(most fair labor rate in town)Turn around times are given upfront and are usually completed ahead of schedule.They are also more than capable to help you not only accessorize And tune your motorcycle but also do in-depth motor work to give you the most power out of your machine.Their range isn’t just exclusive to motorcycles they can also do ATVs, four wheelers, scooters any type of power sport vehicle.

They seem to have done a good job on my bike. Prices weren’t too bad in fact they were better than normal. This place stays packed tho. If you need a quick turn around this isn’t it.

If you are looking to get a motorcycle please don’t go to this “dealership”. The company they use for “financing” your motorcycle is called Moto”lease” based in California. No clue how that’s legal. Meaning your not financing your motorcycle your leasing it. You will never own your motorcycle. And the price listed is never what is on the agreement that you sign. Go across the street get you a new reliable motorcycle as don’t waste your hard earned money.

In my opinion no other motorcycle shop in Jacksonville comes anywhere close to Cycle Image on Beach Blvd’s workmanship, quality, bike hold times are unmatched. I know because we’ll I’ve used them all. I’ve use their service for over two years now and will not go anywhere else these guys are killin it.

Took bike in for service after it shut down like it wasnt getting gas had both newfuel and air filter in hand they allegedly changed Air and fuel filter clean the tank petcock and rebuilt one carburator and change intake boots bike shut down again took to a different shop to find they didnt change or clean anything charge me 600 dollars and kept my filters apperantly to put in someone else bike or one of their own you people owe me 600 and change

Well, almost 1 1/2 ago I read a review about the company and it was not a good one but what got my attention was the person wrote a bad review about the mechanic. I had to see for myself, I walked in and spoke to a crazy guy named Chris and then I spoke to the mechanic!!!! Well, I believe a day or two later I brought my bike in for some work and Crazy Chris I found out was the owner and very knowledgeable about bikes and wiring and he races, all pluses for me. I told him take as long as you want on my bike because I want it done right!!! This is the only company I know of that sat down and researched my bike because my bike is a very pacific bike and not common at all. At that time the mechanics and Chris have never worked on a bike like that. They spent months on learning my bike, find the right parts for it. They did not just throw it together to get paid. I became good friends with everyone one there and it’s been a long road because I kept adding parts but we are at the end of the tunnel... I have recommended this shop to many people and will always recommend them. They are straight forward without the BS!!! They will tell you exactly what your bike needs and how much it’s going to be and that’s it, Chris will always try to work with people!!! So, it’s not just a shop to me anymore, it’s a second home!!!

Let me tell you about my experience with this shop....it was GREAT. I’ve had two experiences . First one I needed two rear Caliper bolts for my zx6r . Chris Hooked me up with some when NO ONE IN TOWN HAD THEM . I would’ve waited two weeks to get them from kawi.Second time I went there and got tires . They instantly started working on my bike . While doing the tire change they found out my front wheel bearing was shot (was really bad lol) . They changed the bearings and tires and had me out in about an hour .Will return for future services .

Had my engine from my 2015 rsv4 removed and reinstalled at this place ... I had my annual inspection done after the service and wow ! Cost me $1000.00 to get the bike safe to ride ...I’m fortunate my bike did not come apart while I was riding it...Loose bolts everywhere Wiring routed incorrectly coolant hoses hanging on by a thread clamps about to blow off it’s amazing these guys haven’t killed anyone yet .... so in case your wondering I wouldn’t bring my weed wacker to this place ... and when I contacted the owner to see if he would step up with everything documented from the dealer with pictures and no way to dodge liability... typical person who has zero accountability for their wrongdoings, he said some slick stuff and hung up on me ..... there are other places in town that will stand behind their work and won’t throw you to the wolves when they screw up ... Thou have been warned ! Drive right past this place!

A tow truck was supposed to drop off my bike to this shop and they did not showed up after the owner closed, he called me and showed concern about not receiving my bike. My bike was dropped off at the wrong shop and on Tuesday morning he called me again concerned about my bike. Excellent service, I will bring my bike to this shop at anytime

Bought a used bike and brought it to them. They said all it really needed was a rear tire, but they looked it over for me. Very honest. Got a Michelin Pilot for a very reasonable price and will definitely go back to them!!

Fred and Chris are awesome. This is one of the best locally owned sales and service shops in our area. Talk to these guys for a few minutes and you will quickly tell they know their stuff and love sport bikes. Ive had 2 motorcycles serviced here and I have 2 friends that have bought bikes here (2014 GSXR 750 and a 2011 R6). Both couldnt be happier.

AN EXCELLENT, OLDFASHIONED CYCLE REPAIR SHOP. My Honda Helix had been misfiring. Halfway to the shop it started purring. They said they couldn’t fix what they couldn’t replicate. I left it with them to cold start and run a few times. It always started and ran well for them. I suggested they replace a few things that might be the problem, but they said they weren’t garage mechanics. I wanted to pay them for their time in trying to replicate the problem. No charge. Told them I’d be back as soon as it started missing again. It started right up, purred for about a couple of blocks, and then begin misfiring again. I drove right back. A mechanic came right back. I gave him the key. I heard it misfire after he had started it up. He drove it back to the shop. Ten minutes later he returned and said, “You’re good to go.” “What was wrong?” “Loose spark-plug wire.” “What do I owe you?” “Nothing.” My Helix has been running fine ever since. They have my business from now on.

