I keep seeing ads for Baskin Robbins Halloween flavors, and we were super excited to finally try them, but this location doesnt have any :(. Found out theyre phasing out BR and going to just be Dunkin Donuts.The kids enjoyed sea creatures. This location wouldve received a lot more business from the rest of the family if what was advertised by the company was in stock.Staff was friendly and helpful!

Staff complaining out loud about how theyre so busy when theres only five customers. theres only two people on staff. When I finally go to order I cant get what I want because supposedly its discontinued even though theres no signs whatsoever and theres the ice cream obviously on display for sale. a full bucket.Im very disappointed with this stuff and the customer in front of me didnt even get the correct change so that made it take even longer The guy scooping ice cream and working the drive-thru was complaining that he had a headache and that he was freaking out. I will not be coming back here again ever.

I went to Baskin -Robbins to get some ice cream. The server was friendly and quick, my favorite is pralines and cream. I also ordered a side of their delicious potato rounds to make it complete what a nice treat.😌👍

This location didnt have a lot of the things advertised on their menu and the guy at the counter, Im pretty sure was high.

What is the point of having a drive-through if youre just going to tell your customers that they need to come inside to view ice cream flavors if you dont want to read them then you shouldnt be working at Baskin Robbins Id came through the drive-thru because I didnt want to go inside then I was told that she didnt care if I didnt have my mask or not to come into the store the whole point of me going through a drive-thru is for me not to go inside.

I was very pleased with their prompt attention to detail.

The drive thru employee was the greatest ever. She went to extra efforts to make me a drink that is no longer officially on the menu. It turned out just right! I will definitely go back to this location looking for her.

This review is about the DD. I wouldnt even be doing this but my phone prompted me to review so here it is. As a company DD had been in a nose dive since attempting to rebrand and expand away from just coffee/donuts. The drink quality is never consistent and the donuts are worse now than ever with the centralized baking. I used to manage 2 dunkins back in the 90s before all the change and have always been very pro DD. This store particularly has extremely rude service. The cashier got an attitude for no reason when I asked about the 2-6pm cold brew special telling me its now lattes & cappuccino. I ordered one and she came back with a completely full cup of ice and about 8oz of frothed milk and that was it. I didnt taste coffee and I finished it in 4 sips. The girl literally smiled as she handed it to me (the only time she smiled during the whole interaction). I refilled the cup twice with water, went ran errands, came back home and the cup still has ice in it 2 hours later, literally as Im trying this. I already buy DD ground coffee and make my own hot,iced and cold brew coffee at home. I dont think Im going back. I dont mean this store, I mean the all the locations. Ive been to dunkins in 28 stated during my travels and the decline in service has been broad spectrum. Im tired of throwing money at watered down coffee and attitude.

Just wanted to give a fair warning to anyone trying to use a free birthday scoop coupon issues by baskin robbins-this location does not accept them and the staff wasnt even sure why. Just thought Id share.

Tried twice over last 3 weeks to get banana split. Both times they have no banana split dishes. Newsflash...I think you need to order some banana split cups.

I literally stood in line for like 10 minutes straight not even, all the employee’s were just staring at me, one guy was just walking back and forth, like if your gonna not even do your job, why even work there in the first place, I finally had to say “Can I please order”, terrible customer service, for sure never coming back to that location.
