Im so happy I found this company from lawn service company Mark Misfits. I finally found a great company that sells and manufacture their own high lift short tail blades. Spoke with Brian, and he very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely recommend to any lawncare company that needs parts for v their mowers etc.

We also offer many OEM and aftermarket parts and supplies. This season weve decided to not sell mowers nor equipment and no longer offer service. I will be the first to admit they have turned it around customer service has gone way up.. they actually took time to help me find a part for one of my mowers because I forgot what it was called 2 Days Later part was shipped in if you left from doing business or havent tried them out go give them a shot you will be highly impressed

Picked up my zero turn lawn mower to replace a new transmission belt, on August 9, 2018. Tuned up the lawn mower, oil change, sharpened extra set of blades, greased, etc. Unfortunately, mower was not returned until September 10, 2018. Estimated time to repair was 14 business days. Obviously, that work schedule was incorrect. A little over promised & under delivered performance. When I inquired if the replacement was available I was assured one day delivery.

Customer service at the front desk can be hit or miss and they should try to improve in this department because they would definitely be 5 stars then. The only other downside is that they do not sell Stihl equipment. The prices and availability of equipment, parts and rentals are reasonable. When it comes time for a repair they are honest about what is broken and timely repairs are the norm. The mechanics are all good guys, namely Rich. They probably have the best selection of in-stock mower blades in Jax also at the best prices, with plenty of belts and parts competitively priced as well. I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend.

Went there for 1g gas can and a chain/bar for my Husqvarna saw. Theyre Husky & Oregon dealer, so figured it was a sure thing. They only had a chain (avg price, which I bought). They could order a bar for $10 more than an Oregon bar/chain combo I found online, so I passed on that. I had to get gas can from big box store. They are helpful enough though.

Good place to shop for mowers parts very helpful staff

Took mower in because it was pulling to the left and when throttle lever was pulled the mower had to be pushed to get it to move forward. We were told it needed the belt tightened, paid $30 for this repair. When we got the mower home NOTHING had been done to it! Problem was the same. Due to having done business with them before and not being happy, we just took the mower to Marks Power Mower on San Jose Blvd, theyve serviced our mower in the past and weve been happy. This time Express Mower was closer to the house so we took it there, big mistake and out $30. Duh, wont make that mistake again.

They have shipped to the wrong address twice now. Very dissatisfied.

Almost Brand New String Trimmer fell and broke.. called these guys, $20 deposit. Called me and said $84 for repair. Called me again and said $124 for pick up. Go in and its $111 for pick up.. parts are still visibly broken, my throttle cable came off, it ran once at very high rpms, throttle handle felt stiff... YouTube your problems or find another place this one is a water of $$$$$.

Took my mower to be fiXed,75.00,used it one time had same problem,called and was told to bring it back that sense it was just done they would check it for free,and if it was any thing they done it would be no charge.then they called and said it was 47.oo to pick it up,I said wait I NEVER AGREED TO PUT ANY MORE MONEY ON A LAWN MOWER.WHEN WAS TOLD FINE COME PICK IT UP AND WE WILL PUT WATER BACK IN IT.WHEN i picked it up was cussed and gave the finger,went back inside and said your people have cussed me and gave me the finger.he said it was not his people,I said they loaded it up but dont work for you? he told me to leave,called back to ask to speak to his boss, and was told to stop calling they only talked to paying customers.called there other store and was told they would report this to upper management,if I HEAR FROM THEM WILL POST AGAIN,IF NOT, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EMPLOYEES WHO THINK THEY CAN TREAT YOU ANY WAY THEY WANT.6-13-17.so the owner called me,and said I was trying to take advantage of them and I lied about it all..GREAT WAY TO BUSINESS will swear on my mothers grave I have told the truth.please dont do business with these lying crooks,who have no respect for its customers..,

Jeff has the highest prices on anything hustler or husqvarna. I recommend Power equipment on US17.

You may want to think twice before advertising your business on the side of your vehicle before driving recklessly riding within a couple feet of peoples bumper in 50mph traffic and cutting other drivers off changing lanes. Took mower in to have carburetor cleaned from bad gas. They told me that my mower was totaled and is unusable, better off buying a new one.