Would very much recommend. Got a tow and an easy fix for my busted motorscooter for a very affordable price.

After taking my dirt bike to 2 other mechanics and them each taking 2 weeks to give me any kind of update on my and being told I needed a top end rebuild (upwards of $400) I took it to cycle image. They were super knowledable and accepted my bike on short notice and 36 hours later gave me a call and said your bike was ready, it didnt need a rebuild it was something small. I picked up my bike and was charged a VERY affordable price as opposed to the other mechanics which charged me $60 for a diagnostic fee which wasnt even correct. They will definitely be working on my bikes in the future.P.s. If you do need a rebuild or valves adjusted this is one of the only shops in the area short of going to a corporate shop that will do intensive work like that.

Thieves, owner needs to spend time behind bars. They will take your machine apart without talking to you. They have quite a scam going and they are well practiced at it. This is not based on one experience, I gave them multiple 2nd chances and they kept repeating there lies. Worse business Ive dealt with in many years, if ever. RUN and dont look back!

Extremely horrible customer service. All he has is attitude over the phone. I was financing a bike from them and backed out at last minutes because they were charging me 15k for a bike that they told me was 4500. I understanding financing is going to be more, but over 300% more? I could save that money up in a couple of months and buy it out. After I backed out they still charged me the 119 dollars for the insurance which was a hassle to get back. Called back up and yelled but they just hung up on me everytime. I recommend never dealing with these people ever.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from start to finish!!! DO NOT go here unless you want to be swindled into paying more and have to deal with the headaches of slow service. Very dishonest. It took them over a week to look at my bike for a quote! When I asked why it was taking so long for a quote they yelled at me over the phone and told me not to call back. They then called me back and told me to come pick up the bike ASAP, still not giving me the quote. They had the nerve to give me a quote when I showed up the next morning which was $200 more than the insurance appraisal. Walked it down the street to Beach Blvd Motorsports and got an honest price 10 mins in the door, however not before Cycle Image charged me $109 for surprise storage fees. I was not told about storage fees when the bike was dropped off. These are the type of mechanics you want to avoid. An awesomely terrible experience after already having to deal with my bike being stolen in the first place.

Great guys when I was there and they were very understanding about my insurance kept sending the wrong paper work. I picked the bike up on my way to NC to the tail of the Dragon and I was not allowed to test ride it which I understand because of liability. The bike had a few more marks then I was told and the rim was chipped up but nothing that made me mad or anything as to a normal guy you can not see them I am just picky.As soon as I got to NC eight hours later the bike started up and the throttle stuck at full throttle and you have to turn it back instead of it springing it back to normal, which is a bad throttle cable which is no big deal it is a easy cheap fix. Then I went to start it the next morning and the battery was shot so I bought a new battery after only 30 miles of riding and it started right up.I left NC back to FL and I went to start it the next morning and once again it will not start again.... I charged the new battery and still nothing and tried push starting nothing again. I drained the fuel and put new fuel in and put a bit of injector fluid in and nothing. I opened up the tank and I saw the air box was not even attached anymore and the filter was black.So I did the normal things new plugs, new filter from a suzuki dealer, checked all the connections which I found the gear indicator was not connected. A lot of wires were taped together like they were cut before so I checked all that. Turns out the bike must have been sitting for a long time because I found the pump was clogged and it has rust in the tank and over a lot of the bolts.The bike was extremely dirty when I picked it up and I had this set up and drove three hours to pick it up so I was surprised to see it was still nasty which again that did not bother me to much. Overall I feel as I have been screwed over on this deal and now the bike is at the shop getting a new fuel pump and having the injectors cleaned so about $950 from the dealer which sucks.They were very nice and I enjoyed that but they will not call me back or message me back so overall a very bad purchase. I always give people a chance to fix what is wrong and then I normally keep this stuff to myself but I thought I should let people know what happened to me so it does not happen to them.If anything is done by them and corrected to make this deal better I will update my review but for now this is how I feel. Everyone ride safe and ride away from here.

I havent been to Cycle Image in a few years, last time I was there I had a good experience. I decided to take my bike in for service last week. I noticed they moved the location across the street and I also noticed it might be under new management. Upon arrival I came face to face with a guy that gave me a weird look. I said I need to service my bike and he replied, take it to the back, I did so, when I went around the back I noticed a mechanic working on a customers bike, he was smoking a cigarette while putting in fuel. This didnt sit well with me but I continued to fill out the paper work, as Im filling out the paperwork, I hear nothing but cuss words from what I believe is the owner. I had many questions about pricing and how long it will take, but the owner cut me off short, it seemed they just wanted me to drop off the bike, charge me whatever they want and take as long as they want. I got a bad feeling from these guys so I decided to pick up my bike and leave! I would never bring my bike here again!!

The worst bike shop i have ever delt with. Low quality bikes forsale customer service is the worst took 5 months to complete service always got attitude and cursed at when i called to check in and still ordered the wrong parts and messed other things up in my own motorcycle. I would never recommend this place for anything but a headeache.

My bike has been there for at least a month Ive been told by the owner about six or seven times that my bike would be done within the hour or by the end of the day and every single time I show up he is told me some excuse why my bike isnt done and Ive had to come back another time super unprofessional last time I went there he told me my bike would be done today before Thanksgiving I showed up he told me some excuse why its not done in and be done Friday after Thanksgiving just to call and find out that hes not going to be up until the second really unprofessional would never take my back there ever again
