Over PRICED.. They sold me on a envolved brand product that is cheaply made. Broke with in a few days in which they replaced the OVERPRICED cheapy made product which broke before it could be used or even charged.. Now with the 5year warranty Im having to deal with the envolved company itself.. Big waste of time and now they want more time and money to be ship a replacement when the 1st 2 did even work correctly.. Dont waste your time or money buying some from them as seems their number 1 brand they promote is cheapy made.. No pleasure sold here just waste of time..

Linda and Theresa are absolutely fabulous! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and very patient as I am not an easy customer! I will definitely be back and bring friends! It is hard to find honest opinions!!!

Honestly the best Adam and Eves around. I would totally suggest to anyone that going here would be very educational. If its your first time as well, everyone makes you feel welcomed!! Mrs. Dominique and her partner at the shop are honestly the most informed and super kind people! From my first time to my third time there they have been nothing but kind and understanding!!! Bought items SEALED with original seals in place. Took purchase and walked around store too browse some more. Found a better item for $3 dollars less. Asked for refund or exchange, even store credit. Cashier pointed too small sign covered in decorations stating- no refunds, all sales final. I asked why wasnt this told before purchase, manager said we dont take back anything that was used. I replied, I have not left the store yet and the product was sealed. Managers reply was dont care, it is what it is. Why conduct yourself in this manner when the majority of adult novelties are sold online. Its like blockbuster, you should strive too excel with customer service or face the prospect of online retails shutting your walk in locations out. And I have been on Adam & Eve online...prices are much higher than competitors. I walked into this store for one on one help. And left felling screwed, with no lube!

I was so happy to go in adam and eve today. The place was clean. The environment was friendly. They have updated there product and Dominique and stacy were so helpful with me and my boyfriend choose at the counter. Also they were very professional about the product and helping us make choices we will return

My boyfriend and I went to the Adam & Eve on Dunn Ave. this evening, and had the best experience ever in a novelty store! Dee and Dominique went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for, and even more that we didnt know we needed! Thise ladies were super fun, highly knowledgable about all the products we inquired about, and were so helpful with all our questions. Their enthusiasm and awesome overall personalities made our stop in there an absolute delight. The music was on point, and the vibe those gorgeous ladies produced enhanced our experience. We will definitely come back to this store for all future intents and purposes of this nature. Thanks ladies, for making our night memorable! ;) Yall are the best!!!

Great place to shop. Linda was very helpful sale person recommend what you need and more she makes it fun and easy. This is the only place i come to. Just wanted to say thank you for the good shopping experience keep up the good work.

Both of the ladies in there were a great help. Had found an item and they answered all of my questions and even gave advice on taking care of such items. One of the items we had purchased the snaps didnt want to unsnap and they were quick to fix that problem for us since it was the same day. Very great customer service. I will be coming back.

Worst store Ive been to. Lady told me that there was everything included in the picture of the package. I Open the package and the only thing that was there was high stockings no g string or garter belt included. Next I bought a small outfit and it didnt even come panties the way I found this out I came to that same store again and notices that the same outfit had panties. Dont waste your money here or bother buying anything here. You can buy stuff on Amazon for a fraction of the price

What I witnessed on 03/08/19 was absolutely ridiculous. A white couple enters the store fairly greeted & is not asked for I’d. Then a black couple enters the store enters shortly after an is I’d like there detained by the police. Adam an Eve on Dunn ave (Jacksonville Florida) get it together.

I went last night to the Dunn Ave location and I couldnt be more happy the girl that assisted me was the best one. Definitely coming back just because of her, wish they would have bra for sale.

The ladies here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Most places are dark and seedy. Not this store. Its very couples friendly, clean, and well lit. I know other reviews on here are pretty bad but I have to say our experience was top notch.

Absolutely phenomenal seevice from Dominique. I went in rushing and Dominique helped me find something cuter than what I had in mind and helped me try it on (over my clothes of course) and accompanied me in the dressing room for assistance. I had to return to the store about an hour later to purchase a corsette for an evening out, still rushing. So I called the store and the ladies had several choices in my size already picked out. When I got to the store I was able to go straight to the dressing room, where Dominique helped me try on every option until we found the right one. I can’t express how much it means to get great customer service like this! I felt like the only customer and I will be back based on customer service alone! Thank you Dominique and all Adam and Eve staff at Dunn Avenue location 😘😘

Okay i just wanted to say my wife and i went here today, and they were beyond helpful to us. Very understanding and actually nice. Unlike most other places. I would definitely recommend someone to come here. Thank you guys!!! I didnt get their names of the 2 women that were working today but they deserve a raise or something lol.

The old lady with glasses who worked there kept glaring at me since my bf and I walked in and she rudely told us not to open the products. After that she pissed my bf off by telling him he had to buy it and didnt even apologize for being rude. THEN she proceded to tell us that WE opened the vibrator box so we had to buy it when I saw her open it at the register. None of them were polite at all. Im not one to leave bad reviews but the service is terrible and the prices arent great either. Definitely would not recommend it.

If I could I would give this store 0 stars... I walk in and the lady at the counter named Pam was immediately rude.... told me she was going on break soon so I had to make it quick. As Im walking around the store shes following me an giving me dirty looks. After I found what I was looking for I come up to the counter and she asked me if I even had the money to buy this product.... I of corse said yes. We start talking and she starts losing whatever attitude she had... I just figured maybe she was having a bad day at work and i let it go. She then asks me if I wanted to buy something that would increase sexual pleasure thinking shes trying to sell me a new product I asked what it was. I was in utter shock when she told me she was selling X pills!! I couldnt believe it! I asked again what she was trying to sell to me because I thought maybe I had heard her wrong.... nope. Im definitely calling her manager when I have the chance. This is completely unprofessional and wrong!

Apparently they dont carry the rectem destroyer 5000! Such BS! I finally got used to the rectem destroyer 4000 the one that had the grooves in it and was about 6 inches wide! it took me 3 months to stretch it out for the rectem destroyer 5000 and now they dont carry it -_-
