printing and finishing. I bought a little Amazon pad that I had issues with the way the charging cable hooked up to it. When the charging port finally broke, I said never again. Today, I was in Staples and saw the same tablet, only the charging cord had a much better configuration. Bought it. Open the box, same cord as the previous one I hated. The store manager refused to give me the cord on the display model. That’s false advertising to have one thing on display, and another in the box the customer purchases.

I went to an interview here. And the boss shouted at his employee in front of a customer and a potential hiree. He was pulling down the chairs on the shelf and his boss walked up to him and said what are you doing youre just looking at it!? And proceeded to walk over to get it as if the kid wasn’t able to do it himself. It was just really rude and unprofessional. It makes me not wanna shop here for even wanna work here. If that’s how he’s going to treat his people, like cattle.

Popped in really quick to print some contracts. They couldnt print on the paper I wanted it on but told me where to go. Still, while I was here I got a couple of copies anyway on plain white paper. I missed her name but the woman in the copy section (blonde hair) was so very kind and helpful! This was my first experience doing that because my printer was giving me a hard time this morning and Im short on time today. I needed these printed asap. so, Thank you!!

Made a quick stop to fax something off. Employees were very helpful. I wasnt able to use the machine because I didnt have a card but they were able to do it for me with the cash I had. Definitely my new go to place for my computer needs.

I had initially had a great experience at this Staples location so I returned. The lady in printing is great and I really like her. But this last time I went I returned and my order was done incorrectly. Not a problem, I explained my order again and browsed the store. I thought it would be another hour but when I stopped to see what she had so far (so there wouldn’t be another mistake) she was finished. Great! Well she charged me a rush fee despite me not being in a rush which reduces my profits significantly. I also tried to call right after leaving because I needed the scans emailed and had forgotten but was told by the cashier that no one could speak with me. It was really unprofessional besides being stalked in the store as I browsed by the cashier and another male employee. So I tried to email printing and was ignored for 3 days of course meaning my scans had been deleted. I asked for a refund of the rush as I was not in a rush and now I don’t have my scans. Ignored. I won’t be returning to this store again. I had done twice as much product the last time I came and was charged $13 more. I have more orders and I’m taking it to another store.

They waited until my deadline date to tell me they cant print out my images.... 2 day wait and a no on the last minute isnt good business.... Thanks for the failure

Staples was as it always is; good experience, very nice staff. Today was my first time in this Staples. Im very happy to know that their professionalism is consistent, no matter what state youre in. I ordered the four black folding chairs, but I havent used them yetIm sure the quality is top notch as always.

Went to Office Max first, they would not assemble the chair I wanted to buy. Then I went to Staples and the chair is in my car. They are much better than Office Max.

I always start by listening to my first comment, How are you today about 99% are something like good and they then say usually how are you and I say got a week!IF - Then I usually get good service. Charged me for copies that were never made and the three people standing around did nothing to help me.

I went to have my Med Surg book cut into four sections. I apparently wasnt clear (because no one apologized) and the girl cut the second half of the book horizontally. But the guy was really nice and worked with me to bind them the best he could. I have four sections at no cost.V

The people are nice. They dont always have what I want. They want to order it for me and have it shipped to me. Of course they charge for shipping.

Dont expect great customer service here. Their bored staff in the copy center are too busy to actually help customers. Had them tell me they needed 24 hours to finish a job because they had too many jobs in front of me. There was not a single copy machine doing anything. Went to the self serve copier. Printed the job myself. Handed it to them for binding... They werent doing much else, so they got it done right away. The other person in the copy center was too busy texting someone. Hope they like the bad review.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Called ahead of time to find out if they had a specific item, after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, the manager came on the line and said the item was in stock. Drove to this location only to find that the item was not on the shelf, and had trouble receiving any kind of help. Finally, the manager came over and was extremely rude. They did not have the item in stock at all, and when we asked for further help on other items he refused to help further. BUYER BEWARE!!! Store in shambles, not stocked properly, and zero customer service.

Great place, their selection on laptops is a little weak but this isnt Best Buy. If you want a laptop go elsewhere, but for actual office supplies Staples is still the KING.

I go out of my way to visit the Town Center Staples to avoid this one. There is a serious lack of customer service at this Staples. A bunch of guys who just hangout and call it work. No sense of urgency or care when guest need anything. I occasionally have to visit this store because its closer to me but always regret it.

Worst service ever!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Was at the print center. Repeatedly had to ask to try and get anyone to help. After asking multiple times, she told me incorrect information and then refused to refund the money that they made me pay upfront. I will NEVER go back

Tried to print a shipping label here. The person at the printing desk was unhelpful then when I finally got it to print it was the entire email but not the label. Said I needed a refund because it didnt print what it was supposed to and her manager said they couldnt do that even though Ive been refunded for printing issues there before. Will not ever be going to this Staples again!
