Shop is nice. 3 month wait for a paint job. Covid delays understandable. Paint found inside gas tank!!! NOT COOL. I take responsibility, I made the choice to use this shop. I will be back at my convenience to resolve the issue. Sometimes first glance is not always what it seems. As mentioned from the shop comments, I hope they will see me again soon. Yes Im sure they will do a wonderful job making me happy.

I bought my trike 2 years ago but just not complete so after moving to North Jacksonville I found Favre Motorcycles. The wife and I made a trip there meet with Alex and told him what we were looking for he said Ill work on getting faring/radio and call when I get pricing. He called and ordered faring when it came in we went back and fitted bike Andrea had great ideas and let me tell you he is a genius the quality of work he done was over the top. Took my 2017 Moto Guzzi to them and had a light kit installed, valve job performed, and mirrors replaced. I am very specific in what I want my vision to be, explained what I was wanting with the lights and when I saw the bike completed I had tears of joy. Andre nailed the light placement exactly how I envisioned them to be, not to overwhelming (its a small bike) and perfectly hidden. He went above and beyond.For the mirrors, I had found a pair I loved but they were for a Harley Davidson model. I didnt care, I wanted them. Tried multiple adapter kits with no success. Gave them to the guys at Favres and they worked their magic to get them on and the they look amazing as I knew they would.Highly recommend these guys, they are honest and do great work. We take all 5 of our bikes to them and will continue to do so.Thanks guys for all you did.

My 84 Honda Goldwing GL1200 Standard had died about 13-14 years ago due to a bad stator. It collected dust in the garage until a few months ago. Favre took it in as one of their own, rebuilt the motor, cleaned the tank, replaced the stator, and much more to get this classic keepsake running again. You see, this was my get-away vehicle on my wedding day, so its got personal value beyond the $dollar. Id definitely recommend Favre, and have already done so. Theyll be seeing me again some day, Im sure. A huge thank you from my whole family goes out to them. They resurrected it from the dead, and it lives to ride another day! And it still rides smooth and sweet! Oh, yeah!

WORST SERVICE EVER. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!My other half (we dont share the same last name) took his Harley Sportster here in March, it is now July and the bike is still not done and we are still getting the run around. But we move out of state tomorrow.The bike was brand new when we came to Jacksonville in 2017. Favre has been the ONLY shop to EVER work on it. They worked on it once a couple years ago and it was taken back in March due to electrical issues.My other half has been given the run around and MULTIPLE times was told it would be done by “x” day. They had him pay for parts before they even had them and said it would be done by Saturday, at the beginning of May (2 months after having it in their shop) Then it moved to Tuesday, then it was “well Harley hasnt sent the parts”. Then “we got the parts but we needed more, but luckily its not from Harley”.THEN they called to say they found a broken tool inside the bike and asked who had worked on it previously. As I mentioned above THEY ARE THE ONLY SHOP TO HAVE EVER WORKED ON THE BIKE. When my other half told them that they told him he was a liar.It is now mid-July (4 months after the bike was dropped off) and they still arent done and they are still “waiting on parts”. Which means he won’t be able to sell it before we move and we will have to take a trip back from North Carolina to haul the bike up separately. 14 hours of driving, and $100 in gas after spending THOUSANDS on repairs to have a bike that ISNT FINISHED.My other half is picking it up in a Uhal today, since it still doesn’t run and we are moving tomorrow.Im guessing the owner will comment that we “were never a customer” like Ive seen on every bad review. But that is a complete lie. Worst service. A google review will not be the only action taken.

For the last two years I was unable to identify a charging problem with my 98 Vulcan Classic. One Kawasaki dealer and one after market shop failed to fix the problem. Three stators, regulators and batteries latter, still no fix until I found Favre on line. I read the comments from others, visited them and gave it a shot. The bike sat so long I needed so much, brake calipers, clutch slave cylinder, regular service; and after a couple of weeks, its fixed! These guys are the bomb, Alex and especially Andre. It wasnt cheap, but it wasnt an easy job. Go there and visit and youll see what I mean. They are now my go-to shop. I will be bringing friends and family.

I discovered Favre Motorcycles by driving I-295. I then, looked them up on Google Maps, and clicked on their information. I got a good sense of the type of business they were and how they want to earn the business of many. I liked what i saw, and it looked professional and that they were passionate about HOW they work on your motorcycle. So, after weighing, where or who i would take my bike to for service, i placed my bet on Favre Motorcycles. I dont bet much, but this was a great decision. These guys are fantastic. They are like passionate artists and artisans of motorcycle art. They love this work and i see it. They are family owned and operated and they have, what seems to me, to be a great group of talented motorcycle professionals getting the job done. They took care of my daily work ride, a modest 2007 Honda VTX1300R. New tires, break pads, coolant flush and some smaller tasks. I was glad i made my choice and put my trust in Favre Motorcycles. I have an old 2004 American Ironhorse Texas Chopper i now plan to bring in for service and upgrades. Lastly, to Mr. Favre, hats off to you sir. Thank you for bringing your love of motorcycles to America, your passion, experience and talents. It was a nice talk we had the other day when i picked up. I was referred to this shop by a friend. I got an oil change and decided to ask about led lights installation and speakers while I was there. I was quoted a very good price for both and decided to get it done about 2 weeks later. The job took a little longer than expected...but that was due to COVID-19 and shipping (it couldnt be helped)! When I got my bike back..I was amazed at the job!! Good Job guys...Ill be back!

After taking my bike to another shop, spent over $1500 and had to get it out in a tow truck, Favre had it running within 2hrs! They KNOW their stuff. A lil expensive but u get what u pay for. I took my gold wing their had it serviced. All fluids changed or topped off and new spark plugs and new front tire. Price was good and fair the bike has more horse power but I have a rubbing noise coming from front tire

This appears to be a family business with lots of experience working in European bikes. If the dealership is too expensive and wants to sell you services you dont need, come here. They are honest and will do whats needed at lower than other facility rates and not require book time. The savings and reliable work is worth coming here. It is hard to find mechanics you can trust. This is one.

I have 2 older Harleys that require a little attention. For over a year I have been bringing them both to Favre for scheduled maintenance and any other issues I have had. The crew is always knowledgeable and has my bikes back on the road in no time. When it comes to paying the bill, I feel the rates are very fair.This is the ONLY place in town I will take my beloved bikes.

Ive been coming here since they opened and have been treated awesome and the work Ive had done on my 1300 Honda and H.D. street glide have always been great. Pricing is very good and Ill never take my bikes anywhere else. Alex is a good interpreter. 5 star all the way.

Highly recommended. I have been to this shop twice and both times have had excellent service. These guys are friendly, helpful, thorough, and honest. I have a 72 Honda 350 which has its quirks and these guys take care of it at a great price. From general maintenance to major repairs this is the place.

This place is honestly the best bike shop I have ever been to . They are honest and hard working. They tell you the truth about how much time you have before a part (like chain or sprocket) has to be changed. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and it shows on the work they do.

Took my Vstar 950t to this ship and got the run around for 7 weeks. I purchased the part they needed Sept 2nd they received the part 2weeks later. I finally went up there Oct 24th bc I was leaving for deployment soon and when I got there my bike was completely opened and they told me there was now something else that needed to be fixed. A 2hr job turned into 2months and still wasnt completed definitely not a honest business $963.31 out of pocket and my bike was no different then the day I brought it to them smh.

Took both of my bikes to this shop (different times) and had quality work done at a fair price. I will return.