Love The Shop Has Everything And If Not They Can Get It.

These people always have the parts I need at prices better than the internet.

Had a hustler that had a PTO issue and paid almost $200 for the fix. But nothing was fixed then I brought it back was charged $150 still blades would cut off at random, then after that they still tried to charge me for the third time with the same problem! I had to argue that i wasnt paying a 3rd fee for the same issue and they had to fix my PTO issue after charging me twice for the same issue. Which they said they know for sure it will ne fixed the 3rd time which it was for no charge like they should. Long story short I ran into their mechanic at another location who noticed my mower and walked up to me and said with no exaggeration they purposely didnt fix the issue the first 2 times and he worked there for over 15years and decided to quit but specifically remembered me and my situation. Ill never go there again only if I need to rent a mower. I could make a bigger issue out of this but dont have time for it. 2 new zero turns since then I switched to exmark so I wouldnt have to deal with them

This is in response to Mr Mckinzie. This is a customer that brought his mower in with water in it. And was repaired. 2 1/2 months later calls and we told him if it was something I missed, we will take care of it. When he dropped it off, told the help that he thinks there is water in it again. I had no idea who this man was when I pulled the ticket. Checked unit over and found water in carb and tank. Cleaned both and his bill was 41.00. Told me to keep unit mad he was being charged. Tried to explain bur was not happy. I did in discussed say that i could put water back on but did not. Unit ran fine. Did tell him to just come get it and not come back. Dont need that kind of customer. As far as being cussed, that was neighbors that saw him give me the finger when my back was turned and they busted him. All i said was have a nice day. I did tell him to please stop calling me as I had other work to do and didnt have time to stop and answer his call after 3 times. I dont like my good name smeered for something I didnt do. Why would i repair it for free when you admitted it was your fault.

Got my mower blades in a timely fashion. Quility blades.

I took my Ryobi two-cycle edger motor into Express Mower Parts because of a fuel leak. They said they were taking a $20 deposit in case the issue was not covered under warranty. Today, they called and said my Ryobi was repaired. However, when I went in to pick it up, I was told that I owed an additional $8.88. I said that when I brought the Ryobi in for service that I did NOT want it repaired if it was not covered under warranty. Not only did they completely disregard my request, they said the $20 deposit was actually a Diagnostic & Minimum Fee Charge which I would have had to pay regardless of whether they repaired the Ryobi issue. I would NOT TRUST these guys EVER AGAIN!!!!

I work for a local heavy equipment dealership and am appalled at the service. I called to enquire about parts for a Husqvarna saw, on the first call I left a voice mail, after 24 hours of no return call I called again. I got a guy that stated he was the owner and seemed upset that I was bothering him to have even called. When I asked about the parts he stated to me I was not giving him the correct model number, even though I was reading it off the saw. I ended up getting the parts off the internet, by the model number on the saw. I gave them a second chance for some Honda engine parts. When I called they acted like, once again, they did not want our business and told me to possibly deal with someone else. They are listed by Honda as a dealer. I dont understand what went wrong here, we used to do a good amount of business with these folks and suddenly they act like they dont want our business, we will be taking it elsewhere.

Express Mower located at 602 Shetter Ave., Jacksonville Beach, Fl 32250 made my day yesterday. Part of owning a lawn business is being able to solve problems swiftly when they come up. Well yesterday our mower broke, and Tim with Express Mower stepped up to the plate.I guess, as with anything, you cant expect the golden treatment every time, but Express Mower in Jax Beach is on a roll. Of the half a dozen interactions Ive had, it has been the same. Originally this repair service was owned by a guy named TIM... Then he sold it to EXPRESS MOWER which he still works for... If you want to be scammed, ripped off, then this is the place to go. They will fix one thing and about a month later our riding mower quits then they fix something else and then it breaks again and then you hear about all the additivies to gas and blah blah... after spending $335.00 in one month for repairs I have moved and I will never... ever.. use this company again
